Puran needs investigating, I asked multiple times to speak with someone more senior and he completely ignored my requests.I have been along standing loyal customer but I will not be using betfair or their sister paddy power going forward unless I am contacted to find a resolution.

Was a bit lost when I got on Betfair soso many terms I did not get, and placing bets felt more complicatedthan it should. Eventually I hot the hang of back vs lay, but it took a while. Liquidity was decent on big games, but the layout still feels overwhelming sometimes. I added Vodds into the mix once I got more serious about value betting. It helped me track odds from different bookies without bouncing around so much. Still learning, but its made things a bit more manageable

Betfair’s exchange has potential if you are into taking control of your bets, but it doea not come with a bit of a learning curve. Back ands lay took me a while to get comfortable with, and the interface can feel a bit cluttered., especially during live bettind, and Vodds came in handy when I was juggling multiple accounts and needed a clearer view of where the best lines were. It does not simplify everything, but its helped me feel more organized and a bit more confident in how I approach value bets.

been a customer for years , i only really bet during the football season but during the off season i still do the daily promotion on the site most of the time i win nothing,but yesterday won £10 so placed a bet with the money i won and won £35 , thought id withdraw £30 and bet with the rest , as soon as i tried to withdraw they closed my account!!! after betting with them for years!!! keep away from this company they are fine when you are losing but as soon as you win they dont want to give you your money and close your account and there is nothing you can do and they steal your money!!!

The slots here are terrible ,I don’t expect to win on every spin but I just played one of the slots and I had to check my history because I couldn’t believe the amount of spins in a row without a win.So out of a 79 spins (only 20p stake) I won 1 spin (for that 1 winning spin was a grand total of 40p) so that was 78 losing spins.They will probably reply with its “regulated and random” but it’s clearly not because I can say with 100% certainty that I will never play a slot on this site an win 78 out 79 only losing 1 ,that will never happen so how can it be random??????The promotions on this site are good ,that’s the only thing stopping me from deleting my account currently.

Great site, they do give a lot of promotions etc.Sportsbook – Downside, they don’t give BOG on multiples. Positive, you do get a bonus at the end of the month.Exchange – Downside, percentage has now gone up to 6% (depending on what one you choose). Positive, they give you 5% refund on losses and a bonus at the end of the month (again depending on what one you choose)

After finding out my account was locked, I attempted the chat to sort it out, as there doesn’t seem to be any other way to contact Betfair. The phone number I found is not used anymore.So after a failed day yesterday I tried again this morning. An agent named Jayasri took me through all the steps, ID clearance, security clearance and finally I was able to log back in. The other two agents I spoke to yesterday didn’t or couldn’t sort it but Jayasri came uptrumps.Good service in the end.

Lied to me over and over again. Told me I’d lost £5000 when I hadn’t. Conducted a review of my treatment and still got the figures wrong. Terrible customer service. Took two weeks to pay me my winnings. Jan in the complaint department is a liar. I think they do an intelligence test for potential employees and accept those who fail it.

I received an email telling me I was eligible for a “completely free £5 daily bonus”. With the promotions running from 6th June to 7th July. To refresh at 0:01am daily. However the bonus has not been credited. And when I contacted customer service they say I am not eligible. However, the customer service rep Kyle credited my bonus after I sent the screen shots of the email. But today the customer service rep Edel said he can’t credit regardless of what the email says. I not eligible for the promotion in the email. I have had this promotion before so I know how it works. This is false advertising by Betfair and they should not be allowed to do it. Considering I am a loyal customer. This is just not on.

I’v been waiting for my money for more than a month and even after 5 times contacting customer support and promises from their side I DIDNT RECEIVE ANY EMAIL!!! Very unprofessional service, not able to give me anyone to speak with, no direct contact, no answers…. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Great when things are good, you plod along no issues then bang they close your account, engage in chats 4 times for almost an hour a time, they fob you off, no reason for account close, they reopen but it’s suspended, go through mire chats and answer invasive questions about family bereavements (once I showed interest income from large sums) still suspended with money in there and zero reasons apparently I will receive an email! Not acceptable, the chat is painful and nobody wants to talk in the phone
