I had an issue verifying my account – first because my address is written in two different ways by different organisations, and second because I’d used a shortened version of my name when entering my details, so it didn’t perfectly match my driving licence. But I walked through it all with the agent, and they sorted it out for me.

Back again to complain about the no reward for loyalty. I understand it’s all a game of chance, and I expect that when betting on sports. But the casino is what I play and for what I have spent the reward in bonuses has been very poor. Now they will say due to regulations they can’t be seen to be rewarding play. But in my opinion they should reward. In have been a member for many years and have spent a lot, but i am now tired of not being rewarded for my play / loyalty. Think it is time I considered playing on another site.

Won a bet on the Inter Milan v Barcelona match on Tuesday night. Was paid the winnings immediately. Withdrew the winnings on Wednesday night. Logged back in on Friday and my account was in the negative figures. Betfair had decided that the winning bet was actually a losing bet multiple days after the match had finished. Enquired about this on their chat service and was left waiting for close to two hours by two different agents who struggled to construct a comprehensible sentence between them. The worst betting company I have used by a distance.

I was having difficulty logging into my Betfair account. The problem was I had forgot my pass word. Spoke to the Betfair advisor who was tremendous. He took his time in explaining what I needed to do. After a short time I was into my Betfair account. Again, I would like to thank the person who helped me as I am 67 and not that computer literate.

Worst company I’ve ever seen!! I’ve been using Ladbrokes for a very long time, never had an issue with them! While scrolling on instagram I saw a promotion for Betfair and decided to try it…worst experience of my life!! They false advertise promotions (as many reviews have the same issue) and their customer service is a joke!! They are very rude and do not try to help you at all!! They refused to give me the sign up bonus because I did a bank transfer instead of using a debit card, when the promotion says (Deposit and bet a minimum of £10 and grab £50 free bets)…that’s a piss take when you deposit a lot of money!!! Its not about the free bets…it’s about the attitude and the customer care…I work in a casino…customer service is the most important thing because its a very tough market!! If a customer had the issues that I had I would give him the £50 he is ENTITLED to because at the end of the day is his right to have the sign up bonus, the house always wins and you make the customer happy…that means less hassle, you get your money back in the long run and more profit!!I’ve given WAY more than £50 to customers…and guess what??? Do not open an account with betfair .they stop your account after being with them for months to ask for all sorts of proof. it’s you.its descusting.not only that if u have any money left in Ur account they won’t give it back to you .stay away

Maybe if you’re into accumulators or moneyback specials you might prefer elsewhere, but the betfair exchange is top of the industry and has been for over a decade. Always an engaging experience if you enjoy a more intuitive way to wager. Separately I recently had a terrific experience with their customer support chat.

Have had a fairly good experience with betfair until recently. They have a promotion that if you spend a certain amount, you have access to free rooms/ quizzes. This has always been the case until recently they changed the currency on my account from pound to euro. Now, any spend I have is showing in my bet history, but not accumulating fir the promotions so I have been excluded. Ongoing communication with customer service has resulted in being constantly fobbed off. It has been ” raised with the team”. They are useless. I will take this further as it’s false advertisement. This promotion is not available to me, yet they advertise that it is. I have spent over 3hours on customer service chat and latest is I have been told to contact them again. Disgusting treatment of loyal customers.This has been ongoing since Sunday 20th April.

Bunch of crooks. Sabotage their own exchange so any in play bets I make take many seconds longer than usual to process so their own in house bots can clean up any easy money in the markets.

It was good at the start when I signed up. Getting the odd win here and there. I like playing Virtual Roulette. Honestly I played 33 spins on their Roulette covering 16 numbers. Not one win. Absolutely raped me. Funny how the ball never lands on your numbers. It’s my own fault I didn’t realize that it was Playtech Software. Played 5000 hands on their poker app and barely won a session and I’m a tight Conservative player. They use ipoker. Again another Playtech piece of Garbage. The best thing Betfair could do is scrap their contract with Playtech games and create their own Poker Software. I would have been a good customer. Deleted the Apps and won’t be coming back.
