If I could give them zero stars I would had.Did a six fold last weekend cashout would not work only waiting on one team in the 5.30 Kickoff but wanted to cashout as it still would probably have been about £700 unfortunately they said they were having technical issues so couldn’t cashout asked for a goodwill gesture came back with terms and conditions the scoundrels

I can’t agree anymore with what these other people are saying. What a shambles of a betting site. Last weekend was the last straw for me also. 9 years using the company, well not anymore. They are the only betting site, who encouters problems when big games are playing every time. I have 3 other accounts and neither ever have problems.

Poor customer service from Ollie P over such an insignificant amount of money.Been with them 10 years and slipped and cashed out Villa to win league. Asked them to reinstate immediately with outcome not for another 8 months but computer says no.

The most diversified betting site out there, they are having the most games in their portfolio to bet on, the withdrawal always went smooth, as well as the customer support tries to always be helpful. Of course a lot of people would give bad review because of loosing their money but most companies on the marker are much much worse.

Stopped using them after this weekend 19/10/24. App was not keeping up with scores and no cash outs available. Messaged them in the App, but got no response. Quick enough taking your money, but more and more now removing the cash out option if a bet is winning. This has happened twice before last season. I have already moved to another provider now. Absolute joke of a company.

This company will steal your money if you win your bets. Simply depositing money on their site to bet with is now their money and they will lock you out for no reason. This company is fraudulent and criminal. I actually disputed the transactions from my credit card and won.

They have closed my account without any communication. I have only found out when I went to place a bet! I have asked the support why this has happened and they could not give me a detailed answer which it is ridicoulus! I won a bet and they have closed my account straight after! That it is the reason I gave to myself!

Had 4 team acca for £695 I had 3 winning and 1 drawing so should have had a few hundred cash out ,but the betting slip showed that burnley were 0-0 even though they were 2 goals infront, Brentford were winning yet again 0-0 Brighton winning again 0-0 on the slip villa showed that they was 1-1 all match even when they were 3-1 up . I’m not impressed with this feels like I’ve been done , Scam I’ve deleted the account as will go back to William Hill.

ScamI could not withdraw my money to my bank card even though I used it hundreds of times to deposit and withdraw. I contacted them and they said that there was a problem with my bank. I called the bank and the bank assured me that there was no problem until I deposited with another card that I also own and from another bank, but to no avail. I lost a lot with them and closed my account. If I were a European citizen, I would have sued them, but unfortunately I am from the Middle East, knowing that I have been a mortgage holder with them for about eight or nine years.

Cash out unavailable for the whole of the Saturday 3pm fixtures. App lagging behind the whole 90 minutes. Unable to take profit. Once spoken to Cutomer services they say ‘This is in our terms & conditions, we cannot help you’.This was a clear scam after sky news reporting on football betting the same morning. There are other more reliable companies in the world of betting. Once a leader in the game, turned scammers. Avoid and delete this at all costs.

Yesterday the Bet 365 app collapsed at prime time betting and no in play bets or cash out could be made during the entire second half. The queue to complain and try to resolve was over 800 people long and took two hours to get through. I was then kicked out of the queue and never resolved the problem in time. This morning I raised with the helpdesk raising it would only be fair to refund customers their stake for the bets affected. Basically told how important I was as a customer but I would not be getting anything back. Patronising and insulting. How Denise Coates sleeps at night with her CBE I do not know. Avoid this company at all costs

Basically as lots of other customers have already said, loads of goals going in on a full Saturday afternoon football programme yet the app suddenly develops ‘glitches’ leaving us unable to cash out, move bets etc. if I’m being kind I’d say this was incompetence if I’m being realistic then it feels dodgy AF, I am yet another customer who has now removed all funds, closed my account and deleted the app. If zero stars was an option then that is what they’d get

I have decided to close my account with this company as they refused to refund my money after losing multiple bets die to some technical issues that they had today. The customer support simply said that they are sorry for my loss but they are not looking to offer any goodwill for this issue. I find their response very disgraceful and i am not going contrebute to a company that cannot take responsibility for it’s own technical issues.I wish i could give them 0 stars.

Used site yesterday. Major technical issues scores not updating cash out not available . Could not cash out 2 bets which would have had good values Really bad customer experience. On contacting customer service all they continually did was quote terms and conditions. No offer of any goodwill gesture. When said I was going to close my account they basically said go ahead. Obviously don’t value their customers very much.Have now put restrictions on my account because I gave a bad review on Trustpilot

Would give 0 stars but can’t, football been out of sync all day showing wrong scores games not finished on acca 2-3 hours later none of cash out available. i placed a 5£ bet on 9 fold ticked, 8 teams won and my total winning was 1850£, so should of able to cashout atleast 1300£, but they intentionaly suspended ticked until last team played so that i couldnt cash out. Tried they online chat, but you get automated bot answers with no actual help. After last team unfortunately lost,they “fixed issues” with cashout…. what a scam company….

