Virtually No serviceI have had a betting account with this company for well over 20 years. There is basically no service now. I tried to withdraw some funds but could not. They make it extremely complicated to withdraw any funds. I was unable yo do so. I have now closed my account with them today. How do I get my funds that I have with them? They do not tell me. Support that doesn't help and worsens the situation by punishing the customer by suspending the account for 72 hours.I deposited with my Bank ITAU account, which has Pix linked to my phone number. When I tried to withdraw, it didn't work—my Pix CPF is registered with Bank ITI (a digital bank owned by Itau).I tried registering ITI Bank with the ISBP code 60701190, but it didn't work.I attempted to resolve the issue through Betfair's chat support, but the agent not only failed to solve the problem, but they also blocked my account. Now they're saying I have to wait 72 hours. My goodness, what terrible service!I want to be assisted to resolve the issue, and I have to wait 72 hours to be attended to? My goodness, what a mess this company is—stay away from it!

Randomly they paused my account for zero reason, and over two weeks requested documents which I supplied, and still no reason given, then they wanted me to go on their chat and do it yet again. So I have asked why, again no reason given. So I instantly closed the account and insisted they delete all my details. I won several times this year and last, much more than loss. So I suspect that's the reason. Go elsewhere they got dragged to court recently for not paying the punter. So avoid this lot.

Betfair in my opinion is one the best online casino ever played. The processing time from withdrawal is very helpful. We know that winning is random process but sometimes they surprise you. I can complain from my past experience and recommend to all my friends and family to have an amazing time with some responsibility. It's for fun not for hobby. And thanks to be part of it as customer.

I tried to contact your customer care on 15th of April, evening. After wrestling with a bot, I got human-like-bot (those who repeat few lines over and over and however they claim to be human, they do not behave like one), who struggled to read info I wrote. It took it an hour to find out my account is blocked however I have never used it - so I could not do something wrong, isn’t it? It required my documents. The bot never understood I am not able to take picture with PC. Documents are attached. It took half an hour to for the bot to confirm your email. I had to repeat the question over and over, but it was clearly a loop bot did not recognize (just like the one with PC not taking pictures). I have asked the bot for your email and it was giving me mine! I know this one was probably a cheap one, but but please replace it, unless you want to be anti-customer care. Nobody has an hour to fight very challenged bot. Human would tell you in 2minutes.Updates: 19. 4Bot asked for email. I gave it email. Bot kept asking again and again after it disconnected 20min later. For public amusement: bot claimed the company does not have any email (!) but suggested if I give it my email, it is going to reply - from the email they do not have (I got screenshots of this :))

U got 24 hours to return my 500 or fix my account u closed my account as soon as my bet was winning u got 24 hours to fix this if ur live chat ignores me again then I'm going to file a lawsuit that will make ur dumb asses pay me 6 figure u got till tomorrow afternoon to contact me or by tomorrow u will have a lawsuit for fraud I'll not only get my money from the bank recalled but I'll sue for emotional damages and failing rules and regulations so ur ceo or managers have till tomorrow 12pm to contact me not only with my refund but compensation that's worth the stress and time and don't be cheapskates

