365 is pretty decent overall. Good odds, decent limits (if ur not a winning bettor) and wide coverage. However their practices can be quite scummy from time to time, talking about voiding, fixing odds and pain in the ass customer liveservice. I made a withdrawal by bank wire 16 days ago according to bet365 the bank details had an incorrect digit in account number (I have used this account to deposit funds) worst customer service ever robots reading from a script the last 13 days all I've had out of live chat and customer service is (we appreciate your frustration we will email you when funds are returned back to bet365) I have never had any problems with any other casino sites with banking or withdrawals I've only got bet365 word that my details were wrong stay well clear from this site if you expect any kind of customer service they couldn't give a toss. I had to contact Resolver.com to act as a third party to receive an email to acknowledge there was a problem

They are basically robbing C#*TS they have the worse customer service I have ever experienced. They say all there games are regulated, which is a load of rubbish, there is no loyalty in anyway, and if you complain they just put blocks on your account. Why the gaming commission allows all this I don’t know. There are much better sites to play at, avoid Bet356 at all costs.

My account was temporarily restricted and then, upon presenting proof of my source of funding (I'm not even sure why they were asking for it at the time), I was questioned further and then indefinitely locked out of said account. If you wanna place 50 on someone to win the game or the race, simple stuff like that, you'll be fine, I'd had that account with them for 10 years or so with no trouble. But get yourself a system and start using the place to actually make some money and you'll be kicked off within days. It's about time the gambling industry was properly governed by unbiased, 3rd parties. Having had extensive experience with the poker side of it and now some proper experience with betting I know for certain that they are a law unto themselves, they can do what they want and they get away with it. The house really does always win, even when you win!

When you lose money then they pamper you. When you start winning more often, then they will use all kinds of excuses to limit your account and finally close your account. Even MGA and GC do not provide you with help if you are from certain juridictions. I really hope bet365 has its license suspended.

Well it’s been a while since I wrote a review. I thot it would be a good time to remind people just how bad bet365 is. I hear the bad reviews and I’m not surprised. I totally understand people getting frustrated with the blackjack on bet365 I remember playing blackjack and it really was a joke. It shouldn’t be called blackjack. It should be called “ fraudjack”. I remember I tried it for about 8 9 hands and it’s almost impossible to win. I remember I finally got 20 which let me remind u is hard enuf to get Only to find the dealer from 5 gets 21. After that nonsense I didn’t bother playing. The way the cards come out for the dealer is like almost mathematically impossible I wish I was only complaining about blackjack or I’d still be with bet365. I had problems with the management after I complained many times Then instead of apologizing they put my account on hold. They can close my account cause i don’t deal with criminals anyways. I’ve been to so many casinos in Canada and thru all my years I’ve never witnessed so much fraud. Let me remind u people I once waited days to get a bonus. People get frustrated waiting an hour. Imagine days playing on and off for hours. That my friends is beyond fraud. At least try and hide it. In the UK bookies should have a minimum amount they have to accept from a punter if they offer odds on an event. It would stop them being able to do this. Totally worst experience with the custommer service. Waited for long 6days for call back but that didn’t happened. Account was restricted without any proper cause. I contact them directly & asked why that happened they replied they will call me to discuss about that issue but i waited for their call which never happened.

If you have a scratching, you should get the sub nominated by TAB and if it wins you get that leg as a win. But 365 is short changing customers by not giving you that. This is something most people will overlook so please be careful from this thieving mobs. I have complained and at first they disagreed but later when I pointed out their website rules they said it will take hours to sort out! My point is how many will not even realise and never complain! I am still waiting for these guys - let's see what they come back with!

Made my initial deposit, the following day, my account with money in it was seized and closed with no notice! They claim i once had an account and asked to have it closed. I had no idea! But i guess that gives them the right to allow me to deposit, then keep it! Very shady company, will chalk it up as a loss for not having done my research about them prior to depositing! Seems this is a common practice by bet 365!!!

Avoid blackjack it’s laughable! If you bust the house will show they had 15/16, other than that house just turns minimum of 20 every hand! Shameful just look at the reviews chart ,80% say it’s dreadful for same reasons.

Avoid like hell!! Online card games in particular are a complete joke and no matter what you turn in games like blackjack the house will beat you! As a business based on ratings by so many ,the company should be embarrassed

Take my advice keep away from online games particularly card games and especially blackjack! Absolutely rigged as hell, let’s you win hand then you lose next 10 and every hand you turn 4 and 5 and they litterally just keep turning 20 and 21, it’s pathetic and waste of time .i like fun and can take a win and a lose but this has zero enjoyment knowing that even if they take 6/7 cards they will still get 21! I guess this is why the online games have awful ratings by users but doubt the company will be shamed into making things so punters at least get a chance! 0/10 from me

No problem with the feed which is great and withdrawing is fast. Customer service is okay when you're talking to the normal people on the bottom rung but ask to speak to a line manager and you'll get someone with a huge chip on their shoulder who is used to throwing their weight about/bullying junior staff and doesn't like it when you stand up to them. I told them you're not talking to an employee now

Hi All, Has anyone placed a 2020 AFL bet with Bet365? I placed a couple of bets in February, during the covid shut down I received an email stating all AFL bets were void. I can not see any information on their website to support this and have not been able to get a clear response from customer service. You just sit and watch when no matter how bad first two cards are for house they will turn whatever is needed to get 21! It’s pathetic and You need 20 to get a draw and don’t wait for second card if house get a ace as while your turn a 5 on one the house gets picture card time after time after time! if i could i wouldnt even give this peace of crap of a site even a half star this website and the customer service agents working with it are the worst ever imagine somoene waiting for account activation for more than 2 months and providing all kind of statements and in the end they desapoint you i dont recommand this website due to the poor cooperation of the staff and the hard and long account verifecation even though you provide the right papers
