After a weekend of enjoying winning on Djokovic and various european football teams i thought i'd end my weekend gambling spree on Holland and Brazil to win - they did - after a few beers i put all my winnings into Brazil to score a 3rd vs Venezuela. Coincidently after placing my 'last' I was unable to view current bets or cash out bets. On this occassion I won - but given i was monitoring the match with the intention to recoup some of my investment via cash out option if needed - I'm somewhat distressed to have fallen foul of the gimmick they call cash out which can apparrently be turned on or off on a whim or by failure of their website. My opinion is if they fail to provide the service of cash out (if supported at time of taking the bet) then the bet should be returned. You're effectively betting on the stability of a dubious platform.

You're effectively betting on the stability of a dubious platform.

Bet365 was a decent company until late last month and it showed me what a scam company they are. Disabled my account with over $15000 in it for no reason and support couldn't help after days of no reply. I contacted Bestresolute.com and they helped me out and were able to get back my money from them. You can try them on Bestresolute.com if you face similar problems or need any assistance with getting back your money from scam related transactions on any platform

Constant contact issues, crashing, wiping placed bets for no reason, causing loses on wins I should of had. Loading times are horrendous. It's a joke really. Only a few days ago I lost out on 400/1 bet that I should of won because of Bet365's platform. I placed a bet on green in the spread bet roulette, the bet was placed and the wheel was spinning, then it crashed and sent me back to the lobby, when I logged back into the spread bet room green had landed but my bet had been wiped. Absolutely fuming as it's not the first time something like this has happened. I just feel like they're cheating people seems very convenient to me that something goes wrong when I'm set to win a substantial amount. No, offer of compensation. The thing is how on earth do you prove that you placed a winning bet if the platform is constantly having issues. Disgusting!

While I was enquiring about those tehnical issues, they put restriction on my account and the responsible gambling team contacted me instead of the technical team. Bet365 told me that they will contact me at certain time but it has already been that I havent got their phone call. I tried to contact them twice for the delayed response but they failed to contact me at agreed times twice already. I feel bet365 is avoiding to call me. I will suggest you to stay away from bet365. They are unsafe and more likely leaking your personal data. After closing my account I have urgent them to delete all my personal data from their database. Richard Grice Customer Service Deputy Manager have replied to me as follow: We note your request to delete your data in accordance with your right under the GDPR. To confirm, the right to erasure is not an absolute right as it is modified and constrained by Article 17.3 of the GDPR, in this case specifically Article 17.3.b (“compliance with a legal obligation”). bet365 is primarily regulated by the British Gambling Commission in respect of its gambling operations with its customers in Great Britain. The Gambling Commission has issued guidance to all operators stating that based on its experience, all operators "should ensure that data which relates in any way to regulatory compliance should be available for a minimum period of five years after the end of a relationship with a customer.” The above is completely wrong. They do not have right to keep personal data if you close your account. They can retain the data only if your account is on investigation of crime but not when you closed your account. I will take legal actions against Richard Grice and bet365 as it is my right to be forgotten under GDPR article 17. Do not be scared if they refuse to delete your data as it is your right and you can take legal actions. You can report them to Gambling Commission and the Information Commissioner’s Office of their breach of your privacy.

The last few days at major Football and Tennis bets my "cash out" and all open bets dissappeared. Taking this into account and the fact I had a random message a few weeks ago saying I will be restricted from getting any bonuses in the future after doing nothing wrong, i'm out. I'd advise anyone to stay away from here, live chat is no help, was in queue for almost 2 hours this morning and was basically told to get lost. Worst experience ever.

It's a joke - very, very poor. No explanation given to me when I spoke to customer service. No apology, nothing. Awful company.

Example: they take your money on a winning bet, you let them know, you provide a screenshot of live streaming on their site, they say they will check and "please wait for our sports department to get back to you". Meanwhile, if you were planning to play, jsut charge more money to their site?

After giving bet365 5 stars I am now taking it back. They have put my withdrawals on hold for almost 6 days. They don't have a number which works because of the pandemic apparently. So you have to speak to them on live chat and the live chat team will try to start a new problem for you instead of solving it out. It's such a shame such a huge company cannot process your withdrawals in time. They cannot comfort you whilst your waiting in stress. You cannot speak to the team which is dealing with your withdrawals. It's just a great mess. I wish I never signed up with them and trusted them with my money. It's very ridiculous! Before you start gambling make sure the customer service of that company is good and helping you out. Before you end up being left with no clue of why and what's going on. They can make up any excuse right now.

