Disgusting company, sent me an email to use a 5 free bet. Won 75 with it and then all of a sudden theyve closed my account due to security reasons and wont give any information or send me the money. Disgraceful company.

The difference between investment and gambling is learning how to put probability on your side.I lost a lot of money gambling with Befair, but how did I eventually put probability on my side ? I did simply by joining Royalhubllc,com, I have made much more money than I could imagine investing with them. Lesser risk to gambling as well

I signed up to Betair and was told to submit my proof of ID and proof of address by their bot so I did. I was then told to wait 72 hours for this to be processed so I did and didn’t receive any contact from them so I then contacted live chat which was a bot again and it told me to wait 3 – 5 days which I did and still nothing so I finally contacted live chat and demanded to speak to a real person and get this the real person said “I should have contacted them sooner and will now not be eligible for any sign up bonuses” absolute disgrace of a company and I would recommend avoiding at all costs.

Be careful and make sure to take a screenshot when your bet is matched if placing a bet on the exchange.I placed a bet which was matched and the money taken out my account to place said bet so you can imagine my surprise when my team won and I went to collect my winnings and found that my stake had been returned however no winnings and no record of the bet having been placed on my account!I duly contacted customer services via the online chat who stated that the bet was showing as unmatched on their end and so there was nothing they could do, I wonder if this would have been the case had my bet lost, I think not!I cant say I am surprised with the amount of negative reviews already posted about these absolute scammers!In summary I would avoid like the plague or if you are using then make sure you screenshot all matched bets as proof that they were made and matched!I would advise using smarkets instead if you are looking for something similar.

Betfair just closed my account with no explanation or warning when I had money in the account! I was informed its now going to take 5 days to receive my money back, please dont use these as they can shut you down at any second with no warning

iv never really done very well on betfair wins are few and far between the slots are awful you very rarely get a bonus from slots and that is what you are depositing your hard earned money on you dont get a lot back from betfair it actually seems the most unfairest site thats just my opinion i know its gambling but something back from deposits would be great its set out nice i won 130 after depositing 70 pounds i then deposited a further 150 no bonus nothing back i then deposited another 30 nothing back no bonus the slots are the worse iv played on any site you just want to feel like the slots are fair when you deposit your money

Theyll take your money immediately. But theyll take forever to return your money. You have no recourse. Customer service keep you waiting for 20 minutes on end. I would never recommend this organisation to anyone. I will delete and close this account as soon as I have my money back. Save yourself, do not join these con artists.

Terrible, they removed the helpline number and now literally treat customers like you know what. Even trying to contact them is a mission. 40 minutes waiting to message someone and then it is past 11pm and the option to contact someone does not even work. I have placed 2 bets. Money in the account want to place 2 more bets to cover a bet, but they are playing dumb. So frustrating. Effectively want 4 bets, placed 2 out of 4. Need to place the other 2 to cover my perm, but suddenly, I’ve exceeded my betting limit. Yet less than 10 minutes earlier I was allowed to deposit the cash.

Joined Betfair to place some FIFA world cup bets. Ridiculously confusing website. Finally figured out the difference between a back price and a lay price, but no idea what all the other columns mean. I think I placed one bet, but no idea as it didn’t appear in my betting history (bit my balance has decreased). Gave up and withdrew remaining funds. Awful.

I’m really surprised to see so many bad reviews here.I have been registered in Betfair Long time ago. Pros:- never had troubles with withdrawal and deposit, they never blocked my winnings etc ( there was technical issues only , about issue see below)- many options to bet. Cons:- slow support. They help, really, but very slow. – limited options of deposit. I used webmoney, hardly deposited money and could not withdraw back . They suggested me to deposit small amount of money using debit card, and after withdraw all money using bank card. It worked, i got all my money , but it was hard. I would suggest Betfair to use more deposit withdrawal methods and improve current options. But i say again – they never did dirty tricks with me.

