Been with them years when suddenly I had to be verified again , sent licence sent phone bill as proof of address and even bank statements and my card front and back , all declined and not verified, strange since I was already verified with my same licence , and proof off address all the same as it was when I first joined , not been able to access account of months so have attempted again and will see how that goes but I won’t hold my breath , I would look over it if I had a large deposit but my limit is set at £30 a month so not like I am spending thousands.

I was a new customer. Loaded documents. Did not hear anything. When I tried to log in it stated that I should load documents. Contacted their live chat – after chatting to 5 representatives I gave up. One of their reps asked me for my last deposit and the name of my first pet. I tried to explain that I was a new customer but was told that he was sorry but without the info – he could not help !!!However the name of my first pet was not the question asked when I opened the account plus I could not log into the system so there was no deposit made ! this seriously concerned me. I started the live chat at 18:57 and by 20:25 – I had had enough. I have now closed the account with out losing a penny ! Just lost my confidence in casinos and bookmaking sites who just seem want to get your money and do not care about the customer.Definately the impression that I have been getting more and more recently.

Spotted what I thought was an error with a bet settlement. Contacted support who quickly responded and after a few minutes the issue was resolved. I had got my Oxford City and UTD confused.

I always thought Betfair Exchange was a legit company as you actually get to be the book maker. Always trying to take you money off you at every chance.Watch out for the cashout scam guys. Have moved to an alternative exchange now after months trying to get the money back they scammed off me.Bunch of Muppets you should be ashamed who work for them. Especially the muppets on the chat.Bye

For some reason my google authenticator is not working and I could not log in. Worst of all, I could not receive sms too. The chat agent Aishwarya was so patience about my problem. Although she asked many questions and I understand it’s for security reasons, I got my account back! Kudos to Aishwarya.

So I lodged money into Betfair won 400 euro on a horse race. When I tried to withdraw the money it will only allow me put a certain amount in each card. There’s 3 cards on the account 2 cancelled they won’t allow me remove the cards unless I’m verified. When I try verify it wouldn’t accept my bank statement or phone bill which clearly have my address which is not cropped or edited. I honestly think they have it setup like this so people will gamble away their winnings. I tried contacting customer support which is useless.

Should be called BETUNFAIR. A sorry excuse for an online Bookie. What you’d expect from an off shore operation!!! Impossible to contact when things go wrong which is all the time!Had a case where they paid out and then took back not once but twice on the same bet…. Couldn’t run a bath this lot. I’m off to Bet 365 or another.

I spoke to a fella named Sean who I assumed to be British since he used words like “mate” but honestly, the best, most down-to-earth customer service I’ve probably ever had. Wonderful guy who was very helpful and offered all the right things, all whilst staying professional. Extremely friendly and couldn’t speak any higher of him.

The Betfair Exchange is the market leader & is an essential download for anyone who likes to spend time following Sports & backing their opinion. It is a simply brilliant concept & tool. However, please stay away from Betfair Poker. They will try every trick in the book & give you very excuse to deny you any rakeback so it’s actually virtually impossible to avoid losing. From the time I have been with Betfair I have really lost interest in betting . Their site is rubbish, you don’t get BOG . As soon as you do a bet the cash out reduces significantly which is telling you that they know something you don’t know and that your bet is rubbish. When you try to deposit money , occasionally it won’t show the funds so you reapply it which means the bet has doubled . Also on withdrawals they insisted that I withdraw on a debit card that was stolen and would not allow me to cancel the stolen card .Betfair is like a second rate bookmaker , even the prices are reduced in comparison to others .

I have used Betfair exchange for horse racing bets. It is much better than using a bookmaker. You can place very small bets and hedge the bet before the race starts, if you prefer.Not 5 stars because I disapprove of their casino type games.

I had a really poor experience where my child has spend a large amount of money on my account. I came through to an operator who gave me all the time she could. Her name was Vishnu Priya. I have had multiple employees end my conversation without helping but she has done all she can and connected me to other people who are now helping me with my situation. She is a very helpful member of staff and should be praised for that. I have given a poor review due to the lack of help I have received but Vishna is not the problem she has been a shining light in a terrible situation.

