Lies and LatinToo good promotions made for naive new users, with terms that are impossible to understand, which results in you not being able to ”qualify anyway” of course only after you have lost money and played.With other orders, a quick coin rather than a potential long-term customer.No understanding from customer service, and basically, distasteful treatment. Copy paste answer and deviates from responsibility.I can only advise others to find better place to play.

It says a lot that this company have not answered comments on this page. I have been helping a friend for some time with learning difficulties/mental health problems who has been playing on here for some time. He is not au faix with the internet. He now wishes to withdraw his balance and leave them as their security is ridiculous. It isn’t helped, I admit, by him losing passwords, having to change his email address (which he rarely uses) and having to take photos of him with his passport to pass security, which won’t send through their chat and therefore at a stalemate. I’ve asked for an email address to send the photo to, for them to ring him and suggested other options. We even gave them the last few numbers of his bank account that he has paid probably thousands to them since he joined, and still his account is locked. Next step, legal advice.

I have placed at bet on the game Charlotte FC vs New York City FC, the bet required Charlotte to get 8 corners.Betfair are normal using Optadata to verify their odds, and when I checked Optadata statistics it seems like the have recived exactly 8 corners, same does Flashscore, Livescore, Espn, Goal, Skysports etc. I write to their support line and they write back following message: Following the statistics, your bet is unfortunately lost: Refering to whoscored statistics.I double check this site and the first thing I see is Charlotte recieved 8 corners, I write to their support line again and they show me a place on the same site where it says 7 corners for Charlotte.In order to keep my complain open, I have to video record the game with screenshots on all 8 corners Charlotte recieved otherwise there is nothing they can do.So they send me a link where there is 2 differents results, but why are they suddenly not using their normal Optadata for this bet I ask?With no reply… So I guess BETFAIR, can whenever they want to just refer to a site where the result is in their favour. I will never refer anyone to use BETFAIR unless the want to lose their money, because how who a customer get access to a game in MLS which have been played 3-4 days ago…

Cheats, they had live scores against the wrong teams (did not know this until they refused to pay) when I pointed this out to the dreadful non Uk customer service they said tough, our scores can be wrong on live sport so go away…..unreal…..closing account and going to sky bet

Absolute shambles of a show. Had an account for several years…. Inactive though. When prompted when joining that I already had account, managed to sign in….. however changed name (divorce) and address since whenever I joined. Oh the rigmarole trying to get out small winnings(30 deposit, £50 winnings) after the grand National….. appalling service with some foreign chat centre…. Painful. Please just don’t do it I won’t be lazy next year and I’ll go to the bookies in person

For no reason the customer service was really rude. I just had a general question about deposit limits and I guess due to language barrier (the offer swedish support but the support answer in english) I didn’t get a clear answer to my question. After the support agent said that she will ignore me in the future and also told that she would instruct the chat operators to ignore me.Not a big deal really but very very surprising.

I chose to withdraw my winnings as a voucher which was supposed to take just a few minutes according to the betfair website. After an hour I contacted support, who initially couldn’t even find a record of my withdrawal. 2 hours after requesting the voucher I am still waiting. Very misleading to claim this would only take minutes. If I had known this would take so long, I would have chosen a different option.

My self and my wife have had an account each with Betfair for at least 20 years. My wife uses her account once a year. i.e Today. Grand National.WARNING I believe BETFAIR has been hacked. Or are committing FRAUD.My wife found out for no reason and without any warning her account has been closed ? They will not give her access to her account although she answered all security questions OK – They said they would not re-open her account unless she sent them her Driving Licence/Passport & Bank Statement this is very dubious as they already have these when the account was opened ? She asked for all her money to be refunded back to her Bank Account and they have refused unless she sends them her identity documents – surely this is FRAUD certainly THEFT if they will not give her money back out of her account. I urge everyone to report this to ACTION FRAUD how many millions will they be stealing from their loyal customers if this is happening.

