Simple request for a statement was totally ignored for over 2 weeks where they said sorry we have done nothing in this time?? useless customer services jsut repating the samething and offering nothing dont sign up with them!

One star given because no stars not an option.Betfair are holding my money, and won’t let me us it to bet.
Their advertised phone number no longer exists, I cannot reach them and the helpline says log in to resolve the problem. I cannot log in.
They continue to hold my funds against my wishes. This is basically theft! Avoid!!!

Absolute joke of a poker app.
Time and time again the weakest hand wins especially on the river.
I would advise all genuine poker players to give this app a MASSIVE swerve or you will be wasting good money after bad.

Still enjoying this site , and no im not working for the company..Im a granny sat at home playing a few games like anyone else . I don't expect to win every time I go on ..but tbh ..ive not lost a great amount either. I won again today 160 played the 10 so left myself with 150 to withdraw. Was expecting to be let down and fingers crossed they paid it out . Well they come up trumps again within 4 hours I have my money in my PayPal account . I'm not sure what lots of you moaners are talking about..they've not once not paid me and in less time than expected. This place is in partnership with paddy Power who only have 1.4 star rating put both companies together and you get a less than 3.0 star rating out of 10 does this say it all. Both companies should have their gambling licences revoked. You never win and when you hit a slot bonus it pays less than a 50 x iv been told some bull s from the live chat things like the rtp is over thousands and thousands of spins and iv been told your rtp will be based on how many players are playing that slot machine aat a single time what's strange. Because if this was true we would all just start playing after 6 pm when the is more players playing. But besides this why would you want to play in a place where all you get is slot provides sending millions of loosing rgn to both companies as they know they can get away with it with bet fair and paddy powers rating so low they won't send winning rgn to both places as they will save them for higher rated casinos PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They've cut all the decent offers & promotions to a fraction of what they used to be. I spend several hundreds quid per month with them, all year long.

Time to start spending my money with some of the other betting establishments i think. They can't value you any less than BF do their customers. I'm pretty sure on that

They treat exchange customers with distain, like a captive audience that they don't need to do anything for, like nationalised industries in the 1970s when you waited 3 months for a phone to be installed.

They've got four hours downtime this morning that was apparently planned, but they didn't communicate this downtime in advance.

And I'm restricted to bets of pennies on the Sportsbook, they presumably think I have more insight than most on ManUtd v Villa.

This site is actually disgusting in its operation and general service it provides to its customers. The slots are rigged and not fair no matter what line you are spun about fairness and RTP ect ect . I'm glad I didn't read the reviews before joining. I'm a new customer and only play slots ..I don't bother with the bonuses etc ..just like to play my own money ..if I loose I loose if I win its a bonus ..
I've had two plays on betfair and twice I've come off winning ..not alot but enough to enjoy the games . If you play with an open mind then your not disappointed. I played each time around 8pm and stopped playing around 10pm a good couple of hours fun. And the winnings have been in my account by the morning ..and I get up at 5am . Not bad ..thanks betfair .

Have been here for 3 days.

But based on my early experience its been great. I love there sports promotions, very clear and always credit as states very quickly after bet settlements. Withdrawals processed within 12 hours, in my account was within 24 hours after this.

Livecasino is what it is, all casinos let these latvian providers operate through them, the casinos pay the winnings out that's it.

Everyone's negative views on slots well I can't really say anything as to be honest I've been on alot of sites and slots are what they are too, it's not a charity.

Thanks betfair, I actually love everything so far, even the layout is easy to navigate, and smooth loading.

Abysmal customer service. Haven't settled a very small football bet, despite the match finishing almost 2 hours ago. Used live chat, kept being asked to "wait a few moments" while they found my details, & was then told that they're very busy (not at this time of night they're not) & that a member of support would get back to me. Just being fobbed off.

I should probably just stick to using KALOOKI SPORTSBOOK, as they match the top firms, settle bets instantly, & transfer winnings back to me within 30 seconds of asking!

not a great selection of games and no way to filter games by provider or max payout etc

Terrible rewards system in place. They offer a selection of rewards in each package but say someone only plays slots its a total waste getting a free sports bet and vice versa, its just awful way to say thanks to your long term customers, and the free spins offers in the promotions page are literally all 10p or 20p free spins so it makes it not worth taking.

But worst of all, i spent hundreds in the last few weeks here and no free spins or nothing not a single thanks for being a long term customer.

Also dont worry about the affiliate program. I dont want it if my Twitch and Youtube viewers are going to be treat like another number.

Do not use. Had my account hacked and 200 withdrawn to a random account without my authorisation and Betfair didn’t want to know or help out. Their security controls are obviously not up to standard. I’ve never had anything else hacked like this.

Dont bet very often but was astonished to find my account suspended. Logged on to find answers and found myself being asked this question- "What is your what is your migration answer"? This makes absolutely no sense. I then verified my DOB only to be told "those pesky bots didnt verify it" This company have stolen my money. Avoid.

Signed up for promotion, verified my account, let me deposit and done my bet which won but was waiting for it to settle, then my account has been deleted, had to go on live chat to see what the heck went on. They said
Betfair and paddy are now merged together and I apparently have been banned from paddy despite not using them for years as I moved to sky bet, as this is the case Betfair deleted my account and told me not to bother with them or paddy and took my money. Never even had a Betfair account before either and will never advise people to use them after this, absolute cons! They let everyone sign up no matter what just to take your money then delete you later on!

Today 01:55 I registered at Betfair.com. I have uploaded all the necessary information to approve my identity. I was approved 02:05 and after I added my credit card and transferred money from my bank. I have received an email from Betfair that they just closed my account and I can't access it anymore. I have tried to get in touch with customer support, but they don't give me a clear answer why, only bot replying to my messages. I feel like I got scammed by "legit company", I believe they are Scamming a lot people like that and this cannot go unreported. First of all how they can let anyone to register and put their money on the account before giving any explanations or anything that might happen in this case the Customer support replied to me that I can only have one account. But I have never had any accounts before, I have never registered my self on these platforms..

With my experience with Betfair as been pretty fair to be honest.
I have had some good wins and no problems with withdrawals.
I noticed a comment below saying they wouldn't let you with draw could be one of 2 things.
1 you have a couple of cards on your account make sure it's the correct card you want it to go bk on.
2 wagering requirements, if u had a bonus or a welcome bonus free spins u need to wager them, it's not a con. If you are new to gambling like I was, read and make sure u know how to wager them after all it is a gambling sight.
I would advice to make a deposit.

Visited betfair a few times now to give a review.
Had ok wins with the bets i'm betting on and lost a few but that's gambling for you.
If u don't have big betting money bet small when u win, run!!! lol,
Had no issues as yet with withdrawals.
It's a trusted sight, as for RTP yeah its their.
