They closed my account based on a chat comment. Proven that they save all you say, and then they will use it against you when you win. They translated the word “addicted”whan I talk to a live dealer..rofl as “pissed of junkie” was the official translation. (Swedish Betfair) That was their reason to shut the account lol. And when you try to get support you talk to AI robots for hours. I have done their interview where you feel like a criminal. Still they say the account is under investigation. Assume that is what they say so they can steal peoples money. I offered them to not open the account and just withdraw the money. Zlich Zero Nada. Instead their AI robots continue send excuses. No wonder they have 1.3 in rating. And yep I been with them for many many years. Don’t spend a dime there unless you are going to 100% lose. Then they love you.

What ever made me want to come back to this site. Should have learned. Just about the worst site to play slots on. Games are all good but if you want to pay just to hear fancy sounds and see good looking graphics and throw money away then you’ll be fine. They always quote random generator but assure you me, this site has everything tied down. Dead spin after dead spin and when you are lucky enough to get a bonus games don’t hold your breath. Non Existent Customer Service. No other way of contacting them apart from live chat. Wait ages to get a message be with you in 2 mins.. 10 mins later get an update – hold on for 15minutes while i read your query?? then disappear for another 10 minutes to ask a nonsense question and pop off again. Obviously juggling callers and making a complete hash of everyone they are dealing with. VERY unprofessional and after two attempts I have opened an account with SMarkets instead.

Fed up with these crooks, take your money but nothing in return! Not.only do they not give best odds which is a loss eevn when your bet wins, they now have allowed there live streaming to become unwatchable with jigging and lagging, resulting in using another betting site to eatch so mught aswel use them instead! Worst site going. There’s nothing fair about it. Will eat deposit after deposit and not even offer something remotely worth withdrawing. Bonuses never roll in on machines either. Prize pinball wins maybe once in 10 times. That’s only for 1-2 spins. All in all garbage, keep well away unless your happy to hand money over, with no chance of ever seeing back!

They had a market open for the Fury vs Usyk fight to go ahead. The date on the market was 29th April, which was when they were planning to fight. But it turned out that if you clicked on ‘rules’ (which people rarely do because the titles are normally self explanatory) it said 31st December instead of 29th April. I’ve seen ‘fight to go ahead’ markets before which had 31st December as the date in the title but this one said 29th April so naturally I (and I’m sure many others based on the odds) assumed it was for the fight to go ahead by 29th April. But when I saw that the rules said 31st December I spoke to a customer assistant on betfair and asked for the bet to be void because they had mislabelled the market. They gave me a load of waffle about terms and conditions and didn’t really seem to understand the issue. After I threatened legal action they offered a £50 goodwill gesture. I said I would begrudgingly accept a £150 refund while leaving my £325 bet in place so I could still potentially win if the fight doesn’t happen this year. They agreed to give me a £150 ‘goodwill gesture’, giving no indication that it wasn’t the refund I asked for. When I later visited the site to see this £150 goodwill gesture it turned out it wasn’t a refund as I had requested but it was a free bet, which could only be used on the sportsbook and only on odds larger than 1.2. I went ahead and used the free bet under the assumption that, like a normal bet, if I won I would get back the money I put in + the profit. But it turned out I only got the profit. So what they gave me had a value much less than £150. I explained this to another customer assistant and they insisted that there was nothing more to be done as I had accepted and used the free bet. I’m afraid I’m going to have to pursue legal action against betfair.

Not a single winning spin from deposit. 100 PERCENT DEADSPINS. That is also because their RTP on the slots are HIDEOUSLY low, like 93% and even lower than that some of them. Not gambling, zero fairness just pure legalised theft. Same as them horrible c*nts at Sky and Unibet. Lowest possible RTP they can even dare choose from the provider for their slots is what you will find at Betfair. For sports and exchange bets, I have no issues with them but you’re likely gonna get bent over there too let’s be honest.

Gambling fullstop is a waste of money. Let’s be honest! It’s another poor man’s tax along with the lotto, thinking you’ll get rich quick. You won’t and if you win you’ll throw it right back in. I play blackjack, but recently 5 times on the bounce the dealer had blackjack everytime which is pretty much impossible. But this happens a lot. Of all the main gambling websites I use, the casino specifically the slots has the worse return I’ve experienced by some considerable amount…. I manage my spending and record my input and wins across 4 sites, William Hill, Betfair, Bet365 and Coral.. by a country mile Betfair are the worst return. Lies and LatinToo good promotions made for naive new users, with terms that are impossible to understand, which results in you not being able to ”qualify anyway” of course only after you have lost money and played.With other orders, a quick coin rather than a potential long-term customer.No understanding from customer service, and basically, distasteful treatment. I have been helping a friend for some time with learning difficulties/mental health problems who has been playing on here for some time. He is not au faix with the internet. He now wishes to withdraw his balance and leave them as their security is ridiculous. It isn’t helped, I admit, by him losing passwords, having to change his email address (which he rarely uses) and having to take photos of him with his passport to pass security, which won’t send through their chat and therefore at a stalemate. I’ve asked for an email address to send the photo to, for them to ring him and suggested other options. We even gave them the last few numbers of his bank account that he has paid probably thousands to them since he joined, and still his account is locked. Next step, legal advice.

