Betfair have lost my outright bets, every season I place a load of outright bets on football for some reason almost half of my bets out of 40 bets only 20 are showing, I have contacted customer services on live chat who said that they will send me a statement of my bets its now been over 1 month and I have still not received it, I have given up with betfair and I have given up chasing them for my lost bets, what an awful company.
What a shame as I was really liking their mobile site.

After spending around 2 hours on the telephone with their customer services it's quite clear they have no idea how to work a rule out.. 90% or I should say 95% hardly know what you're talking about…it's impossible to speak to somebody that knows what they're talking about you cannot speak to a supervisor… Every bookmaker I spoke to said the deduction was 20% Betfair exchange to 70 but wouldn't explain it the s&p was returned at 2 to 9 they paid me approximately 1 to 8 even though Newmarket was formed.. this is the second time I got shafted with the rule for..if you can avoid this bookmakers as you can see by the reviews they are absolutely hopeless. I give Stephen francisca a good review at this company but they are no longer available.. I'm hoping to take the matter to ibis but there another toothless organisation

Awful company my funds were taken out of my account and sent abroad and they say they are not responsible DO NOT PUT FUNDS WITH THIS COMPANY They hold youre money and if its taken out hold NO responibilty a bank would never do that They said they will not pay back and closed my accounts Thats if you are lucky enogh to get through to them

18 years a customer. The money i have pumped into that exchange and all of the commission they have had off me. I have even had calls from the c unts asking me if there was anything i wanted then to let them know.
These paedo f uckers have closed my account. No email no warning. Still trying to get in touch with the nonces but wont answer back. Got 20k tied up and cant get at my money. Down the solicitors tomorrow.

Account (uk) open for almost a decade.

Downhill since Paddy Power got involved. Essentially their compliance team is now run by brain dead drones from Paddy Power who have no idea of what the exchange is (or was).

Asked for source of funds – sent over 100 documents including;
-winnings from other bookmakers
-savings accounts
-property ownership proof
-business accounts
-personal bank accounts
-tax return forms
-letter from accountant confirming earnings
-evidence of in shop bets

Account closed and they are trying to steal over 40,000 from me. Solicitor will be contacted next week and will begin legal action against them to recover funds.

Opened account no problem and deposited funds.. then clicked to play roulette and a pop up came up saying account locked then screen went pure white??
Not a good start haha
Had to log in on another Betfair site to withdraw my deposit back which went back in my account after 15 minutes.
So after that and reading other reviews Betfair now deleted too much stress!!!

I woke up one morning and they deleted my account…

I couldn't even check why..I was down some $3000 US… And I had around 1k in active bets on standby … I finally got through to customer service and they said it was a "business decision" and they couldn't tell me why? how is that even legal? Unacceptable!

They also said I couldn't withdraw whatever money I had in the account.. basically I don't exist in their system anymore.. and my money went to their pocket..

Stay away .. be warned.

would give zero stars if i could – made a withdrawel and they cannot locate it. now having to sit on phone with bank for hours due to disappointing staff. they cannot locate payment and now having to request a bank letter, what a ridiculous process. Keep away from these guys – much better online sites out there – do let them take your money.

I have been one of the first punters with Betfair , about 20 years ago. Their success was built on the fantastic idea of the exchange , where punters bet against each other. The customer service was second to none. There were constant improvements to the site , always with the punter in mind, Betfair was going from strength to strength. The fairy tale ended in 2010 when Betfair floated on the stock market. It has been a steady decline ever since. The only good thing is the exchange, where you can get good odds. But this is not thanks to the Befair management, it is dispite the incompetent Betfair management. Their total disregard to their main source of income, namely the punter, has infuriated me in the past. Eventually they will pay the price

Definitely the best or one of the best I’ve used. Range of markets, daily promotions & slick app and site. For me the withdrawal speeds are the most important and usually processed within 24 hours. Can have no complaints what’s so ever. Top casino, top bookmaker.

Betfair is great if you like to bet on sports especially as I love an MMA bet, the poker and casino sites are also a lot of fun. The payout is super fast and the customer service is good. Where they fall short is in the incentives and loyalty program. It was not that great to start with and now they have changed it up, it’s worse! Other sites under the same network offer much more value for your money. The site is good fun though and most punters will enjoy their experience.

I have been with BETUNFAIR since 2016 and I can truly say their CUSTOMER care AGENTS are the worst I have ever come across in my life. I have just spent 10 DAYS trying to withdraw MY money and SIX hours on chat to agents of betunfair and they do not CARE about there CUSTOMERS full stop. We have to have some way after this PANDEMIC to make them answer to why they chose this time in history to really go for the CUSTOMERS in the way they have, DISGUSTING I will lose the money I have with them and NEVER use betunfair again.

