William Hill were founded back in 1934, and has proven to be one of the most reliable bookmakers in the UK. William Hill also bought out StanleyBet in 2005 and in the last few years has looked to branch out internationally, making moves into India, the United States and Australia, but their Canadian ventures ended in May 2016. They had 2.6 million active digital users, one of the highest visiting websites in the world of the bookmaker. They also have the largest land-based best bookmakers in the UK, totalling at the time of writing 2,375.

Another of their strong points come in their customer service, but mainly through their live chat. Telephone calls can be a different matter at hand, but should be betting online at any time, William Hill’s live chat can be the answer to all your 3am needs. Their FAQ is just as useful if you wish to answer the question yourself, but should you need to speak with an advisor, they can do so in around 20 languages, including English, Italian, Japanese or ever Slovak.

I have an online account with William Hill and they have a daily promotion called Bonus Drop, I use it each day and sometimes you win 5 free spins on a slot games and occasionally you don't, luck of the draw, obviously. However for the last week, as in approx 7, 8 or 9 days the Bonus Drop is constantly dropping into the X instead of a prize. Now the first couple of days I thought, fair enough, but for it to be doing it every single day without fail is a bit much. I've tried to contact them through online chat and getting nowhere since it's not an actual person I'm speaking to, you can't get in touch through email etc either. I've deleted the app then downloaded it again and it's not made any difference at all. Now, as I've said, I certainly don't expect to win every time and it is a free game but there's obviously something wrong with it and there's no one to talk to to get them to look into it. I think for such a huge online gaming company, not being able to speak to someone is ridiculous and it seems impossible to get past this "Chatbot" to even put in a complaint. Not sure if anyone else is having the same problem as myself or not, it's just really frustrating
