I thought was a good respectful site and I became a member, then between one thing and the other started to get worse, no possible to have a proper response from customers service, always excuses….! The priority team they are not helpful at all, I did ask to stop sending me everyday the reminders about my time spent on the site, recently I fund my account blocked because they want to me do not stay and play to long or even at night time!! They review my deposit and they decided to give me a maximum of 750 per month. If any of the usual roulette spin goes wrong because the dealers are spinning on the wrong site of the running wheel….instead of apologies and rectify the problem they just stop the bet even if was a winning number! No matter how to complaint for anything because is just a waisted time, keep asking a lots of personal question with no regards at all about people privacy, one moment they call you and give the best VIP treatment….the next day they change everything and they say that the new gambling rules not permit to treat VIP customers anymore! Anything you need to report you get a automatic reply saying that will reply in 24/48 hours….very dissatisfied with the customers service, no professional at all, no respect for customers. Today again another email ask me if I know about the time that I spend on the site……I have reply that in the last 3 days I am not sign in to play….but I am waiting again tomorrow to receive the same warning! Does not matter how many times I have asked to stop sending this pure NO sense and persisting emails!

Provided all documents 3 weeks ago and nothing.

They are holding my money and wont pay me back. Balance transfer request turned out to be fake after 12 days.

Thieving scum. I speak to them every day to be told to wait and wait but nothing ever happens.

So u join place a few bets then without warning they suspend your account. Now the most rediculous pathetic policy they have is to lift the suspension on your account they have to phone you and this call can take weeks, you can never get any help online or by phone regarding this. So please join other sites its the worse policy off any betting sites i have come across.

Account got suspended. Asking for a bunch of my financial details. But then never reply to my replies. I have had the account since 2017 and have been steadily making money. Of course I'm addicted to gambling if I see exploitations in the odds your platform has provided. At that point gambling becomes investment.

As soon as the little guy takes money away from these large corporations, a suspension is in order.

This company is awful. Signed up, won a bit, next second my accounts suspended, sent in ID spoke to livechat, sent in ID again, must have spoken to about 5 different people on live chat throughout a few days, the last one said all my ID was fine and the suspension would be removed. Did it happen? Nope. Days later and still suspended. Gunna stick to William Hill/Ladbrokes etc. This company will do anything to not pay out.

Through some Betfair internal fault multiple accounts in my name were listed as being open. My main account got suspended and access to my cash held was prohibited. This was 14 days ago. I have sent multiple emails but had not one reply! I have now been told that the department dealing with the suspension [kycDOTcoATbetfairDOTcom] does not reply to emails! Furthermore the only reply from the messaging service is that "it is being dealt with by the relevant department" So basically there is if F*** all you can do. I have passed my case over the the Ombudsman who I hope to find more receptive.
PS I have been a Betfair customer for over 20 years but that loyalty appears to count for nothing.

Not a great site for football betting the cashout seems to be unavailable most of the time even when all your bets are winning? Thought I would try the slots OMG 2hrs before I got a bonus feature then it paid 1.32 on a 60p spin?? Think the best advise is don't play slots online they are the bookies guaranteed revenue stream, lose a few million on football or horses get it back on the slots just turn up and down as they please to ensure they get their profits.

Betfair was a decent company until late last month and it showed me what a scam company they are. Disabled my account with over $11000 in it for no reason and support couldn't help after days of no reply. I contacted Bestresolute.com and they helped me out and were able to get back my money from them. You can try them on Bestresolute.com if you face similar problems or need any assistance with getting back your money from scam related transactions on any platform

The betfair exchange is the best thing there is for sports betting. Stay away from bookmakers, they ll all screw you over (also the ones on betfair obviously). In an exchange, the site doesnt care if you win or lose, which is why its actually possible to make money there.