I have placed at bet on the game Charlotte FC vs New York City FC, the bet required Charlotte to get 8 corners.Betfair are normal using Optadata to verify their odds, and when I checked Optadata statistics it seems like the have recived exactly 8 corners, same does Flashscore, Livescore, Espn, Goal, Skysports etc. I write to their support line and they write back following message: Following the statistics, your bet is unfortunately lost: Refering to whoscored statistics.I double check this site and the first thing I see is Charlotte recieved 8 corners, I write to their support line again and they show me a place on the same site where it says 7 corners for Charlotte.In order to keep my complain open, I have to video record the game with screenshots on all 8 corners Charlotte recieved otherwise there is nothing they can do.So they send me a link where there is 2 differents results, but why are they suddenly not using their normal Optadata for this bet I ask?With no reply… So I guess BETFAIR, can whenever they want to just refer to a site where the result is in their favour. I will never refer anyone to use BETFAIR unless the want to lose their money, because how who a customer get access to a game in MLS which have been played 3-4 days ago…

Cheats, they had live scores against the wrong teams (did not know this until they refused to pay) when I pointed this out to the dreadful non Uk customer service they said tough, our scores can be wrong on live sport so go away…..unreal…..closing account and going to sky bet

Absolute shambles of a show. Had an account for several years…. Inactive though. When prompted when joining that I already had account, managed to sign in….. however changed name (divorce) and address since whenever I joined. Oh the rigmarole trying to get out small winnings(30 deposit, £50 winnings) after the grand National….. appalling service with some foreign chat centre…. Painful. Please just don’t do it I won’t be lazy next year and I’ll go to the bookies in person

For no reason the customer service was really rude. I just had a general question about deposit limits and I guess due to language barrier (the offer swedish support but the support answer in english) I didn’t get a clear answer to my question. After the support agent said that she will ignore me in the future and also told that she would instruct the chat operators to ignore me.Not a big deal really but very very surprising.

I chose to withdraw my winnings as a voucher which was supposed to take just a few minutes according to the betfair website. After an hour I contacted support, who initially couldn’t even find a record of my withdrawal. 2 hours after requesting the voucher I am still waiting. Very misleading to claim this would only take minutes. If I had known this would take so long, I would have chosen a different option.

My self and my wife have had an account each with Betfair for at least 20 years. My wife uses her account once a year. i.e Today. Grand National.WARNING I believe BETFAIR has been hacked. Or are committing FRAUD.My wife found out for no reason and without any warning her account has been closed ? They will not give her access to her account although she answered all security questions OK – They said they would not re-open her account unless she sent them her Driving Licence/Passport & Bank Statement this is very dubious as they already have these when the account was opened ? She asked for all her money to be refunded back to her Bank Account and they have refused unless she sends them her identity documents – surely this is FRAUD certainly THEFT if they will not give her money back out of her account. I urge everyone to report this to ACTION FRAUD how many millions will they be stealing from their loyal customers if this is happening.

Contacted betfair for the first time in 20 years because I had a small amount 36 in account but after logging in it was on 0. Spoke to Therese, Tulasi, Piotr, Kaushik so far and got nowhere, I’m waiting for payments team to get in touch. I asked them to suspend my account as I think the site has been compromised. I’ll update if the team get back to me.

I am 60 now and have had an active account with Betfair since I was in my 40s. However the last few days have been a very frustrating experience. It all started when I tried to register a new card to my payments method. Due to mastercard credit card regulations this card was unfortunately declined. However it didn’t end there. In their infinite wisdom Betfair deemed it necessary to also suspend my account. In order to regain access to it I had to completely go through the WHOLE verification process again by uploading a load of ‘necessary’ documentation. After 20 years you’d think there would be an element of mutual trust and common sense in play here. I have also been informed that I can no longer email or phone customer services with any issue no matter how urgent. For anyone who knows how annoying the Help Bots can be this was very irritationg to hear. Two days later and my account is still inactive. I am never logging onto the Betfair site again. Very disappointing..

I have been a betfair customer since they started 24 years ago. I have recently had my account limited to 300 a month with no explanation and no way of having this lifted. They tell me its the company which has done this and thetes nothing i can do. Has anyone else had this problem?

Found them to be unable to accept when in wrong and no idea of how to handle the public in disputes. They would rather a client shut their account than try to actually resolve the problem obviously do not care about client goodwill would never use this company or associated companies again

Been with them since 2001 and they used to be world classThen they sold to paddy power and the rest is history. I can remember speaking to someone in the UK for CS, now no chance you can barely understand them and the line is so bad. I now believe Betfair are making it extremely difficult for you to withdraw winnings. I had to basically force them to pay me my winnings. It was disgraceful. The App I have now deleted and good riddance to a bad lot.
