They questioned the amount I was betting even though I had a separate betting bank, I was being questioned via chat for hours during which they froze my account. in the end I said do you want me to close my account with you as this is getting ridiculous and they just agreed and just shut my account down. Go to Betfair this will never happen, better place market’s ect with them. Will never go back to bet 365 again.

Shocking customer service and rude emails. Threats to close your account with a substantial amount of money in there. I complained via email and all they did was send the same email again and repeat the rudeness. I withdrew all my funds and I suggest using another betting provider.

Wanted to bet psg to win champions league but took ages to verify, every time the checked they said they required my name on bank statement but my name was there, in the end I gave.. don’t recommend this site, there is reason they so many 1star reviews lol

You will be limited if you start making money. Worst site I have ever dealt with. They also falsely advertise a no sweat for 1000.00 dollars. But when you try to place a bet, they will deny it and approve like 200 dollars. So you don’t even get to use your entire no sweat. This sportbook, I believe, needs to be investigated

Worst experience ever!Trying to create an account here seems impossible. I understand that people need to be thoroughly verified and totally agree with that. But… My account was verified, yay, you can play. Great. Deposit of 20 Euro. Awesome! Now my account is blocked because my last name on my bank account is spelled with a Y and on my passport it is spelled with IJ. In the Netherlands that is not a big deal. But ok, I get it. Now, I would like my 20 Euro back and close my account. But they need a bank statement for that. I don’t want to give my bank statement to just anyone. There is no explanation why they can’t just reimburse my 20 Euro.

Been with these guys since 2017ish. Have always been steady and have come a long way. The thing i admire the most is the LIGHTNING fast withdrawals available. I mean you get ur withdrawal within 1-2 hours versus other places. They have great promotions running all the time and usually you get a chance to participate.

Have been using them for a few years. I was more than happy with them. However today I have had stake restrictions applied. Not a big stake but £10 single was reduced to £1and 25p doubles limited to10p. No idea why, never been a big winner or loser.

Been using Bet365 for many years, solely for horse racing and never had a problem, they mostly have the best prices which I always check on Oddschecker, my winnings are there in a matter of a couple of minutes, I don’t understand why there are so many negative comments.

One of the worst if not the worst online betting operators. They allowed me to make in excess of 21 gambling transactions in the space of an hour and after complaining they said it was ok. They should be taken to the gambling commission and shut down as that is in no way shape or form take part in responsible gambling. After I complained not that the fact I’m in financial difficulty but the fact I was allowed to do such a high volume of deposits in a short space of time they closed my account. They are a bunch of morons working in customers services.

They will try trick you sometimes but just say to them you will open a IBAS (gambling commission ) case and they will behave and sort out the problem. Otherwise they’re ok but they did try to rip me off and suspend my account for no reason when I had live bets.

If i could give zero I would. Did all the correct steps. Receieved email my account was verified and could be used. Deposited 100 euro to then be told i couldn’t game because limitations had been placed on my account so I could requested withdraw. Requested withdraw to only been told I can’t withdraw without making a deposit to confirm my Iban…. I did deposit ! Contacted them was first time my account was under review. Didn’t hear back so contacted them then told me my Iban didn’t match. Checked the Iban it indeed did match. Now told my Iban is under review. Despite it matching my i.d matching. Let’s see if I ever get my money back. I will be withdrawing and closing it if i do because seems like a scam !

Awful Experience – left a few years ago as the refused to acknowledge a winning bet. For reason I decided to give them a second chance and created a new account today – tried to make a deposit and could not as they had illegally retained my bank card details again my old closed account. Tried Apple Pay which there website says they accept and Apple Pay’s says they don’t actually accept them on Bet 365 which a bet 365 then confirmed. Then tried another bank card and apparently got an error code which they tried to say meant card was already registered but I never got that error code with the first time. Absolutely useless and legally retaining information as well

Bet365 is a complete joke. My account was compromised last week through you. I was then phoned on Sunday to confirm all my details which I did. Then told it would all be fixed within 72 hours. I’ve heard nothing. Reached out Wednesday and was told nothing. Now friday.. ridiculous

Terrible signup experience. Their system basically botched the signup – I got some system error when i clicked submit. Got emailed my account has been created but couldn’t log in based of another error. I reach out to customer service for a fix and I am told my account is being closed because of the “nature of my business” . What business? Business with them… I never even got to log in ….. While I think bet365 were the best. I especially liked the super boost and was one of the main reasons I used them. For some stupid reason they give people different max amounts allowed to be placed on these super boost. Mine was £40 for years and then suddenly they decided to make it £1. Which is utterly pointless as most of these bets the odds range between 2.0 and 3.50. This gave me the push to find a better source for my gambling.

Absolutely horrible company to deal with. I accidentally submitted wrong information and wanted to change/clarify, but made more than 15 attempts to arrange a phone call, offering 2 different phone numbers, and they kept saying phone numbers were invalid which they certainly are not. So, my deposit is just sitting in their bank account and I can’t access it or get it back. A bunch of thieves!!!!

I asked a question about how self exclusion for their casino would affect other promos for sports betting and it turns into them imposing a permanent ban on me on casino which results in a ban on all promos and bonuses for sports betting. It’s a self exclusion not for them to make a decision to exclude me or not. Fk agents were so judgemental, making me feel like I had a gambling problem. I recently created an account and they wanted for me to verify my info which I did. Then I bet on a sports team and won and was to withdraw and they were telling me to verify my address again which I did. They had been constantly telling me to do this and I did multiple times. It was extremely frustrating. I just completely deleted my account with them, with the winnings and all It’s not worth it. Terrible experience for a first time better.
