I had a forecast come up on the dogs .I waited to get paid out .Nothing .After contacting customer services they said that the bet was not matched. I should have won 325. Yet again the desperation of Betfair shows their true colours. They did offer my stake back. What stake ? I never had a bet on remember.

Joined Betfair to place some FIFA world cup bets. Ridiculously confusing website. Finally figured out the difference between a back price and a lay price, but no idea what all the other columns mean. I think I placed one bet, but no idea as it didn’t appear in my betting history (bit my balance has decreased). Gave up and withdrew remaining funds. Awful.

I’m really surprised to see so many bad reviews here.I have been registered in Betfair Long time ago. Pros:- never had troubles with withdrawal and deposit, they never blocked my winnings etc ( there was technical issues only , about issue see below)- many options to bet. Cons:- slow support. They help, really, but very slow. – limited options of deposit. I used webmoney, hardly deposited money and could not withdraw back . They suggested me to deposit small amount of money using debit card, and after withdraw all money using bank card. It worked, i got all my money , but it was hard. I would suggest Betfair to use more deposit withdrawal methods and improve current options. But i say again – they never did dirty tricks with me.

Been with Betfair for years now . Something has happened .past you would win a fair amount on slots . Now glitches are more than suspicious and.making reset a normal . I’m on with a complaint but not hoping for much as there agents are busy .stinks . Government should ban software gambling I thought it was regulated on percentage of spins . If you win they block your method of winning. I usually bet on both teams not to score and I had my account restricted to bet up to 1 euro on that market. Contacted support and it wasn’t reversible. So basically if you win they just kick you out. If you are bad at gambling than this site is perfect as it has a lot of markets for you to lose at. If you want to bet to get profit than search for another one.

Iv struggled with dyslexia all my life, so sometimes I miss something. I signed up for a Betfair account and withdrew and put on a bet using my Pay Pal. Then noticed it said I was to use a card, so I done a cash out, took another 10 out and put it on the exact same bet all before the event has started. Unfortunately I didnt get the bonus, I then thought Id done something wrong so spent the second 10, it settled and still no bonus.I then contacted them and explained the situation, and even though they fully acknowledged that I had opened the account and spent double what I needed to because of my initial mistake they told me that there was nothing they could do and I wasnt getting my sign on bonus. Iv used other betting sites and there always so accommodating and if its an honest mistake there more than glad to help. Unfortunately Betfair takes your money then doesnt care if they hold onto the customer, more like betunfair.So unfortunately Id stay well clear of this company. I over spent got nothing in return and closed my account feeling really stupid ??

The site is ok but for no reason they decided I was not allow to get any promotions. They told me that it was random and they decided this for my account and their decision was final and there was not going to be any change. No point in having an account with them when you have better offers with others. I would not recommend them.

I would place bets on exchange and then watch mostly NBA basketball games on their platform live. Last 2-3 seasons watching games become absolutely unbearable, from delay in sound to games at 1.25x speed, or some weird repeating plays, also games not as LIVE as it used to be.If you ask customer support they say that it has nothing to do with betfair. (IT’S YOUR SITE DAMMIT) and its all 3rd party sports streaming providers.Maybe they should work with better sports streaming providers..Until then betfair not gonna see a single penny from me.

Nice site, easy to use, good odds etc but it’s the idiotic restrictions, I’ve had a few wins, not massive, just wins on lucky 31s or 63s, nothing massive, a few wins of 1 or 2 hundred pound on each way multiple bets, all of a sudden I click on promotions to find in not allowed to do them etc, even in their special football bets where you’re allowed a max of 10 pound on a boosted price of evens, for some reason I’m allowed only 3 pound lol. I tried to do a 50p lucky 31, a? 15.50 multiple bet today, was allowed only a 31p lucky 31, it’s quite rediculous

You can stake over 500x without a bonus on low stakes that’s thousands of spins without a bonus, then when you do get a bonus it pays 10x or less, they have altered their RTP on slots or flipped a switch, I deposited 800 and got around 5 bonuses all paying way less than i staked. AVOID.