Contacted betfair for the first time in 20 years because I had a small amount 36 in account but after logging in it was on 0. Spoke to Therese, Tulasi, Piotr, Kaushik so far and got nowhere, I’m waiting for payments team to get in touch. I asked them to suspend my account as I think the site has been compromised. I’ll update if the team get back to me.

I tried 3 days to contact with them (betfair).. after 3 days of struggle I connected them with online they said due to business reason you will not get any more .. I am 60 now and have had an active account with Betfair since I was in my 40s. However the last few days have been a very frustrating experience. It all started when I tried to register a new card to my payments method. Due to mastercard credit card regulations this card was unfortunately declined. However it didn’t end there. In their infinite wisdom Betfair deemed it necessary to also suspend my account. In order to regain access to it I had to completely go through the WHOLE verification process again by uploading a load of ‘necessary’ documentation. After 20 years you’d think there would be an element of mutual trust and common sense in play here. I have also been informed that I can no longer email or phone customer services with any issue no matter how urgent. For anyone who knows how annoying the Help Bots can be this was very irritationg to hear. Two days later and my account is still inactive. I am never logging onto the Betfair site again. Very disappointing..

I have been a betfair customer since they started 24 years ago. I have recently had my account limited to 300 a month with no explanation and no way of having this lifted. They tell me its the company which has done this and thetes nothing i can do. Has anyone else had this problem?

Found them to be unable to accept when in wrong and no idea of how to handle the public in disputes. They would rather a client shut their account than try to actually resolve the problem obviously do not care about client goodwill would never use this company or associated companies again

Been with them since 2001 and they used to be world classThen they sold to paddy power and the rest is history. I can remember speaking to someone in the UK for CS, now no chance you can barely understand them and the line is so bad. I signed up and deposited 1270 doing a 250 spin on the roulette, I fortunately won 900 and withdrew 1900. Funds were received the next day, I thought about trying my luck on blackjack and lost 9 hands in a row, basically all the profit I had made. Maybe I was just unlucky but a bit of a coincidence, called it a day afterwards. The R.T.P. over the weekend was nothing short of scandalous, almost theft like – my weekend (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) R.T.P. is 61.19% Staked-308.82 Returned 188.97. I used Betfair for about 3-4 weeks. I won a good amount and withdrawals are fast (small amounts instantly, larger amounts within 24 hours). I joined betfair about a month a go. Withdrawals are fast, there’s no faffing such as asking for documents at the point of withdrawal (they do it before you deposit which is good).I played every other day. I would win some days, lose some days, perfectly expected. Over all, I was up so happy days. I played tonight though and went 128 spins without a single win. I’ve played roulette on and off for a few years on maybe 4 or 5 different sites and sometimes I’d go 40-50 spins without a win but never 128. I went to my transaction history and noticed that one day I’d win then the next time I was on I’d lose. So there was a pattern. Win then lose in a solid pattern. So going by that logic, I’d win tomorrow if I went on or is it just to make me think I will? Who knows. Used them for nearly 20 years. They have gone over the top with the Gambling Commission account review and requiring intimate details of my personal affairs that even a bank, building society or credit card company wouldn’t want on a loan/mortgage/credit application! And this is to use my own money. Dreadful.Unfortunately while they retain a virtual monopoly among betting exchanges they will be able to continue to ride roughshod over customers. Maybe all the people closing their accounts will move to Betdaq and add enough liquidity to make them a viable competitor.

Dreadful customer service and there poker deals are extremely rigged . They will tell u Random number generator selects the cards . One you cannot defy probity without odds manipulation (CHEATING) Hand clashes and suck outs well beyond true odds. Worth pointing out no tests are done on the source that the RNG uses for selecting the cards.It doesn’t take a lot to have say 100 hearts and 10 other suits if you want a heart selected and its still RANDOM Mmmmmm. Don’t be fooled they CHEAT to increase rake and will not agree to independent testing of true probability.

Had a betfair account for over 10 years. Out of the blue I was permanently self excluded. Contacted there on line 16 times. Got a different reason every time. This also excludes me from paddy power,skybet and poker stars because they are all linked. Every agent just wants to get you off the phone and move on to another call. Customer service is shocking