I have never had a worse experience than when betting with betfair sportsbook .
I usually do complex multiple bets ,trebles with at least 3 horses in a race.
After a small win they started to restrict my stales down to 14 p per line for example.
Their helpdesk was an absolute farce.
If paddy power are involved it does not surprise me as they stopped my best odds guaranteed after a small win .
Both companies should have their licence reviewed.

How are they able to get away with scamming people? It's so wrong, but no officialdoms want to get involved and investigate. They used to be a very well respected company, but now it's quite possibly the worse. When you try to get through to an actual person on the live chat you receive a generic message basically saying it's all your fault because of cookies on your computer. This is without anyone looking into the matter. How can this be right??? You can then click the something else option to try and get through to someone but nobody answers for a very long time, and then they just repeat the generic message to you. They need investigating!

I have been with Betfair for 3 years
I work in the NHS so as you can imagine betting has been bottom of my list for last 4 months!!
I had my first bet since February last week and won.
Today i have an email saying after reviewing my Betfair account I am no longer eligible for ANY promotions, Early payouts or anything else!!
When contacted they would give no reason why, wouldnt give details of who to contact and basically had no time to explain

Well, I was using Bettrader/BetAngel to trade, so dont using much Betfair website, anyway, why I am giving only 3 stars? Because live horse racing videos are poor most of the times. From my side, additionally I installed a satellite dish and was trading through aplication, watching satellite TV 😉 Anyway, it was good time, was making some constant profit. In the end of the day, I closed my account and move on. Thank you Betfair!

too many problems to list here notably their inability to fix live video (it's always my end apparently despite numerous people on the forum having the same issues for years. How hard can it be to live stream a horse race??). and their totally unprofessional customer support. You call and if you're lucky you get someone who speaks English as their first language but most of the time they struggle and its so frustrating having to explain slowly what the problem is. What do you mean I don't understand is a common reply. I'm sure they're taking the p***

They then tell you a manager will be in touch which never ever happens

Have used Betfair since it very first started – and let's be fair when it first began it was really good and a breath of fresh air for punters, Mark Davies was the front man and he knew how to treat people. Sadly over the years I have watched the whole service just get worse and worse, to the point now that I will be calling it a day. The "special offers" that come through are either misleading or downright false, bonus features or prizes that you can achieve…..well unless you spend a fortune you can't. The live video horse racing recently has just turned into me looking at a blank screen nine times out of ten. Some markets are not updated speedily, the phrase "user beware" has never been more true than when using this site.Yes you will get good odds on horse racing, and if that is what you want and only that then you'll be happy.
At the moment as I am typing this the site has lost all horse details for the current race at Gowran Park & the upcoming one at Beverley…sums it up really, just poor.

Re promotions I wrote to the ceo and got a call back from there management team .
I do find there promotions misleading and I had to photograph my phone to show the chat help my promotion text .
I wasted so much time for 1.50 but the management caller did apologise and thought the chat may have been handled differently .
They didn’t offer me a free bet though and I don’t think they want the small gambler as myself

Iv been useing betfair for 4 seasons and I bet on the same bet every Saturday only when football season starts. So when I went on the sight the other night I was In shock to see I had been band, on speaking to someone it appeared I had used paddy power and that is why, the thing is iv never used paddy power in my life, apparently betfair and paddy power are sister companies so what difference this makes I dont know but as iv said iv never used paddy power, so what I had to do was send pictures of all my I'd which I did and this guy said they would contact me in the next 24 hours and that was 4 days ago. I'd never one on my bets in the 4 years but stuck with them thinking one day they will come in may b I was due to win and they bailed out, that's what I'd like to think.

I wrote a review a month ago after losing on slots every single day for about 30 consecutive sessions. Honestly, the regulated reels they speak of are completely bogus. My first night years ago I won, and since, I've never had a winning night with 20 mins of game play.

For comparison, I opened a DraftKings account. 3 of my first 5 nights playing slots turned a profit over $40. Even better, their bonus reels actually hit. I kid you not, on 4 separate occasions on FanDuel/Betfair I waited 15 mins to hit a bonus reel for it to pay out between $1 and $2.50. Their payouts are a complete joke.