Bet 365 is a disgrace. Losing is a part of gambling but it’s the way that you lose here. The the dealer hits 20 or 21 on nearly every hand on the virtual blackjack. Same old numbers come in on the Roulette time after time. The Poker is a Joke. Hardly ever hit a flush. When you do they make a full house. Players busting out on their last few chips always hit their miracle card to keep them in the game. After playing 60,000 hands on Micro Stakes I’m down £700. Biggest waste of time and money this site.

Their site malfunctioned, so the cash out option wasn’t working. As it’s a technical issue on their end, we should have been given a refund. But as they have refused, I’ve closed my account and won’t be using them again.

If I could score this a zero, I would! Had a bet this weekend and was smashing it from half time and would you know it, the app started playing up. I got to a point where a cash out would have been high and the later it went on, this cash out would have dropped. And my bet ended only needing one goal without the app sorting itself out before the final whistle. Have deleted the app and will be using Sky Bet from now on!

Prime time 4pm ok a Saturday for football betting and the app and the website are both out of sync, most scores are wrong and not updating, so can no longer use cash out, having to check scores externally to see how my bets are doing.Their “live” chat is a virtual assistant so it’s NOT live chat. Doesn’t understand basic questions. Time to find another betting provide. Will never use again as it’s unreliable.

This casino is pathetic. They have the slots turned So tight, its impossible. If you like to lose money and FAST, then this is the place. I tried to address the problem, but they could care less. It is quite obvious what is going on, and why regulators have not stepped in shows just how corrupt it really has become. My advice? Avoid that site at all costs.

Been using Bet365 for many yearsWin some, lose some that’s the way it goes with betting… But importantly never had a problem withdrawing winnings or bet settlements etcI even won £1500 on an acca once, withdrew it to my debit card and was there in my bank within 5 minutes. No mess or ridiculous request for selfie ID and payslips.Good honest service (unlike William Hill and Sky Bet)

AVOID! I played a game of rainbow riches slingo Sunday night £2 stake! Just at the end of the game it froze I had the 2nd best bonus game! I am writing this review about this online bookmaker for several reasons:1. The online Bet35 App freezes while watching horse racing, the screen freezes when placing an important bet not allowing it to be placed.2. Recently I placed a each way bet at 28/1 and horse was eventually placed, when the winning horse first by the post was disqualified, so now my placed Bet 365 will not pay out and their rules state this. A competitive bookmaker Don Noble will honour both qualified and non qualifying bets, something to bear in mind should it have been a very large bet. Bet365 need to improve and get competitive and today closed my account with them for non payment, which I consider a contractual bet.3. When I read such poor reviews on many subjects Bet365 have lagged behind the competition. Seriously look at comparison websites and ease navigating the products on offer.Avoid Bet365 I am now out of pocket and not happy, but they will lose out as I have moved my custom to another bookmaker today.

This sports book is operating illegally in that they do not offer the same methods (credit card/Apple Pay) to cash out winnings as the same way they take your money. Good luck with trying to get your money out unless the account is solely in your name and one of the listed institutions. I use several betting sites – Bet365 is the absolute worst in letting you withdraw winnings – they make it difficult hoping you’ll give up and just bet more. DO NOT TRUST 365BETS/ 365 BETS SPORTSBOOK

Complete simple site. The support does nothing and does not help anything. They are suspending my account in which no money has been entered or deposited. They also don’t want to tell me what’s going on with my account. Simple support closes the chat without asking anything.

I asked if they were streaming NFL this season,two hours later the children running the call center have blocked my account and still not given an answer. also asked several questions of a personal nature that I was not prepared to answer. I will be writing to the CEO tomorrow. Apparently they don’t know what remission means. They also think I have a problem with gambling because I have a couple of bob on my teams to win.we’re talking hundreds of pence here. They don’t believe in freedom of speech either,probably have comprehension problems,don’t appear to be the brightest bulbs in the box.

I write this having experienced the WORST customer service and treatment by anyone holding my money ever. It is basically Ransom at this point. Bet365 has really frustrated me with withdrawing from my bank account. First they restrict my account for winning too much and now they don’t want to pay my money back. I’m almost 1&1/2 months trying to withdraw to absolutely NO success. It’s so bad that I called my bank and they confirmed with me that there’s no such inbound transfer in their systems. The degenerates at bet365 say the transfer is complete on their side only for it to bounce back after 5 days wait one time I kid you not they made me wait for 19 DAYS!! 19 bloody days and I told them something is off. Mind you they charge $9 dollars for withdrawals which never go through. Their agents are CROOKS, they legit offer no solutions to your queries. Why should I open an alternative bank account just to withdraw money from BET365, excuse me it’s my money you’re holding ransom the *****. They scam you and expect you to dance to their tunes of incompetence. MAJOR lawsuit incoming, I’m done with them.
