Betfair have a decent Sports Betting Service. It’s a shame about their Rigged online Casino. I like Virtual Roulette and cover around 17 numbers so it’s in the favour of the House. Session after session like 20-40 Spins and no Win. Same old numbers coming in. Funny how it never gives you a double spin on your numbers. Betfair use Playtech for many of their Casino games and I can honestly say I’ve never won on Playtech games. Best thing Betfair can do is break away from Crappy Playtech and create their own games and Software. Thieves. Rigged 💯. Play at Bet MGM or ACR. At least you will get a decent win there every now and then and the American betting firms sure do like our British Pounds.

First time I played I won a nice sum , put a lot of it back in but never got another win just small ones so I’ve stopped betting for a bot but I do love the games you supply and the site is easy to manage , I did have an issue where my accounts was suspended and you sorted that out , I will be back to play again on your games just not yet lol , thanks for the wins I had

Had football bet. Bundle from Betfair.Haaland and Wood. City v Forest. Fa cup game. Both to have a tackle. Followed on your website. Took screen shots for back up .both made a tackle . £190 was the payout…. On the day. Nothing in my account…complained….had a long chat live..Sorry. Here’s a goodwill gesture. £10 back.

Opened an account. Deposited £10. Then had to send driving license, then proof or address and then they asked for a photo of my bank card. Until I provided all documents my account would not go live. Requested my £10 back but they will not do that unless I upload a full bank statement showing the £10 paid to Betfair or as I found out Betunfair. Still no refund, never placed a bet, never opened the account but they still have my £10.

Generally very happy with Betfair ,but they`ve just put up their winning commission to 6%. Makes a big difference on larger wins.

the agent i was on chat with was fantastic, he over and above to help solve the problem. i had sent a photo from my phn to the laptop, and was trying to send that image to the chat line , somehow i wasn’t getting it right, he went over and beyond , then gmail popped up sorry an error has occurred Try again later. so know more, this agent could do but fair play to Fredrick for trying all he could do to help

Having placed a winning bet on the recent Champions League Final,I withdrew my winnings after the game. Betfair usually send the money to your account immediately, on this occasion they did not. I contacted their ‘Help Line’ on Sunday morning (it may be a bot). My query was answered that the transfer will take 24 hours. Hopefully, the money (a four figure sum) will be in my account as promised. I remain sceptical but cannot fault the efficiency of my query being addressed so promptly.

Advise…if they refuse to pay your winnings it’s easy to prosecute them for failure to pay. In addition you can add extra cash for stress and inconvenience..My friend sued them and won..they are nothing more than a crooks…in addition all the 5 star reviews are a lie and conducted by themselves with 1 or 2 reviews.. liars

Betfair closed my account due to it being linked to an excluded account. Total rubbish, but anyway this has forced me to withdraw funds via live chat as markets are settled. Incompetent customer service ask me for docs previously accepted by them just weeks previous. Each withdrawal request takes at least 45 minutes being passed pillar to post. Never in my whole life have i experienced customer service like it. Makes one want to throw oneself off of a cliff.

emailed me to inform me i had not used my account for 2 years and had money in there to withdraw. They helped me do that and helped me close my account as i can not afford to bet right now. Very helpful would use again

I deposited $ 180 USD and won $ 366 USD. When I went to withdraw, they closed my account and did not process the withdrawal. They scammed my 366 USD, even though I requested them to give me at least my deposit of 180 USD, they could not. Betfair now scam memeber money

Demanded a 6 months bank statement to provide a £15 back to me whilst closing my account. Makes absolutely no sense. Ended up letting go of the money left. It doesn’t worth the time.

You pay £10 to get a free £50 bet that doesn’t pay you the initial £50 and most bets for football are only inside 90 mins so just lost £150 to this terrible company.
