While I think bet365 were the best. I especially liked the super boost and was one of the main reasons I used them. For some stupid reason they give people different max amounts allowed to be placed on these super boost. Mine was £40 for years and then suddenly they decided to make it £1. Which is utterly pointless as most of these bets the odds range between 2.0 and 3.50. This gave me the push to find a better source for my gambling.

Absolutely horrible company to deal with. I accidentally submitted wrong information and wanted to change/clarify, but made more than 15 attempts to arrange a phone call, offering 2 different phone numbers, and they kept saying phone numbers were invalid which they certainly are not. So, my deposit is just sitting in their bank account and I can’t access it or get it back. A bunch of thieves!!!!

Instead, they rejected my account without any explanation whatsoever. No email, no clear reason, just silence and a blocked account.This is not how you treat new users. Stay as far away from Bet365 as possible.My experience with them was awful.They self excluded my account without my permission.They made an error, but refused to fix it. Terrible customer service/ support, huge improvements needed if they are wanting to keep their customers.

Most retarded company I’ve seen. I asked a question about how self exclusion for their casino would affect other promos for sports betting and it turns into them imposing a permanent ban on me on casino which results in a ban on all promos and bonuses for sports betting. It’s a self exclusion not for them to make a decision to exclude me or not. Fk agents were so judgemental, making me feel like I had a gambling problem. The agents there have no credentials or background to come to thay determination after a 5-10 minute conversation through chat. Fkn horrible company.

I recently created an account and they wanted for me to verify my info which I did. Then I bet on a sports team and won and was to withdraw and they were telling me to verify my address again which I did. They had been constantly telling me to do this and I did multiple times. It was extremely frustrating. I just completely deleted my account with them, with the winnings and all It’s not worth it. Terrible experience for a first time better. I am also a user from an international country which they stated they support and they constantly asked me to share my location. Sketchy as heck

Can’t even create an account. Got to employment, tried repeatedly to type “administrator” failed, then hit retired. Tried to enter my address, failed, said “invalid”. After seeing the reviews, so glad I was unable to create an account.

The only firm that punishes customers for winning on their services. If you actually have some luck and win on a few occasions they will restrict your account and say “we’ve applied a series of adjustments”. Even though you’ve already had a full affordability check done and a low daily deposit limit implemented. They have absolutely no problem if you lose everyday and no adjustments applied. I’m considering a report to The Gambling Commision due to them punishing customers for the whole nature of the gambling and betting game. As for their “jackpots”. I’m not entirely sure these are real, wouldn’t be surprised if these fell to shareholders and put back into their games.

Decided to venture into online gambling. Made a deposit told it had failed. Repeated the process successfully but they also took the deposit that had failed. Dissatisfied with their fraudulent behaviour I tried to withdraw £800 of deposits. The funds were not forthcoming & bet365 locked the account. Funds received after threat of legal action. Do not go anywhere near this company. Disingenuous & fraudulent.

Bet365 was a huge letdown. I used it mainly for sports betting and the odds kept changing right before placing bets, which felt super shady. When I tried to withdraw, the process took forever and support didn’t do anything to help. I got tired of the runaround and switched to another site that’s way more reliable. Not going back to Bet365.

For the second time in a few months when I go to check my winnings from an accumulator bet it has had a very sketchy reason for not paying out. First time they claimed that the early cash out had failed. Tonight there’s a pop up saying bet odds had changed, which they hadn’t and the bet had confirmed. Boooo

I open an account for $10, and made the minimum bet. I got the $150 in bonus bets. I placed a $45 of the bonus bet on Cavs to win the championship. When I tried to place a bet today, 3 days after I opened the account, they closed the account. It didn’t tell me any reason on the app, It just kept coming up that the account was restricted which I had no idea what that meant so I called, and to my astonishment they closed the account. When I ask why, they told me that they don’t have to give you a reason why. So they close my account for no reason and took my money.

