Starts off OK. UNtil you are a winner. Then they ban you and don’t honour any promotions that haven’t completed. Outrageous that they can just ban you as you made a few quid.

2, or 3 months ago, I bet at Bet365. (18.04.2025 & 29.04.2025)2 times I caught up 3 Scatter but this casino’s system did not let me pay with my Free Games. When I saw Error Problem, I took a screenshots. And then, I contacted customer support and shared the screenshots(time was 21:23). They wanted many information from their casinos screen. They have this information and I waste my times for collecting information on behalf of them!!!And then, they told me “You won 40 GBP from Free Games”. I said, but I did not play my Free Games and I did not won this money!!!! After the conversation, they load 50 GBP in my account. 11 days after, I saw the same Error Problem when I caught up 3 Scatter!!! I took the screenshots and I contacted with customer support (time was 21:04). They wanted many information from me and I spent my time again!!! This time they told me “You won 40 pence”!!!! I said that I did not play my Free Games and I wanted my Free Games.They told me that they can not give my Free Games!!!And finally, for closing casino’s error issue, they closed my casino account without my Free Games!!!This casino has bugs in their system and customer support is terrible!!!

Honestly I’ve given these utter embarrassments chance after chance..10s of thousands of spins. For what absolutely the same scripted garbage algorithm. Worst Betting operator should be permanently banned as they don’t follow guidelines. Allowed me to make 23 transactions In the space of 2 hour and put no restrictions in place. They said it was fine when I spoke to the complaint is and that they would be closing my account permanently. That goes to show there guilt and probably because they don’t want the gambling commission finding out of there wrongdoing. I wouldn’t set up an account with this company and should be shut down. Try not to win either as they also exclude anyone that wins a few bob. They don’t like paying out.

I’ve been using bet365 for a couple of years, maybe longer and I can genuinely say that I’ve never won anymore than a few pound. The biggest wins I’ve ever had are around £3-£7 it’s never been exciting. Squealin riches is one of my favourite games and I play it on other sites too but I really do notice how different the gameplay is on bet365. It’s extremely poor compared to everywhere else. I have now permanently closed my account and I will never make a deposit on there again.

My 2 stars are just because they paid me without much trouble. But they haven’t changed a bit, once you make a buck or two they’ll kick you out almost immediately.I guess they had been doing this since this company was created, but it’s waaaay worse now. Instead of improving their platform and make it better suited for their business model, they just get rid of their costumers. Not very wise IMO.They had the potential to become the world’s most powerful sportsbook if hadn’t chosen such a miserable path. Maybe that’s why it’s for sale.

This site is still utterly atrocious and always has been! Payouts are absolutely pathetic!! £100 in deposits…50p play..TWO bonuses of fishin frenzy JPK. First bonus was 15 free games no fishermen £1.50 return the second 10 free games and collected a measly £1 pay line and again no fish. After that 28 teases 15 with the scatters landing on the first two reels and missing the last 3 every single time. And then done money depleted. It is an outright scandal. The excuse given was that I was ‘playing too much’They refused to lower my deposit limit as a solution and told me my account would be suspended for 6 months. Unprofessional customer support. Never win on 365 anymore, had a few decent wins in the past, then I lowered my deposit limit because I was depositing more frequently and wanted to be more responsible, ever since I lowered my limit I’ve won absolutely nothing, in fact I don’t think I’ve made a single withdrawal since. I signed up with them years ago and just recently tried to login. I was put through to their live chat where I was told I had failed the verification process due to an issue with my driver’s license and would not be allowed to reactivate my account and this issue could not be resolved. The chat support person told me this was decided by the relevant department and their decision was final with no chance of a compromise. I have never experienced such vague, unwelcoming and unhelpful customer service such as this. I’d hate to think how difficult and neglectful they would be to customers when money is involved. I joined the poker sight first couple of days was fantastic no surprises no unusual bad beats very normal but suddenly after couple days things changed in one day I had over 100 files of unbelievable Drew’s things that never happen in live games I send them the files and asked them to see if it’s normal and closed my account. Bet365 has stolen money from me. I made an account, which passed verification. Made a deposit a few days later with a credit card and noticed I had to use a debit card in order to withdraw to. Remind you, I still haven’t made any bets at this point. So a day later, I deposited 1000.00 dollars with my debit card. An hour later, they suspended my account due to “verification.” They are asking for ID, photo with ID, and bank statements. I do not feel comfortable in sending all that information. I have asked them just to reverse or refund the original card but have denied and stated that they will not. Told them I don’t care about betting, that I would show proof that I own the card to get my money back but still will not cooperate. Not for sure how they are legal allow to do this. STAY AWAY!!

My review is for Bet365 Ontario. When the app was handled by the UK it was a much better platform. The cashouts were fair, you were allowed to edit bets, you could auto cashout. Once it was taken over by Ontario everything changed and it really is a complete ripoff. You can no longer edit your bets, once you place a bet they provide a cashout that is less than the value of your bet, if you have a 10 pick parlay and 9 of the 10 have won they are offering a 30% cashout;it should be 90% cashout. You can no longer auto cashout either. Like I said a complete ripoff. I would give it zero stars if I could.

I wanted to bet on champions league, and after I deposited my money, it needed verification, which is understandable. I gave all the information required, passport, driving license, ID card, utility bill and phone bill, yet here 15 hours later, I’m not verified. I tried to withdraw my deposit, but then they needed a postal verification which is stated in the bills I sent them, but a costumers service agent told be it could take up to 28 days.So I didn’t get to bet, and I still can’t use the platform, and maybe in 28 days time I can get my money back.I highly recommend you find another platform as this is highly laughable
