Worst customer service, no follow up emails or confirmations on requests to delete the account, their proof of identity requests are perversely intrusive and ask for too much information pushing the line of identity theft. They allowwed me to make a bet before my account was suspended and I have been unable to unlock my account as I have serious concerns about the legality and SECURITY of the information being asked of me to provide. Strongly advise against these people.

Absolutely disgusting I had a scatter where I won 67 but the cash didn’t go into my account balance I went straight into chat where the woman was very rude and disgusting told me it did not happen and I need to send a snapshot which I didn’t have because obviously I don’t snapshot everytime I win as you don’t expect this to happen so now I cant get what I won I have phoned a solicitor and told everyone to avoid this casino I have contacted fca gambling commissions I am honestly disgusted with the service I recieved from the chat! The greatest and above all bookmakers out there. They simply offer the best prices on sports, horses, etc. Betfair exchange is also the very best in the market of all sports traders. 2% commission. I have been with Betfair since 2009. The gaming side is just like all other gaming sites. The Community Forum also benefits those to create a topic in their desired sports, make comments, add comments to other threads and research from punters tip's. I have not seen anywhere else that offer such support. Easy loggin, easy to deposit and easy to withdraw funds. Totally fair and generous. Never harasses via email, sms or calls. I'd of given no stars. Absolute disgrace! So after speaking to a agent on live chat this morning called SHANE who is a Nob! I said to him that I was missing 10 from the promo crazy time, where you have to place a 5 bet on a bonus and if it wins you get 10 free credited, did this and wasn't credited with the 10 so after getting in touch with live chat. Shane rudely told me I hadn't met the requirements of the promo and due to this my account is now frozen for 24 hours! There liers and there customer servic is God dam rude, than he closed the chat without even given me chance to write back. Would not recommend this site too anyone , it's that bad stay away

I’ve gambled for 30 years now although was new to all this online betting due to the 3 lockdowns and it’s been an interesting experience?i tried virginbet bet 365 and betfair.they all full of tricks and scams and none of them want you to win big so just try and use your common sense a bit and if you going to do a whopper bet then just use high street bookies.i try to keep my bets simple and no more than 500 and just use my debit card too?I had no problems with betfair they pay out instantly same as bet 365 to.also used the online chat yes it is full of bots but got threw after about 5 minutes and someone sorted my question out straight away.I have been using betfair for 8 months now.

Deposited after being a member for several months. Deposit was with PayPal. Got an immediate notification that deposit had gone through… Didn't shown in account or transactions. This was at 2pm today. Contacted live help who stated there was an issue with e wallets and would be credited in an hour at the latest. Its now 10pm 8 hours later no credit of deposit or refund to PayPal. Contacted live help told just be patient it'll credit eventually. They have my money with no intention of credit or refund and not even an apology. If you want to deposit money for it to disappear completely feel free to use this site. Otherwise avoid avoid avoid.

Would not recommend I registered as a new player I wanted a change from my usual game sites I deposited money and a after a couple of weeks playing I now have a restriction on my account for promotions and free daily games after contacting support where I was told that this restriction is standard practice I was very disappointed as a funded account player I didn’t have a restriction when depositing it’s a unfair bookmaker I would advise you to play and spend your money elsewhere maybe a bookmaker who are more loyal to customers and not just take deposits and then restrict your account my account is now fully closed with no intentions of opening up again now or in the future unhappy ex betfair player

I covered 16 numbers on a roulette table, after 25 spins not a win. I wonder what the odds of this are. I was winning quite a bit before this happened. It does make one very suspicious. Will not be playing on Betfair ever again.

never again stay away from this site. three deposits no bonuses never got back over what i put in not once. dont mind losing but hate it when you know our been robbed. it just takes and takes no give back at all. take your money and put it down a drain you will get more enjoyment from doing that than you will get from this casino.

I have sadly played for a while with this shower and initially I was breaking even if not slightly up. I only play slots. The last 6 months they have just taken every penny I play with bonus games either paying a few quid or literally nothing. I have raised my issues with their live chat and they don't give a toss. I was offered 5 as a goodwill gesture which I told them was offensive. I was then cut off. No one will help you and I have just reported them to the Maltese gaming authority for inaccurate return to player percentages and total disregard in dealing with players issues. I wish to God everyone who uses this site reported them to the authorities instead of just sounding off and doing nothing about it. Betfair are arrogant and are liars. Do not use them as you will regret it.

Suspended my account out of the blue when I had near 4000 worth of open bets on the exchange. Caused me huge losses and unnecessary stress. Will never use these incompetent fools again.

The reviews on here can't all be wrong. Do yourself a favour and do not join betunfair. If you have an account with them, close it and run away while you still can. There are plenty of better alternatives out there.

I thought it was ok site on till I did my bonus spin on the pinball it was going to drop in to 100 when it started to pin on the spot for 3 seconds what a unfair thing to do so disappointed.

It is so so so bad! Back and Lay betting is confusing. The sports betting is terrible… I put $250 on a first goal scorer in the AFL, it came in. However because my bet hadn’t been matched it had only put my bet down as a $8 bet. Absolutely pathetic, confusing and terrible app.

I had been with Betfair for a few years, and over time I have had a few wins and also a few loses, not a problem, but I have noticed on a couple of occasions I've had bets cashed out and just assumed that I clicked then by mistake, so this time around I put two bets on the premier League handicap, and at the end of the season I had actually won, but then the problems began, I waited a few days for payout but nothing, I contacted Betfair and they said they would look into it, a few weeks went by and still nothing, contacted again, said they will raise a complaint, should hear soon, over 2 months later still nothing, I contacted again now say they can't find bet, I provided the date the transaction / betting numbers and they replied by saying that they can't find the bet, I went on my betting history on their site and it's there, but they can't find it, account now closed, will use the local shop from now on.

