Monster casino partnered with several reliable financial organizations to provide a seamless, quick deposit and withdrawal process.
Deposit Methods
To make a deposit, click on the “Cashier” icon and then the “Deposit” tab. You will then be requested to choose a preferred deposit medium from the available ones. All the options are instant deposits.
These deposit mediums include credit and debit cards. The accepted cards are Visa, Visa Electron, Visa debit, Visa Delta, Maestro, Mastercard, Solo, JCB, Switch, Discover, and Diners Club. Note that UK players cannot make deposits using their credit cards.
Other deposit mediums include PayPal, PayViaPhone, PaySafe card, Trustly, MuchBetter, and EcoPayz.
There are no defined minimum and maximum deposit amounts for debit and credit cards and Paypal.
On the other hand, PayViaPhone has a £10 minimum deposit amount but no defined maximum amount.
The PaySafe card has a £10 minimum and £700 maximum deposit amounts. You will be charged a 15% processing fee if you deposit with PayViaPhone.
Furthermore, Trustly has a £20 minimum and £700 maximum deposit amounts, while MuchBetter only has a £20 minimum deposit amount with no defined maximum amount. Lastly, EcoPayz has a £20 minimum deposit amount with no defined maximum amount.
Withdrawal Methods
Just like the deposit methods, you also have a range of choices to withdraw your winnings. Before you are allowed to make a withdrawal, your account must be verified using the necessary documents. These documents include a government-issued ID and a Proof of Address.
Most of the deposit channels also process withdrawals, but they are some that stick to just deposit transactions.
The following platforms handle withdrawals:
Credit and debit cards and PayPal have one business day processing and three to seven business days transfer periods, while Trustly and EcoPayz have one business day processing time and three business days transfer time.
Lastly, there is Neteller which focuses on only withdrawals in one business day processing and transfer time.
Note that withdrawals are subject to a processing fee if it amounts to £/$/€ 2.5 for each withdrawal.
Once you make a withdrawal request, you will receive an email notification informing you of the request.
Also, when the money has been transferred, you will receive another email confirming the transfer.
We will also add here that we were slightly troubled with the varying withdrawal limits across different jurisdictions.
Specifically, if you are betting from countries where Monster Casino is regulated by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA), the maximum you can withdraw in a month is $6000.
But for bettors whose accounts are regulated by Curacao, you can withdraw up to $20,000 per month.

I signed up as a new customer after seeing the '£30 free sports bet' promotion on their main page after finding the site on a Google search. I deposited as per the promo and didn't receive the free bet... instead received free spins which have to be wagered (irrelevant anyway as I don't do slots). I contacted customer service and spoke to 'Simona' (in all likelihood not a real person) who (after waiting a very long time on the chat) said I didn't sign up through a valid link for the promo, and made no attempt to rectify the situation. I showed screenshots showing that I had, which she ignored and just kept trying to end the chat. So they advertised a sign up bonus which they don't award... a complete SCAM
