I used to have an account years ago and I am trying to retrieve it. Support is a joke. It is since this morning that I’m explaining the issue to an agent so they send me to a different team. There the bot ask me my email, secret answer, DOB, send me to an agent and we start again. I spoke with 15 different agents today. They transfer me and the game starts again. It feels like the groundhog day. It is the same conversation over and over again.

So generally would not bet with any other company except betfair (especially exchange) but a couple of years ago betfair dropped my deposit limit I tried and tried to speak to someone and when I eventually did they were not interested in what I had to say ! At the end of day its my money to do as I please ! I later found out that a parliament ledger ,that all betting companies had to put restrictions on certain amount of people and I just happened to be one of them !Another problem was I’ve tried to cash out a couple of times for biggish money and the cash out not come up in time ! The way it goes I guess ! In 2010 I was even invited to head office in London to discuss a project (nothing came of it !) Have bet thousands since I started in 2009 and feel very disappointed with company I used to tell everyone was by far the best !!!!

Your free bet game, Pinball, is rubbish. It tells you what you’ve won before the game has even finished, you can see this by the balance changing. Not sure how anyone wins the jackpot, you see it at the start on a conveyor belt but it’s never seen again! This is my only current complaint, great app otherwise!

Tried Betfair mainly for tennis markets and found the exchange pretty responsive once the game go live. I started using VOdds alongside it to track odds across mulitiple books, which made things easier to follow and quicker to act on. The layout is straightforward and I didn’t run into any issuea placing or withdrawing funds. Not instant everytime, but overall the experience has been reliable and hassle free.

Betfair only cater to gambling addicts. Just had over 700 continuous spins without landing on a bonus game. If you are a responsible gambler then betfair isn’t for you. You can play for hours without winning a thing. Their sole aim is to create gambling addicts. So if like me you like to deposit £20 as hobby to have half an hours play then don’t do it here. i had a £10 free bet awarded and only after a few days i saw cit was to be used for an accumulator on the sports page but this award was for the exchange so i contacted betfair, and explained this was for the exchange not the sports page less than 5 mins the agent Luke had removed that accumulator promo, and changed it to a ten pound free bet on the exchange for any sports i choose this is the second time ive had to contact Betfair and both times the issues have been resolved without any hassles at all. so thats why have gave them a high rating of 5 star