After having an account with Bet 365 for several years, I was astounded when they suddenly advised that any bets on their Super Boosts were restricted to only £1.Also any access to free bets and Prize matches had been closed down.Their only explanation was this was a decision from the trading team and they could not advise me any further as to the reason.I raised a complaint and during a telephone call, I was offered £10 to my account providing I accepted the complaint was closed .If I wished to pursue my complaint further, the bribe of £10 would be withdrawn.This company should be ashamed of the way they treat a loyal customer.I have passed the information to Resolver for them to investigate. Meanwhile, I have withdrawn all my funds and will move to a more trustworthy company

My account with Bet365 had been used for several years. I have been betting from my mobile using the Bet365 app. Suddenly I noticed that my balance was 0, when it should have been 60. I couldn’t understand how my money had disappeared. On closer inspection and with patience, I found my money was in the Casino account. I couldn’t transfer the funds into my Sports account. I logged into my account from my laptop and my money was in my Sports account with Casino at 0. This showed that the mobile app was being wrongly displayed. I got in touch with Bet365 and reported the issue. After several checks on my integrity, and various customer service conversations i was asked if the issue should be reported to Technical support. It seems obvious that the customer service staff do not realise that issues impacting business must be escalated without customer permission. The issue meant that I could not place bets from my mobile as my funds were always 0 (despite funds being in Casino). I do not use Casino and never deposited money into that account. I felt that Ber365 might have been forcing me to gamble in the Casino. I withdrew my money from Bet365 and uninstalled the mobile app. The customer service staff do not understand the business and do not realise the importance of technical escalation.

I signed up for a free credit for 30 pound if you bet 10 pound for new sign ups, I ended up winning the bet and they told me I shouldn’t of recieved these credits and they didn’t even pay me the money I was owed for the bet and restricted my account, actual scammers lol

As soon as I started winning they started taking hundreds of pounds out of my bank in duplicate transactions. I tried to contact them but all I get is bots and the same cut & paste rinse & repeat answer like a stuck record. They are refusing to refund my money. It appears they were trying to claim back the winnings. Bunch of conmen. Do not use them!

They closed my account almost immediately after I opened it, when I asked them why they said it was due to a negative verification result which is BS as I provided all legit information and my verification was approved when I had originally applied. I’ve read other people having the same issue looks like it’s a common pattern…they close your account so you can’t use any of the credits and they get to keep your money. Be aware they are scammers… when you ask them to explain further they say they won’t and don’t have to give you any more information. Actual scammers lol

If i could rate zero stars I would. Bet365 are not a responsible gambling operator and allowed me to make 22 transactions within a space of an hour with a net loss of £508. I reported this and it was under investigation the nature of my complaint. I received a call back from a supervisor on 30/04/25 who said they carried out an investigation and said they acted in line with social responsible gambling. I think they should be closed down as also the supervisor said my account has now been permanently closed. They are diabolical and the worst betting operator who don’t give a damn about customers wellbeing. I will be taking this to the gambling commission to investigate fully.

Been using these since they started. They used to be great. But not anymore. had a few issues with bets with them the last year or so. Too complicated to go into here in detail, but basically if they can rob you, they will. The final straw was when I received an email from them telling me they had done a Credit Check on me and had put limits on my deposits thereafter. these ‘limits’ were way above my normal deposits so I cant understand why they would do this other than to play mind games with me. maybe because I don’t chase my losses? they also pepper you with £5 free bets to keep you ‘playing’ while at the same time claim to be all for responsible gambling. they are Sneakmoids and will get no more business from me.

All i can say its a scam app ive been keeps screen shot videos of me getting bonuses in total over 2 months ive had 17 and every bonus ive only won less than a £1 over what ive stacked so it makes you play again because u haven’t won anything and after the bonus it gives you nothing doesn’t even show a scatter. Was originally a foolish 5* reviewer until I found out what they were really like. Offered a cash out and took it immediately and amount showed in my balance so you can imagine my surprise when they reversed the bet due to a change of outcome??My question then is as BACKERS can we reverse ALL CASH OUTS WE HAVE TAKING when the bet has then won?