Betfair currently have a lot of my money and whilst I was using them this morning all of a sudden my page switched and I had a 'Account Closed' message across the top of my screen. I have open bets on the exchange that have been matched and I also have unmatched bets which I can no longer manage as any and all access to the site is blocked other than to a completely useless 'Customer' Services – not CS, simply there to fob customers off with delay tactics. The reason my account was closed – I didn't supply them with a pay-slip, something that they know I cannot supply them with as I am not employed. I had already supplied them with bank statements, paypal statements, proof of identity, proof of income from house sale via my solicitor…
This was simply another example of Betfair culling the accounts of customers who win money and do not pay huge commissions.
If you want to gamble and lose then choose Betfair – if you want to be allowed to win then source an alternative site

If I could give no stars I would…I use webmoney for depositing and almost everytime I make a deposit I have to wait up to 2 weeks to see those money on my bf acc.Betfair states that this kind of deposit takes up to 30 minutes to go through…what a joke.Every time I contact customer support they tell me the same nonsense story…to wait 24 hours to clear the funds and if I dont get the money by then ,I have to contact them again and wait 72 hours which in truth are more like 7-8 days and only after if I am lucky,I will have those funds available.Customer support is a joke and I would know that because I worked as a customer support for a chain of casinos and we would never be aloud to treat any customers the way they do.Webmoney is an instant money trasnfer system and the only one holding the funds is betfair.I had these kind of experiences with them at least 30 times in the last 7-8 months and I decided to warn everyone who would use webmoney to deposit…think twice before you do so…

I contacted customer services which was painful
I have had no response and my funds are frozen and I’m unable to withdraw my funds I’m disappointed and discussed with they way this crowd treat people there even worse than sky

Day after day I've played their "ball scratching" free game in Bingo.
"OH BALLS!" is what I've had since last Xmas.
So I went to play games in their "casino". Once, I did win, but really, over the years, I must have spent a good amount there. Curiously, when I play those same games on other sites, they win. Betfair seems to lower the Spin Slot games so it just takes your money, eventually.

I opened an account with Betfair.es yesterday to play poker.
My account was verified immediately. I made around a €500 deposit and played.

My account stands at €650 now. I woke up this morning to find an email saying that my account was closed. I have absolutely no idea why. I can't cashout.

I spoke to a customer service rep on live chat who didn't give me any answers except to say that my account was closed. I asked why and what about my money and she said that she was forwarding my query to the right department and to wait 72 hours for a response.

On the vetting side, the app is not even slightly user friendly, can't seem to put on multiples on any market other than the match outcome.
Markets are generally poor, and if you want to put on a bet fast… Forget it.

They need to seriously update the app and the user friendliness.
I use pretty kuch all of the apps to check odds and offers.
I can safely say, regardless of offers, I won't be using this site.
Its frustratingly poor.

I don't usually gamble so can make mistakes. I'm annoyed that it was so easy to erroneously cash out a bet. I was trying to get back to my list of bets ( Eurovision song contest gambler only)
And touched cash out by mistake. 17 cent returned to me on my 2.50€ bet. I just wanted to reinstate my bet bet immediately but no option to do do.
I would like to suggest you have a confirm button to prevent others making such errors. Not much money I know but has left a bad feeling.

Slots are crap compared to other sites. They’re really slow and disconnect you a lot. Probably done deliberately to avoid paying out bonuses. Also the default stake should really be set at the minimum to avoid accidental clicks costing high stakes, but of course Betfair and other corrupt casinos like to have the default stake higher so they rake in more money. Pure scum.

Actually I was a big fan of betfair from almost the beginning. I had an account here since 2005-2006. Two years ago they suspended my account without notification. I have asked them about the reasons both via live chat, e-mail and twitter but they were not able to clarify the reasons. I think they are far way away from a reliable, trustful company.

I don't recommend Betfair.
I opened an account with them. I recieved an email for a 5 bonus but it was x35 wagering requirements. I didn't think I would be able to do it. so I went on to spin to win and ended up building my balance. I got four separate multipliers. I then was notified I had done the wagering requirements, my balance was 80 but they only let you keep 50. I tried to add my card but it was declined because someone had used my card on their account. I withdraw by bank transfer. Couple hours later they had closed my account, not explained why. Was not able to message them because you have to sign in but I couldn't as they had removed my account.

Their very quick to take your money but don't like paying you what you win.

I put three bets on for the Northern independence party to win hartlepool. Just because they were such good pay off odds. On the 8th of April the party failed to register so didn't even run. Betfair refused to give my stake back saying that a none runner is the same as a loser. Which is incorrect they offered me 15 pound in my account. I said I'm not happy I'm going to make a video about this and they said fine. Will never use netfair again and I would advise other people to stay away from these crooks.

