Given them 2 star as their sportsbook and exchange are good, other positives they are trustworthy in terms of holding and paying your money, have regular promos, and withdrawals are fast.Now to the beef. Please avoid all their slots. They run the worst versions of all main slot titles i.e. low RTP versions and the ones with hotfix patches (which mean they’ve been patched to stop win runs on them). Please before you consider playing go into the information screen within the slot which tells you the RTP and version details.If you are a slot player better playing MrQ, B365 etc who dont employ this underhand tactic. The difference in RTP is HUGE and is the real difference between you hitting any bonuses, having a decent chance of winning, even over a low cycle, to being almost guaranteed of hitting zilch and losing.TBH how the UKGC let them get away with it (and by no means are they the only ones) stumps me, more interested in stopping auto play and annoying play time reminders, than concentrating on this biggest issue. Simple fix would be to force operators like Betfair to show the RTP and version number clearly on game load ups – they would soon change up.You’ve been warned folks and hope this has saved at least a handful of you a few £ who have read this and regularly play slots.

Complaint about Raivis on Crazytime. Terrible host. Keeps braking on the wheel and collecting customers money. Lora on the other hand very professional and played a good fair game until the handover with Raivis. Something has got to be done about these hosts who are basically stealing. This is the third one I’ve complained about this week with no response as yet.

Worst casino ever you do not win at all completely controlled slots it pays out after a while of you spending atleast £5/600But it should be random not for them to decide when you win but it clearly shows that’s the case. All controlled nothing random about it complete scam. Maybe uk regulated and licensed but doesn’t mean they aren’t a bunch of con artists like those other foreign sites. They clearly are. The lady I had was very helpful as I had gone threw a promo of a 10 bet get 10 bet free but when I went to put bet in I was offered a boost I did not know taking the boost would mess the promo up so I spoke with anamaria who was excellent in understanding my situation and they honoured the bet in credits I did say though if your offering a promo you shouldn’t be offering anything else on that bet that would loose you the promo I’m not sure if it’s pure genius or or a genuine mistake on betfairs app so if you do go for promos make sure you read the terms of that promo all of them as they have so many ways to get you out of the promo happy days ahead

They still let me gamble on their site even though I had a gambling freeze on my bank account. If this is not irresponsible I do not know what is so they do not help. Irresponsible gambling on their website unless you are with gamb stop and the win to lose ratio is too high High

An absolute joke of a service, had used my account for many years and lots of money spent, I stopped using account as was using another one as main account, checked my email and had over 50 emails over months from betfair offering me £30 free bets to come back when I finally decided to take them up on offer they now tell me it’s expired even tho they sent me the same promotion every week on email since September 2024 makes zero sense to then refuse when I come online and try to claim the promotion. I will not be using this site without it as you have used the promotion to encourage me back then refused it.

TBH its the best site out there thou i do like 365 pitch graphics and goal alerts….but betfair for punting its easy to navigate and find the bets i like to place …you cash out and money in account within seconds …talking to the robot is annoying somtimes but this is the way i suppose ….cash out respoce also great had nighmares on other sites …..

Absolutely atrocious customer service. I had a simple question about a bonus and was met with canned responses and a clear lack of understanding from the support agent. It took three different attempts and being bounced between departments to even get close to an answer, and even then, it was vague and unhelpful.

I applied for their 50-1 promotion for Harland to have a shot on target if you opened an account.I followed the link and deposited £5 toOpen the account. I then got a notification to say I needed to deposit £10. I added another £5 via Apple Pay but they have refused to honour the promotion. Impossible to speak to anyone, all contact us via a useless chatbot.Do not deal with this company, total rip off and terrible customer experience!

What a complete rip off site. Deposit £10. Got 60 free spins as welcome then after spending the deposited £10 on the same game then got a extra 100 spins on the same game. What was my total win?? £3.80p 😡😡.. Customer service is disgusting.. They just autobot you.. Its a rip off.. Every offer involves depositing.. Iv been and played on Betfair for several years and had wins, but there’s one thing that hacks me off, and that’s when your in the middle of a game (vault cracker) that crashed 2 times on me for no reason, had good WiFi etc, this is not an isolated incident and has happened many times leading me to be highly suspicious????

At the beginning of December 2024, my Betfair account was suspended with the promise that it would be released upon sending my personal documents and photo. I submitted all the required documentation, but my account remained suspended. I went to Betfair chat several times to get an explanation, without success. It is an ineffective support that never gives a satisfactory answer or that imposes endless waits, going from one agent to another until the person gives up.On 12/21/2024, I filed a complaint here. To this day, no response.Tired of this nonsense, on 01/04/2025, I sent an email to Betfair support saying that if it was not possible to release my account with the documents already sent, that it should be canceled with the return of my balance to my bank account.To this day, no response.For me, unless I explain it better, Betfair does not respect its customers, it is not trustworthy and if it does not return my small balance, I will consider it as an undue appropriation of my money, which is known worldwide as a SCAM.Position today: account suspended, my money sealed (I have no access to it), silence from Betfair.Will I get a satisfactory response from Betfair?Who bet?

I had a problem logging into my account and couldn’t verify a password change. Tried contacting live chat over a number of days but there was never anyone available to help. Awful service. Have now gone to a competitor.

Obnoxious and unhelpful live chat and complaint staff. I don’t know what Betfair are doing to their staff, but they couldn’t care less about customers or issues. There is literally no help and nowhere issues will go if you run into problems so be mindful of keeping any large amounts of money on Betfair. Useless.

Win rates on games are below average. Sitting at around 40% so it’s impossible to win or have a fair chance. When you bring this to the attention of the company they basically say yes that’s fine but there’s nothing we can do, refuse to deal with complaints and end conversations without dealing with issues.Stay clear and use any other site if possible

Ive been using betfair for many years and was happy until after recently by far slots have been the worst.Doesnt matter what you stake per spin the bonus and options have frequency has been reduced.By all means we win and lose ratio month by month is always up and down.But 2025 are you as a company trying to claw things back before things get bad?.Ive also seen the same with ladbrokes and other ppl i know are saying the same thing.

Just to admit all positive reviews you see are from they good paid followers ,non real people very possible small amount of them are real.So strongly DON’T recommend using this platform for gambling , WHAT THEY DO.They set they bets always make to lose like, Promising and publishing to they website that CASH OUT is ALWAYS available . Once you made the bet very rarely stays OPEN to cash out. Any winning bet it’s always suspended , loosing bet always open. Yesterday night i bet on game ROMA VS LAZIO 4 BET’S in total, 2 of them ware for 1.3k and 500 pounds, 2 others ware just small amount , i played Yellow cards , since the game started one of the players with high amount of winning bet got yellow card, and entire rest of game bet was suspended till end of the game , all losing bets ware open with few pounds to cash out.
