Definition of scammers. As of new user I have won 7 bets straight. After trying to check my balance, system disconects stating my account was closed on busines grounds without any explanation. Balance was stolen even tho terms and conditions clearly states 13.5 Any balance in your Account at the time of any closure by us will be paid back to you, except that:13.5.1 if you have engaged in illegal activity, we are under no obligation to refund to you any money that may be in your Account;Im sure of i havent done anything illegal or against law winning few rsndom bets. Giving no reason, except to declare that decision was made on business grounds, which means if new user will win multiple times and is in plus, its not good for bussines.Scammers at its peal. Blocking from logging in and preventing to have a proof of my balance without any reasonable explanation! Beware, dont trust theese bastards. Reputable platform would never act such a shady wayc allowing to deposit and later blocking all the funds. Stating nothing can be done.Also platform is pureæy made for cssinos, as betting interfave is poor and has very little bets to offer. Full of bugs! Please dont do same mistake i did! Will escallate this to UK galbling authorities, and do everything in my power to report to as many places as possible and prevent as more people as possible from being robbed!Pitty i cant upload screenshots of pathetic customer support who just make no sense doing everything against its pwn terms and conditions. Please spread this about this scammers to everyone. This is beginning of an end. Pathetic!

The Exchange bet in running jumps up and down when trying to place a bet on an android phone – which results in placing the wrong bets on the incorrect fields! The sportsbook on Free bets for horse racing multiples sometimes, without reason, when trying to place a bet with the option checked uses your own balance – even though multiple selections are chosen and there are no singles – this is usually when more than one option used (EG EW 5 folds 6 folds 7 folds)Games – sometimes just crash mid game with no explanation and some do not show game in play win/loss

Very poor customer service, i used to have an account with betfair & i contacted them to ask if they could remove the roulette from my account as I’ve done with other bookmakers betting accounts,the woman I spoke to was very unfriendly & said you must have a gambling problem if you want to remove roulette & said she’d was closing my account with betfair without even asking me why I didn’t want the roulette,I just phoned them today about this & was told they’d reopened my account,but i couldn’t remember my old username to log in,so I contacted them again & they got me to send photos & I’d etc & when id done all this they said they wouldn’t reopen my account even though they’d agreed to

Simply wanted to cancel a card that’s been compromised and destroyed months back. No can do. They want statements from my bank. Disgusting service when you want to withdraw to a card you’ve been using ages. How convenient when wanting to withdraw!

Was invited back with a £3 pound free bet Although I was able to to use one of three on an multi for which I never picked I also tried to have another bet on the open golf there was no way that I could place it If Betfair are trying to entice me back then I think it would be better to make it easier to understand for at the moment having tried for half an hour it just puts me off betting with them so it’s back to betfred

Opened an account, submitted the required documentation via the online chat and it was verified immediately. Made 3 deposits and 3 withdrawals within the first couple of days without issue, I then won £200 and when I went to withdraw it they locked my account and said I needed to verify it again. I sent the same documents as when I had opened my account and it took them 4 days with me contacting them each day and them refusing to give me an update before my account was unlocked and I was able to withdraw my money. Took my money, closed my account and will never use again. Bad losers, scammers and horrendous customer service, use another company.

Betfair shut my account 4 years ago due to me refusing to show them bank statements. Now get message my closed account has had suspicious activity on it due to them getting hacked a couple of weeks ago. You couldn’t make it up. After contacting them they tell me they keep all closed accounts details for at least 6 years on their computers. They even mentioned anti-terrorism funding as a reason. I think Betfair must be applying for a comedy award

joined this site as my twin told me to join,long story short iv deposits hundreds of pounds then they shut my account and tell me to contact my.bank.when I asked why and what for.the say we can’t tell you,i ring my bank and they are confused as my bank is fine with this site.This is crazy you have stole my moeny and not gave me reason and won’t tell me why?disgusting ,people avoid,and don’t delete this i have proof and have made complaint and have reference numbers

As I was changing my email address with Paddy Power and never used it, I asked them to delete my details under Data Protect AS INSTRUCTED on their site. They said they couldn’t due to the regulations!!! So why suggest it. As the site was hacked recently I can’t see why they should hold on to details as they can’t guarantee it is safe. Then My Betfair account was closed as part of same group, which I was not aware of. When I tried to reopen they asked for passports etc. What a palaver. Just left it closed and uninstalled app. Bad organisation so best stay away as they make billions.

Multiple of these companies are doing the same thing. Selling your data to 3rd partys illegally then emailing people saying theres been a data breach. Its a serious crime and they should be shut down.

Iv played on this site for number of years,and in that time lost and won,(thousands of £,sic played)it’s the nature of gambling,but I do get dismayed when I play a game and it doesn’t live upto its title, the 7,s Deluxe Fire Wheel game for instance, thousands of spins over last few days and not once have a row of 7,s came in, all other symbols have ,even got the fire wheel few times,if all spins are totally randomn how can it be that the 7,s have not appeared, 7,s should be taken out the title and just call it Deluxe Fire Wheel.

Betfair put a £50 monthly deposit limit on my account 😂😂 and their partner PP wanted to put a £20 monthly deposit limit on my account! So decided to close that account. So called safer gambling is destroying the trust with members.