Stop deleting my reviews you utter tossers! BetFair is extremely corrupt and will add high amounts into the stake box and then a website error will cause the high stake bet to be placed with no way of cancelling the bet or being able to cash it out. Withdrew EUR 20 to my Maestro bank account but only received EUR 15.
I contacted the customer support and they told me that there are two options when withdrawing funds to card: 1) no fee, 2) EUR 5 fee.
Everywhere on Betfair, however, it is promoted that withdrawals are free and the customer support agent just ignored my requests to provide me with the page/link where this ridiculous 'explanation' was provided to the users. They just decide how much to transfer to you, based on your account holding, betting amounts, etc.
Cheap service, I'm glad I only lost EUR 5 with these scammers. I do not recommend.

Worlds worst place to play slots

OK so iv been playing here for 3 weeks now and to be honest not 1 single good win or this is so funny. Not even 1 slot bonus I consider this place to be fake. OK so you all know about random number generator and return to player what is called rtp and rgn all slots run on this system and every time I play at bet fair all I keep getting is the same reels coming in. I have recorded my game play and looked at all my spins writing down the time and date to when that same reel came back in. Am always wanting the last bonus symbol to come in on the reels to get a slot bonus and it never does. Now this is very interesting indeed. OK so I did a test on my account and it seems that the algorithm had changed from it from day to day so when I did a full sloot test by playing rick and morty megaways in 4 different casinos it took me on average at paddy Power 6.00 to 13.00 to hit a bonus round at slot boss it took 8.00 to 10.00 and at Leo vegas it took around 9.00 to 15.00 but the expectation of that you can buy the bonus for 15.00 at Leo vegas. Now the good part over 400 spins at bet fair and I hit nothing and has been like this for 3 weeks. I confronted then in a live chat session and recorded it to. This was funny as the person in the live chat did not have a clue he started saying you can play 1.000 spins on a slots machine and hit nothing. So I stopped him and told him you are completely wrong. As you can buy that slot bonus for 150 spins at Leo vegas. He then went on give me lots ov verbal abuse saying I was fibbing you can not buy bonus rounds on slots and it's not a. Bonus round if you have to buy it. I explained to him that I have run 2 tests the first was to see in any algorithm had changed in my account and I ttest of slot by playing the same slot in 4 casinos and told him the out come. I also told him that I was getting the same reels coming in only at bet fair. He once again went on to call me a complete fibber. I told him I have it recorded and uploaded to social media Web sites and asked him to click the link I have provided. It the went quiet for 10 min as he was probably had watched the video link and then was ashamed to say anything. So after that 10 minutes I started to write in the chat are you still there no no response. So I started to write who fibbing now you work for a company that is fake that's why you have 1.3 star rating out of 5 on Trustpilot. You have made false accusations against myself what is a UK law section 40 paragraph 2. I told him to make this a official complaint of writing in a live chat as I have it recorded. But still no responce and I also told him that I will be writing to Malta gambling authority's. And then he closed the live chat on myself

I had all my account verified and set up.haf no issue spending money then after spending a ton of money I finally get a little win. I withdrew some of the money and kept some on the game. After I withdrew I went back to playing and within 2 minutes I got a big feature and during the feature my account was locked and I was logged out. I go straight to live chat and was told to email paddy power security with I'd even though I'd already verifed so I sent 15 emails and they eventually sent one back saying we dont read these no more we deal with everything on live chat. So I go back to live chat to a guy called Francis who was rude and had zero customer respect or care. I told them what's happening and they said my I hadn't got a bank on this account,(how did I deposit then) i have pictures of withdraws which i took so they couldn't deny the withdraw, then they said they wanted bank statements- then they said they wanted more documents after all that. Then at the end they said oh where sorry your date of birth doesnt match.send us the right one or this chat is ended. I send picture of my account details saying your are age verified and ready to go and they sent a message back saying, I'm not going round in circles,I told you to send the right details so this chat is finished! I've never known anything like it. It's a disgrace. I literally can not do anything about it. Betfair send me to paddy power email.then they send me to betfair.