Been with Betfair for years now . Something has happened .past you would win a fair amount on slots . Now glitches are more than suspicious and.making reset a normal . If you win they block your method of winning. I usually bet on both teams not to score and I had my account restricted to bet up to 1 euro on that market. Contacted support and it wasn’t reversible. So basically if you win they just kick you out. If you are bad at gambling than this site is perfect as it has a lot of markets for you to lose at. If you want to bet to get profit than search for another one.

Iv struggled with dyslexia all my life, so sometimes I miss something. I signed up for a Betfair account and withdrew and put on a bet using my Pay Pal. Then noticed it said I was to use a card, so I done a cash out, took another 10 out and put it on the exact same bet all before the event has started. Unfortunately I didnt get the bonus, I then thought Id done something wrong so spent the second 10, it settled and still no bonus.I then contacted them and explained the situation, and even though they fully acknowledged that I had opened the account and spent double what I needed to because of my initial mistake they told me that there was nothing they could do and I wasnt getting my sign on bonus. Iv used other betting sites and there always so accommodating and if its an honest mistake there more than glad to help. Unfortunately Betfair takes your money then doesnt care if they hold onto the customer, more like betunfair.So unfortunately Id stay well clear of this company. The site is ok but for no reason they decided I was not allow to get any promotions. They told me that it was random and they decided this for my account and their decision was final and there was not going to be any change. No point in having an account with them when you have better offers with others. I would not recommend them.

I would place bets on exchange and then watch mostly NBA basketball games on their platform live. Last 2-3 seasons watching games become absolutely unbearable, from delay in sound to games at 1.25x speed, or some weird repeating plays, also games not as LIVE as it used to be.If you ask customer support they say that it has nothing to do with betfair. (IT’S YOUR SITE DAMMIT) and its all 3rd party sports streaming providers.Maybe they should work with better sports streaming providers..Until then betfair not gonna see a single penny from me.

Nice site, easy to use, good odds etc but it’s the idiotic restrictions, I’ve had a few wins, not massive, just wins on lucky 31s or 63s, nothing massive, a few wins of 1 or 2 hundred pound on each way multiple bets, all of a sudden I click on promotions to find in not allowed to do them etc, even in their special football bets where you’re allowed a max of 10 pound on a boosted price of evens, for some reason I’m allowed only 3 pound lol. I tried to do a 50p lucky 31, a? 15.50 multiple bet today, was allowed only a 31p lucky 31, it’s quite rediculous

You can stake over 500x without a bonus on low stakes that’s thousands of spins without a bonus, then when you do get a bonus it pays 10x or less, they have altered their RTP on slots or flipped a switch, I deposited 800 and got around 5 bonuses all paying way less than i staked. AVOID.

Do not use betfair, use any other sportsbook or platform you can. I had placed a bet and I had won, to see that they did not payout my winnings as they placed an “automatic lay bet” against the same odd without my knowledge at all? How is it that on the bet slip It only had gold trip the horse to win, and when the result came out it said that there was a bet placed for and against the same horse to win?? So dogey when I called to let them know what had happened they just referred me to terms and conditions knowing that will go no where.

i have been fighting to get my money released from this company for over two weeks every time i contact them it is over a hr on live chat to come back to no managers are free to take your complaint and then they close the chat after asking you to contact them at a later date you can not make a complaint without going through the manager so no complaints made also no movement on my money not a large sum just shy of a grand i can still use their site just not withdraw my money

Not really understand the RTP and the RNG because not real. About 90% plain spin from 90% about 15 % trying the free spin nothing else. The rest 10 % I mean 10 spin from 100 max biggest about 60 pence 1 time the rest 2,3,4 and 12 pence. Something wrong with my experience or the RTP count for the house I don’t know but seriously nothing to do with this crap. watch out where you spend money but definitely not this site that.

A good sight and app. Money hits bank account in seconds when you withdraw. Although they ban you from daily free spin, if you don’t spend enough/play enough on other games. I did eventually get reinstated though.