I saw the Review of the same names winning the bigger prizes in the free bingo games I never really paid attention to it but I thought I would next time I'm playing & the first game played YAYACE won in that game & and on the 5.00 a line free game FloatingApple won a prize, they was 442 players at the time, I'm shocked I took that review with a pinch of salt but the names that reviewer listed really do win daily and seems when it's bigger money in the free games something clearly is fixed here and needs investigated the odds of these names winning daily when it seems to be the bigger prize money is basically impossible the odds of there ticket winning when there is 1000's in play are extremely low. This site needs investigated I won't be playing on here anymore there is clearly manipulation in there software and yes I strongly ask anyone playing to check it out for your eyes, them names actually do win daily especially on the bigger prize money. 440 players each with 90 tickets yet these names out the 1000's of tickets in play seem to win yeah clearly software manipulation in play here. FloatingApple has won 3 games so far, also another name RoseyRosebud that was another name listed won so 3 of the names have come out already. I'm going to be bringing this to Bet365 attention as that user claims over the weeks there is a list of names that indeed win daily and they have noticed it for a few weeks, Today alone I paid attention and so far 3 of These names have indeed come out so far I will be reporting this it's more then player luck.
I saw the Review of the same names winning the bigger prizes in the free bingo games I never really paid attention to it but I thought I would next time I'm playing & the first game played YAYACE won in that game & and on the 5.00 a line free game FloatingApple won a prize, they was 442 players at the time, I'm shocked I took that review with a pinch of salt but the names that reviewer listed really do win daily and seems when it's bigger money in the free games something clearly is fixed here and needs investigated the odds of these names winning daily when it seems to be the bigger prize money is basically impossible the odds of there ticket winning when there is 1000's in play are extremely low.
This site needs investigated I won't be playing on here anymore there is clearly manipulation in there software and yes I strongly ask anyone playing to check it out for your eyes, them names actually do win daily especially on the bigger prize money.
440 players each with 90 tickets yet these names out the 1000's of tickets in play seem to win yeah clearly software manipulation in play here.
FloatingApple has won 3 games so far, also another name RoseyRosebud that was another name listed won so 3 of the names have come out already.

I registered on the website, made a deposit and they blocked me immediately without any reason. I didn`t even start to play. Customer support was not helpful even a bit. I DO NOT recommend bet365.

Guys please be fair. I am a regular customer and I have to say. One of the best ever services. You get to watch most sports for free... You can play online casino with lovely staff. I mean what more do you want?. I used to use betvictor untill they messed up one of my bets and made me lose my winnings. Bet365 has always been the ones that treat me the best. You only get 5 free bets of them every now and then. But they are more than amazing.

I opened an account a few years ago and wanted to withdraw the money but the sign in no longer works. They claim to have no record of the account because they don't keep records for more than about a year and refuse to refund the money despite me sending proof of payment and a copy of their letter with the account details. They have a policy to steal money from any dormant account but don't send the emails to warn you that they claim to have sent!

Bet365 blocked my account and still keeping my 2000 Euro balance for over a month. Despite asking multiple times to their customer support and providing all sorts of financial documents they are still keeping my money and not returning my deposit. They turned this into a forever waiting. What a shame!

My account has been closed without notification and explanation from their side. I made a search on internet and they seem to do it on a regulary basis. Several website mentionned similar experience than mine. I finally asked them to transfert my balance account, resquest not done yet ! Obviously, they steal their customer on purpose and they do whatever they want. They seems to be under no regulation. Hope this bad experience will help you.

Dog racing 6 dogs I bet on 5 and the only one I didn’t bet on came in on more than one occasions. If I did odds then evens came in if I did evens odds would come in it’s just too noticeable and they say it’s fair????? My friend won 150 first time and then the same he can’t get nothing it’s not the first time I’ve noticed this pattern. My advice is if your new and you win cash out and do not play on this site again or you will definitely lose your winnings over time.