Do not use betfair, use any other sportsbook or platform you can. I had placed a bet and I had won, to see that they did not payout my winnings as they placed an “automatic lay bet” against the same odd without my knowledge at all? How is it that on the bet slip It only had gold trip the horse to win, and when the result came out it said that there was a bet placed for and against the same horse to win?? So dogey when I called to let them know what had happened they just referred me to terms and conditions knowing that will go no where.

i have been fighting to get my money released from this company for over two weeks every time i contact them it is over a hr on live chat to come back to no managers are free to take your complaint and then they close the chat after asking you to contact them at a later date you can not make a complaint without going through the manager so no complaints made also no movement on my money not a large sum just shy of a grand i can still use their site just not withdraw my money

Not really understand the RTP and the RNG because not real. About 90% plain spin from 90% about 15 % trying the free spin nothing else. The rest 10 % I mean 10 spin from 100 max biggest about 60 pence 1 time the rest 2,3,4 and 12 pence. Something wrong with my experience or the RTP count for the house I don’t know but seriously nothing to do with this crap. watch out where you spend money but definitely not this site that.

A good sight and app. Money hits bank account in seconds when you withdraw. Although they ban you from daily free spin, if you don’t spend enough/play enough on other games. I did eventually get reinstated though.

I made a withdrawal of a good amount of money. Never received into bank account. Contacted Betfair on live chat, which took forever, told to contact bank, bank could not see transaction number, told to go back to betfair who said they transferred money and it was up to my bank to sort out. I play the bonus pinball game that they currently offer 1 spin a day for free, I have been doing well getting the odd 40p 50p etc once a day, sometimes I have to use their allocated games to spend it which is fine anything I win on those games goes into my main account wallet. Betfair is easily the worst bookmaker in the uk. Im talking about the sportsbook and not the exchange. The sportsbook side with the traders etc is without doubt the mug end of the industry. Always last up with odds on overseas racing and restricting bets. Clueless custmoer service who are equivalent to monkeys pulled off the street and asked to repeat standard replies written down for them. The sportsbook runs a distant last to any other company.

Been discriminated against today as there was an offer for.today only on horse racing, where you bet 10 quid on doubles or more and get a free bet, did the offer.never got the free bet, when I queried with costumer services, they told me that my account was restricted to.promotion , was a company decision, no further explanation given when asked, I know friends who.done this.offer.with no issues. Stay away from this site. Sportsbook will limit your bets if you managed to win any bets at all, with no explanation or reasoning. The odds to win on the casino are inflated when you register to drag you in and then are flatlined to the point where you wont see any wins for months.

I was a customers since 1999 when they started but last month they asked for bank statements and proof of investments, house ownership, earnings etc. I provided that all the same day but they reduced my net deposit limit to 100 a month. I queried this and a month later am still waiting for a reply. I’ve finally given up and deleted my account. For years the betting industry didn’t care about customers spending 1000’s but now they panic if someone spends more than a 100 a month. It’s a total over reaction and they are too stupid to figure out how to care while allowing people to be grown ups. It’s pathetic.

On September 23, 2022 I made a wire transfer to Betfair and by September 30, 2022 was not posted yet in my account. I contacted the help desk a few times and they said that my ticket# was not even revised. And on September 30, 2022. I was updating my phone number and they just closed my account without any notice. They stole my money and never send me an email about the issue

The worst company to Bet on tennis. Their brokers are a joke, never give you option to chose from the whole daily lineups. Always the straight forward matches are not available. Even when the match starts, not available inplay. Only when the favourite takes the lead, the odd drops and the match appears. Very dishonest and quite doggy. All the others companies this never happens, you are a disgrace, even though the matches seems straight forward, there are surprises, you would make money, people will lose bets. There has to be a change in approach, otherwise, you will go down. Not surprised on the customer service reviews, they are useless. Bet365 and all the rest are much better, at least they don’t play it doggy. You have to sack the brokers team, every single one of them. The worst company Ive ever dealt with for customer services, 30 minutes wait in a chat connected to an advisor before passing data protection. Spoke to a manager called Liam who said not his problem and transferred me back to another agent to go through the same thing Id already been through twice. I’ve noticed when your put a bet on ready for a cash out fornthe fact cashout symbols are there for that reason for a cashout, so when you’ve placed the bet as soon as your bet starts to lost they disable the csshout bit so you lose all your money

Second time betfair have ripped me,once on age of gods and tonight on medusa v monsters.get bonus and it freezes.just out of interest.spoke to rep from betfair first time and he said that all casino games and slots are predetermined,therefore there is no randomness to these games.that however gives them no excuse to freeze the game at anytime,especially when having just won the bonus.stinks of a very bad,untrustworthy,bookie.dont play their casino and think carefully about placing a bet with them….at your peril….
