The 365 support team over the last 48 hrs have now made it clear to me that my years of playing on the site mean nothing to 365. My reason and explanation, I’ve used the same 3 deposit methods for 15 years all linked to the same bank account. I made a deposit in a way that was not used since November of 2025. I then me a few sports bets. I won these bets and went to withdraw them. Usually a process that takes a few moments. I reached out for support. I was met with being dropped and kicked from the conversation several times, told I was being forced to wait 48 hrs because the depoist method was not used for a few months (all tho I be used 3 methods for 15 plus years), my account was locked during a conversation with the “support” team then I had to change my password to get back in, was forced into speaking with responsible gambling that I agreed to do, was told I would be getting a call from a supervisor. I provided a number and contact time frame, I’ve still not heard from anyone and my account is now limited and I can no longer make any deposits. The service of 365 is less than 1 star.I’ve been a member of 365 for 15 years now. I will now be advising all my friends family and colleges to avoid 365 at all costs. Due to the awful customer “support”.I hope even just one person reads this and decides to take my advice. Thanks.

High level scamming, I’m carrier gambler I sports bet daily, lost so many bets where soon as I lock in odds and hit submit app will change your odds to their favor and I frequently lose, then they have a H2GG league they feature games from. Odds are inflated and the league points shave to throw your bets, over and under may be -105 points and plus +105 the team will be on track to hit those numbers in the 1st-2nd quarter and score 25-30 each quarter then second half they score 6 they blow each quarter with almost no scoring and finish with barely 6-8 points in second half quarters, or they will be a half point from the over or under with 2 minutes left in the game then they start missing shots on purpose to stay under.

Absolute joke!!! I bet the 2 winning fighters. Doubles.. they won… They have an option there for fight spread 3.5… meaning in 3 rounds fight even if your fighter wins 3 rounds he won’t score enough points for you to win on the bet! Why is that even an option! Why is it first on the left. Because it’s a dark pattern!!. You click that instead of clicking outright. When all you wanted to do is select the winner. It’s convoluted so you make a mistake. Whereas before you click that fighter.. he wins.. you win.. simple. Not better there again.

Had my bet settled as won. They then changed their mind and settled it as a loss after full time and told me that their stats don’t matter and they’re just a guide instead so they wouldn’t give me my money. Went to SkyBet instead and won 6 grand in the first week because they don’t try to con you out of money.

After a lucky spell on horse racing (only a couple of £K) they decided to at first reduce my maximum stakes sometimes to as low as £0.05! Then they banned me altogether. Mickey Mouse bookies. When I contacted them for an explanation just got fobbed off. By banning me meant that they would never get a chance to recoup their losses. That’s good business sense! Not! Clowns!

My account was blocked without any explanation. No warning, no clear reason, nothing. I contacted support and got only generic answers with no details. This is unacceptable for a company of this size. Blocking a customer’s account without transparency or justification is unprofessional and disrespectful. I expect a clear explanation and immediate resolution.

Had restrictions on my account for several months now simply because the company is beeing greedy, and since then they behaved abruplty and blatantly mocking me. Their “Trading team” had taken a decision without any proper or reasonable explanation given, all communication is missing any relevant information about their reason, and there’s no details about how long or what they expect you to do for them to review their restrictions. In other words “careful consideration” bollocks meaning you can’t do anything with your account and they won’t review anything because you have no activity on it. Just keep your money safe, as they don’t like you taking their money, but they only like taking yours.

bet365 blocked my withdrawal by falsely claiming that my bank account is linked to another account, even though I have used the same single bet365 account and the same bank account for over 10 years without any issues. Customer support failed to resolve what is clearly an internal system error and instead unreasonably insisted that I open a new bank account just to access my own funds. My trust in the service is completely gone, as access to your own money cannot be taken for granted.

Bonuses are fixed to be low payouts. 9 bonuses in 20 minutes on Eyes of horus and won nothing, every bonus dead spun constantly. 400 in and hardly any features on any of the games apart from the one stated above. Like all betting companies Bet365 put barriers up to prevent contact with customer service. Live chat automatically closes if the chat icon isn’t live on your phone screen. Having it open on another tab or dark screen will disconnect.Because betting companies have no regulatory body (yes the Gambling Commission only investigates one in 100,000 complaints) they can do what they like.IBAS is hopeless nowadays.

Firstly, I had to leave a 1 star to proceed. Far from a 1 star experience. It all started with a legitimate “bet builder” on their app. It was a winning bet but bet365 stated it wasn’t and gave the most ridiculous reasons, kept moving the goal posts and hiding behind “inaccurately” reported stats from Opta and PA. They insinuated that I was angling for a payout when I complained (I was not and just wanted to be treated fairly), said that they don’t pay out good will gestures. When I pushed it, they TWICE offered separate good will gestures (signs that they were in the wrong and hoping I would jump at their offers) It was all a matter of principle for me at this point. The complaint was then sent to eCogra (just as bad of an experience) for further investigation, who in the end agreed with bet365 even though I submitted extensive evidence and tv footage to support my case. Again this all fell on deaf ears. I do really have alot to say about both Bet365 and eCogra but I am conscious of any potential repercussions if I do but had to leave this experience. 0 star from both parties involved.

Not also do you need good luck to win you also need it to receive your money. If your bank isn’t listed on their extremely small list of banks then they will not pay you. Although they can take money from your bank thats not listed on their list, they just wont give it to you when you win. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Bet365 will not allow me to withdraw funds from my account because they do not recognize my bank for wire transfer. This is despite the fact they have taken money from Interac and Credit Cards from the same bank.They will take your money and have no issues telling you cannot get it back unless you open up an account at a bank that is approved by them.

Ok for sports betting but don’t bother gambling on slots or the online casino. Never have won anything, gone hundreds of dollars without winning a single payout. I know casinos are in the business of making money but after reading the reviews Its not an isolated thing.
