I’ve tryed to contact you at least 50 times since 19:20 last night, your chat is unusable they have no idea what there doing, I’ve emailed every email address I can find for you and no reply I’ve called numbers I’ve found on the internet and no answer or deadline, I placed two bets on the without favourite market last night 7:10 Yarmouth, there was a withdrawn horse (odds 200/1 in normal market) my first bet you made a 50% deduction due to this withdrawn horse who was available at 20/1 in this market less than a minute before is withdrawal then my other bet you made a 35% deduction from my bet and withdrawn horse was available at 66/1 so on both markets there should be no deduction but trying to get through to you to get an explanation and someone to correct it is impossible

The platform is OK but if something goes awry the support is truly shambolic.30 minutes waiting for response. A further 30 minutes for an escalation manager. Unhelpful staff. Banned for 2 years for saying I had insomnia, that locked up 2k of my money in exchange markets, i have a player minus 1.3k, he was up there all 4 days,I went through hell had panic attack they made me so ill, and they said it was for my own safety, what making me feel the most unsafe I’ve ever felt, I then said you’ll give me a heat attack taking 2k from me so they banned me for life, appalling, disgusting, crooked company, stay clear, they surely won’t last much longer, many of us have grounds for suing.

Signed up easily, deposited easily won £20. Went to withdraw and behold my account is now suspended asking for my documents and personal details along with a picture. Didn’t have a problem when I deposited, as soon as I Withdraw….Suspension. Signed up to Betfair, deposited 20, thought Id give poker a whirl, says In the poker app new customers get 20 free in poker tickets when you accumulate 25 points, than if you read the terms and conditions it says for every 1 staked on poker Id get 25 points. Thought this cant be right played my first poker game and got 1.75 points not 25 points like app says, thats the first con! When I put a 20 pound bet on the exchange, I have to wait 10 seconds for the bet to be accepted. If the price changes in Betfair’s favour, they accept it, if the price changes in my favour, the bet is not matched. It is obvious that I am not playing against other people, but against their software. How is this not noticed and why is it allowed by the authorities. This is a scam. They take a commission, but that is not enough….they play against their customers and I think that they target specific customers and play against them.

They closed my account based on a chat comment. Proven that they save all you say, and then they will use it against you when you win. They translated the word “addicted”whan I talk to a live dealer..rofl as “pissed of junkie” was the official translation. (Swedish Betfair) That was their reason to shut the account lol. And when you try to get support you talk to AI robots for hours. I have done their interview where you feel like a criminal. Still they say the account is under investigation. Assume that is what they say so they can steal peoples money. I offered them to not open the account and just withdraw the money. Zlich Zero Nada. Instead their AI robots continue send excuses. What ever made me want to come back to this site. Should have learned. Just about the worst site to play slots on. Games are all good but if you want to pay just to hear fancy sounds and see good looking graphics and throw money away then you’ll be fine. Non Existent Customer Service. No other way of contacting them apart from live chat. Wait ages to get a message be with you in 2 mins.. 10 mins later get an update – hold on for 15minutes while i read your query?? then disappear for another 10 minutes to ask a nonsense question and pop off again. Obviously juggling callers and making a complete hash of everyone they are dealing with. VERY unprofessional and after two attempts I have opened an account with SMarkets instead.

They had a market open for the Fury vs Usyk fight to go ahead. The date on the market was 29th April, which was when they were planning to fight. But it turned out that if you clicked on ‘rules’ (which people rarely do because the titles are normally self explanatory) it said 31st December instead of 29th April. I’ve seen ‘fight to go ahead’ markets before which had 31st December as the date in the title but this one said 29th April so naturally I (and I’m sure many others based on the odds) assumed it was for the fight to go ahead by 29th April. But when I saw that the rules said 31st December I spoke to a customer assistant on betfair and asked for the bet to be void because they had mislabelled the market. They gave me a load of waffle about terms and conditions and didn’t really seem to understand the issue. After I threatened legal action they offered a £50 goodwill gesture. I said I would begrudgingly accept a £150 refund while leaving my £325 bet in place so I could still potentially win if the fight doesn’t happen this year. They agreed to give me a £150 ‘goodwill gesture’, giving no indication that it wasn’t the refund I asked for. When I later visited the site to see this £150 goodwill gesture it turned out it wasn’t a refund as I had requested but it was a free bet, which could only be used on the sportsbook and only on odds larger than 1.2. I went ahead and used the free bet under the assumption that, like a normal bet, if I won I would get back the money I put in + the profit. But it turned out I only got the profit. So what they gave me had a value much less than £150. I explained this to another customer assistant and they insisted that there was nothing more to be done as I had accepted and used the free bet. I’m afraid I’m going to have to pursue legal action against betfair.

Not a single winning spin from deposit. 100 PERCENT DEADSPINS. That is also because their RTP on the slots are HIDEOUSLY low, like 93% and even lower than that some of them. Not gambling, zero fairness just pure legalised theft. Same as them horrible c*nts at Sky and Unibet. Lowest possible RTP they can even dare choose from the provider for their slots is what you will find at Betfair. For sports and exchange bets, I have no issues with them but you’re likely gonna get bent over there too let’s be honest.