Probably like the average punter I have had a bet on the horses via Betfair and Bet365 for more years than I care to remember. Probably lost a fortune truth be known, but as soon as you start to win they shut down (suspend) your account. That to me is unfair trading and it should be stopped. In the case of B365 they shut my account soon after they found out about an IVA. Okay, that's fair enough, but to shut me down without an explanation upfront, no! Betfair also closed my account last week, no reason, no email, nothing except we have suspended your account. This picture is repeated time and time again with friends and family saying exactly the same, so why are we letting them get away with it? Fact is bookmakers only want your account when you're losing, so how about some legislation that stops them closing accounts, why not? For what it's worth I will never provide the requested details from Betfair or any other bookmaker, who do they think they are? I hope that by writing this review punters will get the message and stop using bookmakers. If we all stopped using them, along with the shops that make them millions annually, then we would soon see change. Frankly, I can take it or leave it, but what they are doing and what they are allowed to get away with is wrong! Following is the exact communication from Betfair regarding my account. Why not read it through and then stop betting for a week. You never know you might like the idea of not betting, but for those of you who wish to continue, you will be showing the bookmakers the power of the punter. Yes 'Punter Power' stay away from the meetings, shops, stop betting online for just a week and then see them come begging. Anyway, following is what Betfair wrote to me: Thank you, Ronald. I can see your account is currently suspended for standard review. For this, we will need you to provide: Proof of identity - a picture of your passport or driving licence. Proof of address - A utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 6 months. Only bank statements from commercial banks can be accepted. Proof of funds - A picture of the card linked to your account. Please cover the middle 6 digits of the 16 digit number and CVV. Leaving the first 6 and last 4 digits fully visible. The name and the expiry date will also need to be visible You can attach them to the chat now if you have them handy You can click on the little '+' or paperclip icon next to the typing field to send the file(s). Please ensure all 4 corners of the document are visible. Kindly keep in mind that screenshots/ scanned documents are not accepted by our system. Please send photos of the physical documents or PDF's for online/digital documents, keeping in mind that all 4 corners of the document must be shown in order for them to be accepted.My answer to 'BetUnfair' and all other Bookmakers - No chance, you can stick your account up your backside. I think it's time for a rethink with the betting industry, what say you?

The agent (Saikiran) researched why my account wasn't currently active, asked for some photos to verify my ID and restored my a/c with the minimum of fuss. I note that some people have had problems and it is frustrating when your account suddenly doesn't work and you can't get a bet on, particularly as you can no longer speak to Betfair CS on the phone, but this is the modern world! I recommend taking a deep breath and working with the agent to provide whatever they need in order to help you.

I have just learned from Betfair that I have somehow signed up to a Self Restriction on my sports betting account since 2019 - that's news to me!!!The consequence is my access is permanently suspended across the Flutter Group of Betting Companies, making me feel like I'm effectively an irresponsible gambler in their eyes, while nothing could be further from the truth!!!While I do not take this situation lightly, I chatted online with a charming young man called Jack at Betfair to obtain some clarification of my ongoing predicament. Jack assures me he'll refer my case to a higher authority for further investigation and, hopefully on my part, an end to any restrictions in the future.It appears I'm currently at Flutter Group's mercy, despite my understanding that I have no dispute whatsoever with any of its associates and, hence, no reason at all to badmouth the good name of Betfair or its partners.I trust they will take the appearance of my feedback on Trustpilot as a measure of my personal concern, while I remain anxious to resolve the situation in my favour.I suppose time will tell while my accounts with the likes of, for example, Unibet remain totally unaffected. However, I've assured Jack that I have no recollection on my part of my voluntary Self Restriction to any betting account which evidently includes Paddy Power, Skybet & Betfair.I'll keep Trustpilot informed of my progress, or otherwise, in this rather distressing matter while my account remains permanently suspended.

I started off at 8.30am being told transferring agent, then about 1030 am I was then put through to one but was now driving so at pull over, wouidnt let me send pdf so at email it, and now still waiting for suspended acc lifted as don't know how think funded with method not in my name when clearly is, sent bank statements, plus can't add funding source not in your name, even direct bank transfer you or directed to bank to verify transactions. Without it being your account how would you login/verify it. Still now waiting on response, or if can withdraw money if not going to unsuspend it. All in all not great 4hrs as only just stopped convo with them, now wait and see.

Shocking company if you use one of the offers make sure you read through all the little fine print or you won’t get your free bets! Happened to me quite a few times where I’ve placed the required amount and still received nothing so I’ve closed my account down. Worst experience with a bookies ever

They let me sign up then let me deposit money into my account which I did win abit but the next day I logged in and my account was suspended . So I Web chatted and they want a pic of me a utility bill and a photo of my bank card . So I did that and still suspended So asked for my money and close account and they would only pay me my deposit not winnings. Total joke as they should not let me deposit unless they had what they need. Over the top info . They obviously need my winnings more than me. Treat you like an idiot.
