If you fancy gambling go somewhere else. Their RTP is not true, trust me.Spend over 2k last month on lowest stakes just to see how it goes. I've put in 2k over a month and didn't get a single profitable day. The R.T.P. over the weekend was nothing short of scandalous, almost theft like - my weekend (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) R.T.P. is 61.19% Staked-308.82 Returned 188.97. Yesterday (Sunday) is 44.84% Staked 91.91 Returned 41.22, at one point yesterday it was 34.58% Staked 61.36 Returned 21.22 after 40 had been deposited and played through. This morning I have deposited another 30 and it is 44.59 % Staked 54.38 Returned 24.25.I have deposited 150 over the last few days, I haven't withdrawn anything due to not actually winning anything to withdraw. Now as most of your games are around 95% R.T.P. I was wondering why mine is so low? The last 90 of deposits have not produced one Bonus round on any of the slots I have played, well over 500 spins and not one Bonus, that is just abnormal. I used Betfair for about 3-4 weeks. I won a good amount and withdrawals are fast (small amounts instantly, larger amounts within 24 hours). I hit a losing streak (but still up overall) and was playing most days which isn't ideal so I decided to take a break which was easy to do and took instant effect. I've played roulette on and off for a few years on maybe 4 or 5 different sites and sometimes I'd go 40-50 spins without a win but never 128. I went to my transaction history and noticed that one day I'd win then the next time I was on I'd lose. So there was a pattern. Win then lose in a solid pattern. So going by that logic, I'd win tomorrow if I went on or is it just to make me think I will? Who knows. I'm up 5k with them and opted to take a break so that I can't be rinsed of it :D I'd give 5 stars if I didn't notice the pattern but I'm going with 3 because I'm a little suspicious after going through my transaction history

Used them for nearly 20 years. They have gone over the top with the Gambling Commission account review and requiring intimate details of my personal affairs that even a bank, building society or credit card company wouldn't want on a loan/mortgage/credit application! And this is to use my own money. Dreadful.Unfortunately while they retain a virtual monopoly among betting exchanges they will be able to continue to ride roughshod over customers. Maybe all the people closing their accounts will move to Betdaq and add enough liquidity to make them a viable competitor.

One you cannot defy probity without odds manipulation (CHEATING) Hand clashes and suck outs well beyond true odds. Worth pointing out no tests are done on the source that the RNG uses for selecting the cards.It doesn't take a lot to have say 100 hearts and 10 other suits if you want a heart selected and its still RANDOM Mmmmmm. Don't be fooled they CHEAT to increase rake and will not agree to independent testing of true probability.

This also excludes me from paddy power,skybet and poker stars because they are all linked. Every agent just wants to get you off the phone and move on to another call. Customer service is shocking

Placed a bet on an underdog team and when that team was winning 2-0, I tried to cash out my profits but Betfair site conviently went down for at least 20mins due to 'technical issues' apparently. By the time betfair site conveniently started working again the score was 2-2, therefore losing my pofits and my money. Betfair customer services said it's in their T&C's that cash market is never guaranteed. Avoid using this platform.

Very bad company. They closed without notice my account babbling about violation of terms and conditions but without refer exactly what's the violation and without giving any evidence. But the very uncorrect behaviour is that they don't refund the amount available on the account.The customer service is nothing but a word of mouth so it's impossible to contact the management not even in writing.

What a useless company..been with them for untold years...not long ago,I was going to open an account with a company to get a price on a horse for Cheltenham, when suddenly I am blocked by companies including betfair...years ago I joined a poker company, and when I went to withdraw, in microscope printing,it said there was a several times roll over,so I self excluded from the thieves..as betfair are in this flurry group,I am blocked for life..they are nothing but con artists

I would rename it Betunfair.They closed my account because I asked PaddyPower to close my account, I didn't like PaddyPower so it ended up of me having my Betfair account closed too without me asking for this.Anyway good riddance

I signed up and deposited 1270 doing a 250 spin on the roulette, I fortunately won 900 and withdrew 1900. Funds were received the next day, I thought about trying my luck on blackjack and lost 9 hands in a row, basically all the profit I had made. Maybe I was just unlucky but a bit of a coincidence, called it a day afterwards. Overall it is a good casino and the sports section is probably one of the best Ive seen, could add some more player incentives for people who deposit regularly and high amounts.
