Banned my account for having two accounts. I have only ever used one account since I have been with them. My account was closed and still have live bets on the exchange. I tried to solve the issue on customer service about 2/3 weeks ago and heard nothing back about reopening my account.

Spoke to live chat, who were unable to answer my question. They said they’d get someone to follow up and e-mail me…nothing. The question was regarding a significant change, with no warning, to the rakeback I was getting. It seems to be a permanent change, so it is no longer worth my time playing on Betfair. Their software cannot compete, their player pool cannot compete, and the one thing they did offer me, they’ve taken away. Seems like they should just get out of the poker space if they’re not going to take it, or their customers, seriously.

Been a customer for over 8 years and Betfair has gotten way worse. I always wonder why you don’t see YouTube videos on casino streaming they never use Betfair software.. if you look at rtp of games it went from a steady release of 96% games to now you get 1 or 2 month and rest come in at 92/93% and stay away from the kong games that Betfair are pushing hard very unfair payouts and your bonus round won’t go higher that 50x. Now the sports app is one of worse on market for inplay betting, Betfair show times as in minutes where others will show minutes and seconds and to make matters even worse at Betfair times on inplay games are always off sometime as much as 4 minutes, your betting on a game showing 38 minutes place bet and then time jumps up to 43 mins instantly. They have disclaimer at bottom about time might not be accurate but they make zero effort to give to exact time as they don’t show seconds. Good for sticking accumulator on at weekend but for anything else I would use other company

We need more markets when it comes to goal range because it’s very limited plus tackles could also be included on popular football games also when it comes to basketball when scrolling down to find more markets it always and I mean always lags and cuts out because of the amount of scrolling I don’t think the app knows or is registering the fact that there’s many other markets available.

You really need to look at your profit/loss.My profit in 1 year was £252, my loss is £800+ 🤢 I think that says enough really? So I deactivated. Having little ‘wins’ here and there, is really, you just winning your own money back.Really doesn’t make any sense realistically if you think about it….

On betfair it shows completely different team has scored comparing to flashscore… When I was talking to agent they told me that they’re following flashscore numbers but at the same tim they’re showing different numbers… be careful before you bet as they’ll show you different numbers

This is one of the worst betting site around, particularly the casino/roulette. You play and they stop you in the middle of a game asking you to contact their ‘customer services’ who when you contact them do not have a clue about what’s going on. The roulette is clearly dodgy and there is a lack of good odds & promotions on the sport betting site. Poor !

Definition of scammers. As of new user I have won 7 bets straight. After trying to check my balance, system disconects stating my account was closed on busines grounds without any explanation. Balance was stolen even tho terms and conditions clearly states 13.5 Any balance in your Account at the time of any closure by us will be paid back to you, except that:13.5.1 if you have engaged in illegal activity, we are under no obligation to refund to you any money that may be in your Account;Im sure of i havent done anything illegal or against law winning few rsndom bets. Giving no reason, except to declare that decision was made on business grounds, which means if new user will win multiple times and is in plus, its not good for bussines.Scammers at its peal. Blocking from logging in and preventing to have a proof of my balance without any reasonable explanation! Beware, dont trust theese bastards. Reputable platform would never act such a shady wayc allowing to deposit and later blocking all the funds.