I had deleted their app, then gave one more chance after receiving an email that they did 15 hours of maintence to their site. It still takes me 10 minutes to log in and get verified in NJ, turning on and off wifi numerous times before it finally verifies me, another issue I never have on other apps.

There site went down for 30 minutes during the UFC event Sat night causing me to miss a winning bet. This is routine during football season and popular games as well.

Bottom line, there is absolutely NOTHING positive about using betunfair casino. Their slots pay out nothing and their app is complete garbage. They are literally robbing people of money to pay minimal fees in getting a working app. Their customer service is just as awful.

I truly cannot speak any more negatively about my experiences with them. Once a huge fan, their app, payouts, and service have become a joke. DraftKings, PointsBet, Bet MGM, Borgata, and numerous other apps I've had legitimate fair game play and no service issues. Only betfair is a constant headache. Avoid at all costs, unless you like being aggravated and donating your money.

Great odds on betfair but the live vidoes of horse racing is beyond bad, it worked when betfair first started but now it's terrible and normally i just get a blank screen. It ;s now just a point for the on course bookmakers to lay off bet's. If your looking for big odds horses then this site can't be beaten. Shame it has gone donwhill since corporate took over….

I did an in play bet in a game today. The game finished about 4.20. The bet won. At 5.40, it still hadn't been settled. I contacted their livechat to ask what was happening,. They told me their agents were 'on it' and it would be settled 'in some time'. Contacted them again at 6.45 as it still hadn't been settled. They said it would be settled 'soon'. Its 8.45 now and my account is still saying 'awaiting result'. So why lay an in play game that you can't get the result of? I got the result over 4 hours ago lol. How hard are you trying to get the result? You know, it was a winning bet 5 @ 14/5. Total return 19. I don't even want it anymore. Keep the 14 winnings and the 5 stake Betfair. It's not worth the annoyance. Not gonna spend the rest of my life being told it'll be settled 'soon'. You treat your customers with contempt. No enjoyment betting with you. I'm closing the account. U can keep the 19. Cheers.
8 hours after the match finished. And they're still 'awaiting result' of a game they were laying live in play that every man and his dog knows the result of. How profesional is that? 😂

Betfair used to be a good company. If there was a problem, you phoned and spoke to a human, who sorted it out. Since the take over by Paddy Power they have fallen off a cliff. Their customer service is close to non-existent. Use them at your own risk.

This companies customer service is absolutely DISGRACEFUL. Never EVER been dealt with in such a poor manner. I have 2 complaints which i am now gonna take to IBAS. I have sent photo and video evidence in for both issues. The 1st is now 5 weeks old an 996 Arcade win last night!!

Seem decent. Can only speak as I have experienced games seem a lot fairer compared to other sites sports odds decent nice layout easy to use. Firm seem very genuine on responsible gambling. Will constantly check comfortable with betting levels. Seem one of the better gambling companies

Can’t give 0 stars….

my balance transferred back to my bank account as my account was closed after I won some money.
I have tried every day for 2 weeks to speak to someone, the lack of transparency is frightening – they won’t allow me to speak with anyone other than a chat bot person who always says “your query is being dealt with and there are no updates”. I can’t get an update on when my money will be transferred, I can’t speak with a manager, I can’t access my account, I can’t get a date that the payments team will look at my request (this keeps changing on a daily basis)

I have been compliant and submitted all the documents they have requested yet they still havnt helped me.

Im 13 days in and I havnt been able to speak to anyone about this issue properly.

I have got all of the chat history saved and every account transaction saved as a screenshot and I am happy to publish these to show how neglectful you people are and how you are clearing avoiding my questions and paying out my funds.

Next step will be litigation.

Worst casino I have ever played, watch out guys they will try and do you up in anyway they can.
My story starts with me playing on the game called stallion which it’s exclusive to betfair, I get bonus award 12 free spins, during the free spins I get additional 4×3 spins,then al the sudden I get disconnected, I go back on the game and bonus gone just like that, I get in touch with customer service and they claim the can’t see any bonus been awarded to me but they you have to wait for 24h and go back on the game and it should be fine, after 24h nothing,I contacted them again asking to speak to the manager or someone in charge which they refused to do on number of the occasion with this matter, I had no other option but to close the account with them.
BETFAIR are day light robbers.

I have been using Betfair Exchange for over 5 years now. And when there is a dispute or a discrepancy with the event they always settle the bet so they don't have to pay out. This has happened multiple times. They even contradict themselves. Event already played and you lost money? The bet stands. Event already played you won money? Bet is voided. Absolute disgusting. The Gaming Authorities really should look in to this. This can't be legal.
