I was a customer for around 4-5 years until a few days ago. I thought they were a good company to bet with, but they closed my account without telling me why.I don’t mind a company closing an account if they have good reason, but there was no good reason, and I expect an explanation as to why they would do this, but received nothing but threats that if I opened another account it would be closed instantly.I’d had a good November and was up a lot and December was quite a good month too, so it could just be that they only want losers.My friend loses thousands every year on horses on Bet365 and yet he has no problems with his account.There’s very little regulation for these betting companies so they just do what they want. It’s the wild west l, and they are the cowboys. The only recompense is to go to the ombudsman which is paid for by the betting companies so good luck! 😂 I had a good experience with Bet365 for many years to be fair, but just closing an account without being told why. That’s odd behaviour in any type of business.

Terrible company to bet with I made a bet for a large amount of money I picked the Giants and Raiders to win and right before the games it switched my bet to colts and saints. I swear on everything it switched my bet right in front of my face and locked it in. Emailed them multiple times and called multiple times before someone actually answered. I’ve been betting with them for a long time they said there is nothing you can do but cash out if you get the option and they would not allow me to speak to a supervisor. Terrible company just looking to take your money and does not care about its customers at all I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy and please tell your friends and family not to go through them as well. They are a scam and will steal your money

When you are near a rare, fantastic win they will conveniently turn the cash out off and crash the app. I have complained legitimately to them but it all falls on to deaf ears!!! I had to put 1 Star, I would like to put ZERO!!! This company is the Ultimate Scam artist. You SHOULD know what you are getting into when gambling on any level, it is a risk you are taking no matter what company you do this through. HOWEVER, bet365, has numerous concrete scams that they utilize. Their withdrawal methods seem to change whenever they want, meaning, when you withdraw money, it takes as long as they want it to. The more you withdraw, the longer and more difficult the process is to attain your money. I have spent x amount on this site and most recently, they have removed all bonuses and loyalty rewards because they state it is part of responsible gambling???? They have went into my account manually and removed ANY possible bonus and/or rewards. They say it is due to responsible gambling but yet I am allowed to deposit as much of my own money as I want, when I want???? WTF is that about? They just decided to pull some BS.Last week, I placed a sports bet for soccer, I went to adjust this bet(remove the game) and the game had already started??? The game started at 7amest, but bet365 had it posted for 8am est, thus, the game was already 1hour in when I went to look at 655am est. I raised this with bet365, zero accountability and just tried to talk to me like I was a stupid clown. Making things up, acting confused etc. PLEASE BE CONSCIOUS OF WHEN YOU TALKE TO THEM VIA CHAT. Bet 365 has many offers, you can bet on any sports you can just imagine and many others options, but the casino their casino is on higher level scam. Absolute disgrace of a company. They have no problem taking your money but when you have the cheek to start winning they reduce your maximum stake to £10 per bet. And when you try and find out how they justify this they just passing you on and then disconnecting you should it be telephone or live chat. For customer service they should take a look at livescorebet.com to see how a company rewards customers instead of chasing them away.

All casinos that feature Pragmatic slots from time to time will be operating unlawfully whether they know it or not. Pragmatic, periodically lower the payout rate of all there slots, this is happening more frequently and can last days at a time. Anyone that’s played Pragmatic slots over a period of time will have experienced this. Bonuses won’t drop in and if they do, they payout poorly. Pragmatic are paid by commission on the amount there slots generate which of course benefits the casinos too who can operate unaware Pragmatic are doing this. They shot themselves in the foot when their technical team or product team or whoever did this took the decision of stopping the media from playing if the user leaves the tab, so if you want to listen to a commentary where there is no video for the event you now need to stay on the same tab to avoid the audio to stop playing, although you are watching a ball tracker only, so the website has become less attractive. Same thing if the event is broadcasted you can’t listen to the commentary while switching the tab you have to stick to the same web page to keep the video playing.They could’ve made this stupid decision from a tech perspective to reduce costs of the server loads, but at the same time the product team if engaged in it then to my mind have killed much of their business advantage with this decision.I used to listen to commentary to track my bets while browsing other websites, now Bet365 have lost its core advantage and I’m no longer committed to use them as a preference

I’ve been 7 years in UK casinos, but what I seen today It’s not fit in my head. All bad reviews is 100%true here. Today I opened account in 365bet casino deposited 100£ and start playing. Opened just because they had one game which I liked. So did couple spins on 2£bet and jumped to 3£ bet. After a while got a bonus, good bonus gived me mounts of free spins and after couple of them I rised over 100£ and suddenly I was logged out. Try to log in wrong password. Reset pasword login again and they login me out again. Write over chat to them they suspend my account and reviewing it. Thinking ok they will check and I will finish play later. Aha just dream about that… Was on chat with them every couple hours while not get email that they closing my account because of business desicion.. And thats it.. They text me that I can finish my bets and withdraw money. But it’s never happened, they change theyre minds, robbed me in day time take my winnings away closed account and told that I should maybe get back my deposit. Just like that no explanation why my account closed.. I write complaint and will go forward don’t let them anymore steal money from people’s!!!

I played in such a way that I would pick matches while drinking coffee and then activate the “Relaxation Time” until the next day. That was all for me and nothing tempted me to take risks. And Bet365 limited my account because I was using the relaxation time. I had to contact support via chat to unblock it. But there is an extremely stupid AI there that tried to convince me that I was incompetent and that I had no control over my gaming. In the end, I canceled my account, the cancellation of the account took an hour and I had to threaten the police, courts and lawyers.

I wanted to place a bet within the Safety Net Bet offer but it voided one of my selections, which was a player to score and he was already announced as benched as the time I placed the bet, so I cancelled it and made another one by deselecting the box ”Void if player doesn’t start” to make sure it stands. However it still was voided and my other selection was changed and on top of that the offer didn’t seem to be applied to that bet. I contacted their support about this issue but they refused to help and told me to come back once the bet is settled to reedem the bet credits from the offer. I did so but they denied it and told me it’s my responsiblty to ensure the bet is correct (?) Big joke company