So this has happened on two occasionsSo this has happened on two occasions, I have made a bet and taken a note of my bet. This is on the roulette, mid bet the app has gone down and taken money when I have won, then in my history it shows that I have made a different bet.For instance I bet £10 on even last night the app has cut off then the history says bet on red. Luckily it was only £10, it has happened before for £20 also. I know if it has happened to me it must have happened to other people also, who are putting much larger bets on than myself. I contacted betfair and they simply said sorry got the inconvenience, you need to update your app. I think this is absolutely disgusting and told them I want my money back as well as the winnings. I then received another message repeating what they had told me before. Luckily I’m not a big gambler but if you like a flutter I suggest strongly that you do not use this site.

Beware of betting on cricket with bet-UN-fair.I have been betting with betfair for many years. Cricket is usually what I bet on. I think punters need to be aware that if a cricket match is drawn, betfair treat it as a dead heat, giving you less than your stake back. So in effect you loose and betfair win. When I queried this with them, they quoted rules and regulations which legally is correct, but not customer friendly, they also say its the same throughout all betting sites, dont believe them as this is not the case. If you are betting on cricket other sites such as sky bet, virgin bet settle the game as a void bet so the customer gets the full stake back. Which is much more customer friendly. Sorry Betfair but that’s poor

Tried to set up account but forms of id were not accepted. Site allows you to make a deposit without a verified account but you cannot withdraw your funds until the account is verified. They will take your money but refuse to return it.

I’ve tried opening an account, uploaded my passport and proof of my address, about 2 months ago on a Sunday i tried again apparently my DOB didn’t match i suggested they Betfair delete my account spend almost 2 hours on a chat and got nowhere can anyone help get me sorted.

Gambling companies always have bad reviews. As people lose money and are understandably upset. However, my experience with Betfair customer support today was fantastic. They credited me with a promotion which I’d been invited to via email but couldn’t access on my account. It was hassle free and Glorianne was very helpful. She was kind and courteous, something lacking in a lot of customer support. Part of it does depend on who you get on the other end of support. But, I have had similar interactions with numerous other gambling companies such as Tombola who have terrible customer service, yet somehow have better reviews than Betfair.

Deposited £500 and made a profit of £107. Tried to withdraw all the money and got a message that I needed to put some money on my old card which I’ve since replaced – even though it’s the same bank account. Was able to withdraw the £500 but not the profits which I then foolishly lost. Feels like a scam to stop you taking your money out.

I made a deposit, placed a bet and then within 1 minute of doing so my account was closed on business grounds.I contacted them using the live chat on the day and after being transferred between three agents, the final agent Bhanu said my account was closed and cannot be appealed. She assured me that my deposit and winnings will be returned to me and all I had to do was contact them the next day.After 24 hours of Bhanu’s reassurance, I contacted BetFair using the live chat for me to be transferred between departments again. An agent called Brandon then requested me to submit documents to verify my account, to which I did. Brandon then transferred me to another department to where an agent called Rahul reviewed my documents. After 5 minutes Rahul came back and said the account is closed on business grounds and cannot be appealed. He then said the only my deposits will be returned and not the winnings.I then challenged him on this only for him to abruptly close the chat and not answer any of my questions.Honestly it was so frustrating because they attract with their new customer bonuses, take your money and then close your account. I will never deal with them again and I advise any of you who are reading this and thinking of joining BetFair to go elsewhere or place your bets physically in store.Proper cowboy mentality from them.

I’ve been with Betfair since October and I’ve had a few wins I’ve also lost some money as expected with gambling but I’ve won more ! I’ve no complaints if I’ve needed any help with anything it’s been sorted fairly quickly also when I withdraw my winnings there in instantly thanks to faster bank transfer!! I put a restriction on how much I can lose and it takes a week to change back to what ever you want which I think this is brilliant as cooling of period and to keep an eye on what your losing/ spending ect!! More gambling sites should do that Ive put money in other sites and not won anything I know your NOT guaranteed to win but you expect something after a few deposits so for me Betfair is in my opinion the best in uk for me personally it genuinely lives upto its name thanks you helped me out for xmas with my winnings 😃😃😃

After years on Betfair, all of a sudden they’ve decided that I should be blocked from accessing the market with odds below $1.20. My bets have always a minimum of $1000. Usually on the shorter odds. Now they’re telling which odds I can take. And which aren’t available to me. Lol.

Betfair has posted incorrect live scores to entice betting and increase loses. Looking further into it, the live score differs from the score shown in the statistics, proving they have access to the correct scores but show something different at face value. When complaining about the issue, they are very quick to wash their hands of any responsibility.
