Wish I read these f'ing reviews first. Just signed up, deposited $200 and then they instantly suspended my account. Called, talked to a guy and he seemed nice enough but I'm writing that money off as a stupid f'ing bet lost.
I should have thought twice when my credit card company wouldn't allow me to deposit to this site.

God only knows how the boot who runs this company, manages to pay herself all that money, when no one, who is lucky enough to still hold an account here can get a bet on, as you are restricted to pennies within seconds of striking a few decent bets. Another set of accountant spivs trading under the name of bookmakers. Honestly bet365 has offered the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Out of all the betting sites I could have gone with I’m so annoyed with myself that I made an account here! Account was blocked with messages saying under review when I needed to access my account. Customer service unhelpful with generic unhelpful messages. Avoid this company and don't invest. When the time comes to release your money you won't be able to. I was not able to access my account 6 weeks after relentless trying. It was after I involved Mrs(vanessajace 0 t ? m!) who filed a suit against them that prompted them to return my money. Couldn't be more thankful.

It took more than the normal protocol for me to get my money withdrawn from them. I wouldn't even give bet 365 a 1 star rating. At first I had an account & they kept telling me to verify myself. For about 4 weeks they let me deposit money & bet but wouldn't let me withdraw. They let me bet and was taking my money even though they hadn't verified me. Now they have stopped my account. I have money in the account that is my money but apparently they won't let me withdraw it until my account is fully verified. I used a bank statement and they still had a problem with it. So generally they have stolen my money from me because they say they can't send it back to me unless I verify myself fully. I wouldn't even bother with this bet app more hassle than it's worth plus they're thief's. I prefer to use the app BETFAIR

Looking at the reviews made me realized that , I have mad a mistake and signup with them . They suspended my account after winning 25 thousand US DOLLARS . It’s been over days and my account is still suspended. I have provided them with all the documents and even reported to NJ GAMING COMISSION . no position feedback as of yet and the customer service department of BET365 is terrible. It's a complete scam. I was playing here since more than 8 months. Recently i placed 2 withdrawls, one was dated 24/11/2020 and another 15/12/2020. Even after 1 month the withdrawl amount dated 24/11 was not credited into my account. Inspite of contacting customer service a no. of times they do not give any satisfactory reply. Lastly yesterday (27/12/2020) they did something unexpected and decided to give bet credits worth inr 4000 in my bet 365 acc. This was so frustrating.
Regarding withdrawl dated 15/12/2020 its now more than 10 days and still i haven't received it. Upon contacting customer service again they said they'll put a trace regarding this but i know what they'll say at the end.

Guys plz never invest here. You won't be able to withdraw your money from BET365.

Scam 100% they are a thief. Once you win money, they will say ur account is Under review with restriction. When U call the customer service they will ask the team leader to reach U,indeed never calls again. Treating us like criminal, all I want is just my 960dollars. Honestly for someone who’s been an avid gambler for over 14 years..this site is by far the worst out there! Their slots are awful (RTP means nothing) their football is a joke the cash out is there for them and them only (so they can save money) 9/10 it doesn’t even work because they have some sort of mental breakdown and a game ends up suspended for 20 minutes and by then a winning bet can be seriously f*cked! I opened an account 3 weeks ago and had a small win $670
2 weeks ago and still have not received my funds. After numerous emails and phone calls I'm getting generic responses and no answers. The funds are not visible in my betting account either who has my money.

1. Real time betting is same as every other site for the key games like football. But lousy for others like basketball and American football. Inputting the wrong time left! Constantly.
