Closed my account less than 1 week after making it. They gave me no reason as to why. Only giving me vague “We don’t want your business” which is such an insane thing to say. Don’t waste your time with this company or website. Useless.

I’ve read through all these other reviews and I don’t know, maybe they just like me but I’ve not had a single issues with Bet365. Sure I’ve had some loses but in the last 24 hours I’ve made 3 withdrawals adding up to about $2000 ($900, $800, $300) and the money was transferred within a couple hours. But that’s just me. (FYI, I only play slots and sports bet)

Well this explains it all. I came here to write a review and the stars it already doesn’t have speaks volumes. I tried signing up today and was told that my verification process failed so I will NEVER be allowed to have an account there. No explanation. Just never allowed. Not allowed to rectify the situation. Pretty rigid if you ask me…. But based on these reviews it looks like I dodged a bullet. Thanks for lookin out for me universe!! Don’t waste your time folks!!

I have been using Bet 365 for almost one year now and I must say that their RTP seems accurate. Immediate payout. Vast Gaming section. If anything the Lotto section can be improved by allowing player to make smaller bets as at present it starts with 10p; I understand that it seems low but when you arrange several combination of numbers that will add up very quickly putting off smaller players to even consider opting for combos.Anyhow I had great fun with bet365 and I will still use it along other online casinos.NB if you read my previous feedback for other online casinos they are mostly negative … so if I leave 5 stars they do really deserve it.

They have no problem allowing you to deposit 2000, but as soon as you try to withdrawal anything over 1500, they put you through the most painful verification process. I have been waiting 2 months already and still have no answer from them. Like other reviewers mentioned, they ask for a credit card statement for a card I haven’t used in 2 years. Like why can’t they ask for the card I used the last 12 months? It’s only cause they want to find a reason not to pay out. Luckily I kept my records and had PDF bills on my computer. Sent everything and still waiting. I filed a complaint through our gaming commission.

Do not play here! Absolutely terrible! Lost 200 in the past few days as quick as you can snap your fingers. Betting reasonably I might add. Just witnessed 4 blackjack get pushed in a row. Chances of this are astronomical and don’t happen very often. Although I know it should at some point, but it happens waaayyy to often on this site. Baccarat is a joke on here and this site should be investigated. Such terrible returns. Chances of blackjack getting pushed are 0.4 something % from what I have read it’s 1 in 450 hands and I just saw it 4 times in a row. Please save yourself the money and go to brick and mortar casinos. Online is absolutely astonishing at the loses. Would not recommend this site to anyone! Except if you are sports betting. No chance they are able to rig those becasue they can’t control it. Such a scam. Worst experience on the gambles. Please stay away. For your own good!

I thought I would give this site a shot. I deposited $60 after signing up and lost it all very quickly even on $0.40 bets. Bonuses seem very hard to hit and when they did hit, it would only give me like $10 back. I closed my account because I don’t believe it’s possible to win on this site. Very low pay outs and very poor selection of games. Definitely would not recommend.

Awful site. As soon as you start winning they close your account ‘due to the nature of your business’ i.e. taking money from them. Luckily I withdrew my money before they had a chance to keep it. Avoid!

I don’t gamble on many sites. I only play on the few I believe play fair, Bet365 being one of them. I played a £10er today then logged out with £5 banked. When i next signed in my balance was 0.00 which i found was rather bizarre. I tried loading today’s play history but it didn’t break it down enough so I went on live chat and each option I chose took me ” back to the start”. I did speak to somebody but the chat was ended before problem resolved. I don’t play many sites but I’ve never had problems with 365. Gutted, 365 have played unfairly

I never had this experience before i live in the Netherlands and im betting like 15 years im pretty good at it .so im betting few years with bet 365 .is a good site with lots of ways to bet on sports.they ask me in the past to verified everything so i did .but every few months they block my account for no reason.than they ask me questions i reply.than it takes few days .few days thats already to long .this time they blocked me again they asked me to verify my job details showing that im working So send them everything and now im waiting like 18 days to reopen my account This is unbelievable

thought it was just be me being harrassed in the name of gambling control, these people told me I spent 16 hrs gambling lmao, their app and website keeps track of time even when its not being used and sitting idle. Horrible company. Know a number of people who have randomly had their account restricted for no clear logical reason. I’m a recreational punter who bets on the horses now and then mostly during carnivals. Just been told my account is restricted. I’ll close it and never use them again. They must be paranoid about problem gambling and litigation being in their future.

Reviewing this to give some shine on customer service agents named Kate Ta and Kirsty H; they helped me with my case very thoroughly. Customer service is either very good or very bad, so if someone doesn’t help you, you have to keep contacting them until they do. The overall user experience isn’t bad, but the verification process can be tedious.

Scammers Bet365, When you try to withdraw large sums, they close your account and hold pending withdrawals. To reopen it, they ask for impossible things like old bank statements or photos of old cards. Don’t use that platform they’re complete thieves

I have decided to make Bet365 my home for Poker and Sports Betting. I like the look of the Poker App and Website. The App works well on Android. They could improve the Poker by increasing the player number to Six instead of Five on their Premium Tables. I like the fact that Bet365 is Privately owned. I like the Coates Family. If I could give bet 365 minus 10 it wouldn’t be sufficient, I’ve had a dispute with them over a cash out for weeks and it’s still not resolved,there not interested once they’ve had your money,many promises from customer service to contact me,but it never materialises.Dont go near them,AVOID, AVOID,AVOID, try a honest reputable company like Skybet or Paddy Power,who treat there customers with honesty and respect, and are totally transparent, unlike Bet365,who make the rules up as they go along to suit themselves!

Worst customer service no help at all. Opened an account only to find out it’s closed the next day with no explanation. I didn’t even have a bet. They wouldn’t even help me open a new account. I don’t get it. I don’t even have a bet that often only around spring carnival time. Don’t use these guys if there is ever an issue with your winnings be sure they will not help you.

Bet365 are smashing. They take bets, they tell you if the price has changed and they keep on allowing you to bet. In other words, they give you a chance. I especially appreciate the instant cash out, which is great if you click something in haste and make a mistake.vI only bet on sports, so I don’t know what their slots are like.

Garbage bookie, twice in a 2 month period I’ve been scammed by this shower. Never bet on boxing with bet365. If you bet on x or more knockdowns it won’t count if the fight is ruled TKO upon hitting x knockdowns despite their vague rules stating knockouts (not technical) count as a knockdown. The final straw last night a fight was cancelled mid event & despite having an entire hour give or take before my 3 fold was in play, I was forced to instead play a 2 fold despite having ample time to cash out the bet which should’ve been voided anyway. Wouldn’t recommend bet365 to an enemy & if I could give them 0 stars I would. I’ve closed my account & will research all bookmakers until I find one that is actually fair- Even if the odds are not quite as good I’d rather be treated like a customer than a victim.