I have 15 euros on this website, and because i am living now in a place that they don't operate they closed my account and don't transfer the money to my bank account. Take care with them, don't put your money in their hands!

This has to be the worst online casino I have ver played on. I have put on in the last few months over a grand and I have won absolutely nothing and this is on low stakes. I can't believe a site like this is actually in business and the customer service is dreadful. The games don't show the correct rtp either you can check the actual rtp of any game and there was a shocking number of games that didn't show the correct rtp this is against the law. I asked them about it and would you believe they didn't even know what rtp was. Stay away from this scam if you are going to play slots play at ojo a real online slot site.

Awful company. I've been with them over 10 years and they've completely screwed me over. Started asking for source of funds. I provided all documents and answered all questions yet my account remains suspended. They actually suspended my account whilst I had an in play bet on and without any warning.

I have an account with betfair for a number of years
Recently I had a large amount of money removed from my betfair account. Betfair said I placed the bet on a horse and the bet lost.
I am 100 % sure I had no bet at the races they say I backed the horse.
No-one has access to my account except me.

I closed my account.
I was wondering if anyone else has come across this…advice much appreciated

Every time I have “won” a bet on this company they find a way to bend the rules of the bet. They don’t state clearly the rules of the bet so they mislead you to think you win and explain how you haven’t won by making up rules that aren’t stated anywhere on the betting slip. It makes it impossible for you to cash your winnings without contacting customer service and then they come up with BS excuses. I have closed my account with this company they are shocking. And should be investigated for conning people. Avoid at all cost

I had the displeasure to meet people from the arrogant IT team at Betfair a number of years ago. I wouldn't be so arrogant if I couldn't do something as simple as implement a password reset process that actually works!

I hate this company with passion, as a full time matched bettor they've restricted my account to 100 deposits per month despite me proving almost 100k winnings on other bookies. They suspend my account whenever they feel like it and disconnect from live-chats they wish. they should be ashamed of themselves, exploit peoples gambling addictions yet restricting people who can prove they are making a living using the exchange risk free.

The betfair managers do not realise that one day they will be deceased.

They closed my account with a few thousand in the balance. I have an account with Paddy Power which has been verified for decades and they are asking myself to email identification and bank statements.

They are very inhuman and they have no respect for the customers.

I have now closed my a/c with some difficulty,
nothing is as straight forward as it could be with this

One problem was that I couldn't withdraw money ..
.. all I got was a page telling me that I wasn't allowed
access to that information … for months on end!
They took no notice of emails, but strangely depositing
money wasn't a problem!
… Also at one stage they insisted I had a 'gambling
problem' .. they kept sending me irritating emails requesting that I phone them .. For what reason I have
no idea!

There are decent betting companies out there.. it's
not difficult to find a better one than this crowd !

They took nearly 30,000 from me in less than a day. Then allowed me to give them thousands more over a period of a few months and didn't stop me. They literally ruined my life. Something needs to be done and these gambling sites need to be stopped.

Should change the name to bet unfair. So ridiculous that I played the slot game and 650 spins (40p) with only one bonus round (just 7.6 pounds payout). And in the blackjack table dealer got 20 and 21 five times in a row. Even Paddypower or Virgin games are better than this casino.

I used to like Betfair but since they were taken over by Paddy Power they have gone downhill at a rate that makes the Gadarene swine look like the backmarkers in a 3 mile selling hurdle at Hexham. BSP multiples were withdrawn, then the concession regarding return of stakes if a runner went odds on in play then lost. Customer service has deteriorated, it is hard to get hold of anybody. It is no surprise that the amounts matched per race have plummeted over the last year or so. Sorry Betfair but you have lost the plot.

I've reviewed about these closing my accounts already. They locked me out and made me verify even after I already did all that and deposited and played etc. I went to live chat to verify and they told me every time my date of birth was wrong and anyway I managed to get it all verified again and then I withdrew 1500, the day the money was ment to be coming I checked the site and my account had been locked again! They held it all and told me to verify again and again. In the end they said because me and my mum have an account with them they are totally closing both our accounts and are no longer able to use their services. No bonuses was claimed ever, and my mum has not once deposited or played with them. They told her to put a fake phone number on sign up to be allowed to sign up as it wouldn't allow her to create an account! Avoid these scammers at all cost. I play with 888 and I win and lose but when I win it's big and have zero problems with them. Ever. They pay on time everytime and the games play fair.

Stay away from this company, just like the others.
You continue to play normally for a while, you earn very little at first, but then the games start to close and the application starts to crash. You look for a solution to your problems and they try to see you as a little child. Then when you continue to play, they make you a VIP, they assign you a customer representative, they give you a little bonus on certain days and one day they lock your account, under the name of Responsible Gaming. Don't believe the games you play here. It seems that an algorithm works entirely based on the amount of deposit. Also, you can never catch the RTP rates, but if you ask, they will say that millions of spins are being evaluated! Big lie!

Betfair was a decent company until late last month and it showed me what a scam company they are. Disabled my wallet with over $14006 in it for no reason and support couldn't help after days of no reply. Pathetic site, slowest withdrawals out of the whole of the exchange betting sites, smarkets takes about 6 hours, matchbook and betdaq both the next day.. betfair exchange 2 days now and still waiting, appalling considering they are the largest bookmaker/exchange out of them all.. a disgrace.. they restrict you quite easily on sportsbook too i would not rate this company at all, i have taken out all my money and will not use them again, promotions are poor, odds are disgraceful especially on football accumulators.. disgrace
