So we get 50 free spins and we win £15.As others have said, I thought I’d try and withdraw the winnings, only to find that our account has been suspended, despite previously providing details of the card number etc.I would rather spend the £15 on other games if this is the way that Betfair go about their business.Betfair my *rse!!!

Absolutely a blatant insolent scam!!!!They know only one word – deposit. And then good bye when no longer can you deposit after they have drained the last pound off your pocket. As far as i am concerned the organisation victims against the villains are preparing a lawsuit against the laddy power and it will be fun seeing those vultures lose all they have, good. Been with Betfair a while now, Ive not had many wins but I do like the varied games and it’s fun. I did have trouble with changing a card but the customer service was extremely helpful and I managed to withdraw my winnings. So thank you😊

Totally scam! They invite you to open account, deposit, they block asking to verify account which I have tried multiple times. They failed to sort your account for two weeks, despite having all documents claiming large queue of accounts to verify. On the end they tempted all documents and asked to verify again. After two weeks and another they to verify they decided to close without any reason an account and strip you from your own money (they money that you win and the money that you deposited). Despite that they state on their website „Any balance in your Account at the time of any closure by us will be paid back to you”, they will not return you anything without any further explanation. AVOID! Use Unibet or any other decent website, but not them!

In the middle of the night I put a bet on the greyhounds by mistake. I got in touch with with Betfair and, as a one time gesture of good will, they voided the bet for me. Maybe there is a Santa Claus after all! Thankyou so much Betfair 👏

Been with betfair for a while. Just closed my account today. Only play 20p or 40p spins, luckily for me as the pay outs are terrible. I understand it’s gambling, however I have played many games, sometimes spending £80 on a game at 20p spins with not even a sniff at a bonus. Most games will take £20- £50 to land a bonus only to pay a few quid back to you. Very unlikely to land anything good, and I have played for some serious hours over the years.

When you take a 24 hour time out you have to contact live support when it’s finished, what’s the point in encouraging people to take time outs when they bully you for doing so? surely it’s a good thing to take a break yet when you do they wont let you log back in until you had a 2 hour chat on live with them abusing you in any manner they can. disgusting behaviour.

Signed up today and got my free bets, however they weren’t working so I contacted customer service to sort this issue out. She did not know herself and kept telling me to do the same thing over and over again. Guess what, they went and suspended my account, with my free bets not even used. O was already fully verified. This company is a joke, I don’t understand how they get away with this. Gambling commission really allowing this to happen. Then again they all share our money and put it in there pockets. When will we all learn that this is unacceptable from betfair and the gambling commission.we all have to do better, we need to change this. Otherwise we will keep being mugged off.

What the hell has happened to you people ? I reported a bet settled incorrectly. Some guy on the chat (the only available option to contact anyone by the way) told me he would look into it and email me with a response. In the meantime they suspended my account. Like it was my fault the bet was settled incorrectly ? Way to go guys.My account is still suspended and no email. I spent over an hour on this chat rubbish 4 days later trying to find out what was happening with my account only to be constantly bombarded with the same security questions. I spoke to 2 agents during this period and not one of them had a single brain cell between them. Not one of them would answer my questions why I have not received an email and why my account is still suspended.How on earth can you run a company like this not allowing customers to speak to a human being to resolve errors that you cause. I was always under the impression Betfair was a safer option as apposed to traditional bookmakers. Sadly, these shameful people are actually worse in my opinion.

After being a customer here for 16 years, a Betfair representative decided that they’ll be suspending me for a year for my safety. I have no gambling issues or emotional problems related to gambling. They labelled this as “self exclusion” which it absolutely is NOT. This ban was forced upon me after I began to trade on their exchange. Lunacy. The industry is dying a slow and bloody death.

Live chat was absolutely useless. I was having problems logging in to the exchange . Not a password issue as I could access sportsbook. I tried 4 different devices and all they could suggest was clear cookies/ cache. Uninstall reinstall app, change password, none of this worked. In 2 hours I got passed to 6 different agents, I was convinced they were just automated. I kept having to explain the same problem to the same agent. They said there was nothing wrong with account and I eventually was passed to customer services which was just a different live chat! The chap just said turn off your device and turn back on again! Never thought of that! Heavens above. So regrettably as I can’t use the exchange do have joined a competitor.
