Bet365 randomly closed my account after a 'management review' without any notice. I had been betting with them for years – never had any issues – and today my account was permanently closed.

It's a joke – very, very poor. No explanation given to me when I spoke to customer service. No apology, nothing.

They will make mistakes on multiple occasions about a winning/losing bet, but they will not provide any solution meanwhile for the inconvenience. Example: they take your money on a winning bet, you let them know, you provide a screenshot of live streaming on their site, they say they will check and "please wait for our sports department to get back to you". Meanwhile, if you were planning to play, jsut charge more money to their site?

put a deposit limit on my account so i can't deposit anymore. thing is i just created the account and have not deposited any money into it yet but i have to wait a month to deposit now. and customer service won't help you either. stay away, if you have difficulties using this platform, the company won't help you.

After giving bet365 5 stars I am now taking it back. They have put my withdrawals on hold for almost 6 days. They don't have a number which works because of the pandemic apparently. So you have to speak to them on live chat and the live chat team will try to start a new problem for you instead of solving it out. It's such a shame such a huge company cannot process your withdrawals in time. They cannot comfort you whilst your waiting in stress. You cannot speak to the team which is dealing with your withdrawals. It's just a great mess. I wish I never signed up with them and trusted them with my money. It's very ridiculous! Before you start gambling make sure the customer service of that company is good and helping you out. Before you end up being left with no clue of why and what's going on. They can make up any excuse right now.

I saw the Review of the same names winning the bigger prizes in the free bingo games I never really paid attention to it but I thought I would next time I'm playing & the first game played YAYACE won in that game & and on the 5.00 a line free game FloatingApple won a prize, they was 442 players at the time, I'm shocked I took that review with a pinch of salt but the names that reviewer listed really do win daily and seems when it's bigger money in the free games something clearly is fixed here and needs investigated the odds of these names winning daily when it seems to be the bigger prize money is basically impossible the odds of there ticket winning when there is 1000's in play are extremely low.

This site needs investigated I won't be playing on here anymore there is clearly manipulation in there software and yes I strongly ask anyone playing to check it out for your eyes, them names actually do win daily especially on the bigger prize money.

440 players each with 90 tickets yet these names out the 1000's of tickets in play seem to win yeah clearly software manipulation in play here.

FloatingApple has won 3 games so far, also another name RoseyRosebud that was another name listed won so 3 of the names have come out already.

I'm going to be bringing this to Bet365 attention as that user claims over the weeks there is a list of names that indeed win daily and they have noticed it for a few weeks, Today alone I paid attention and so far 3 of These names have indeed come out so far I will be reporting this it's more then player luck.

I registered on the website, made a deposit and they blocked me immediately without any reason. I didn`t even start to play. Customer support was not helpful even a bit. I DO NOT recommend bet365.

Guys please be fair. I am a regular customer and I have to say. One of the best ever services. You get to watch most sports for free… You can play online casino with lovely staff. I mean what more do you want?. I used to use betvictor untill they messed up one of my bets and made me lose my winnings. Bet365 has always been the ones that treat me the best. You only get 5 free bets of them every now and then. But they are more than amazing.

I opened an account a few years ago and wanted to withdraw the money but the sign in no longer works. They claim to have no record of the account because they don't keep records for more than about a year and refuse to refund the money despite me sending proof of payment and a copy of their letter with the account details. They have a policy to steal money from any dormant account but don't send the emails to warn you that they claim to have sent!

Bet365 blocked my account and still keeping my 2000 Euro balance for over a month. Despite asking multiple times to their customer support and providing all sorts of financial documents they are still keeping my money and not returning my deposit. They turned this into a forever waiting. What a shame!

My account has been closed without notification and explanation from their side.

I made a search on internet and they seem to do it on a regulary basis. Several website mentionned similar experience than mine.

I finally asked them to transfert my balance account, resquest not done yet !

Obviously, they steal their customer on purpose and they do whatever they want. They seems to be under no regulation.

Bet365 have not giving my withdrawal from 18days I won on 26/04/2021 and I kept withdrawal of 4 part like 36500rs 100000 50k 2times and 70000 I recived only 36500rs on same day rest all not came I did bank wire transfer they told me 10 working days after 10 working day they are telling me it is under review what to do can complaint to cyber crime it is legal or what other I should forget my money

Please don't lose money by opening account in bet365.
Reason:
1.In this competition age they ask new account holders to deposit money before verification.
Once you deposit irrespective of you submitting all legitimate documents.they always reject documents you submitted.
It's a kind of fraud.
2.why the company doesn't verify the account first instead of asking new account holders to deposit money before verification.
Please stay away.
3.some PPL reported if you are in continuous profit they restrict account.
If it's true it's very bad.i have not come across this as my account is not at all verified.
4.I opened account in Boyle sports they verified my account in 1 hour.
5.If bet365 does not become innovative and competitive you guys will become like "NOKIA". Stay innovative and be helpful to customers instead of becoming arrogant.

Ux is the best but they effectively closed my account by limiting me to max win 2.50 with no reasoning other than just trading decision. Account was small up but they are the largest bookmaker in world and really bad practices kicking out small winners and increasing limits for whales to do their brains.

Don’t use b365 if you actually want to win because they cut you to pennies if you’re remotely smart.

Used them for a number of years. Then just closed my account saying trading decision and no longer want to take any bets from me.

I did all my betting with them. Eg Chelt festival every race i bet with them, no picking out just standout offers.

These bookmakers should have their licenses removed if they do not want to accept bets.

Just looking for slot/casino players these days who they can milk dry or just compulisive gamblers who constantly lose.

This site is such a disgrace, tables are rigged, you can see a pattern, dealers faces when you win (happy), when you lose(scared), they always look around like someone is scolding them or something. no wonder the CEO moved this company to Gilbralta to no pay taxes here in the UK, and operations in Latvia which has a serious problems of corruption and cheap labour, just Google this company and read about the greedy owner and all the complaints.
I'm more than convinced that this company is so corrupt that moved out of the UK because of regulations, investigations, tax evasion.

I highly recommend you to not use this site at all, they will use marketing strategist and send you promotions to get you in, DO NOT use it.
there other sites that I'm using now that are ok.

Used Bet365 for a number of years then suddenly they closed my account without warning and without giving a reason, they just said that accounts were regularly reviewed and it was closed for “trading reasons”.
Appalling customer service and definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Provided them bank accounts showing 80k in there and they still closed my account
PS I lost 50k glad I didn’t win off them
Bet with 3 companies you win with some and lose with others

Like most betting sites these days they cry if u happen to win more money than you lose and a 'trading team' decides u won't win no more. Yeah I did offers with them and some of those bets won.

But here's the big shock bet365: if you don't want people doing promos, stop excitedly emailing them when u do promos. I didn't have a bulletproof system, they just don't like you taking value odds.

Well, make sure you offer odds that are competitive but that won't lose you money then, dolts. Hardly the customers fault for taking them. E,g, would you willingly pay ebay 100 more than the same product you saw cheaper in Amazon?

Amazon have a business model that allows them to take the brunt of offering certain items cheaply. They don't close your account when you take them up on it. So do you. But you do.

Eventually they restrict you to, like, 20p then start begging you to play casino instead. Yeah, no ta, that's how the boss paid self 0.5billion this year. Stay away from double standard companies like this.

My experience with bet365 is been amazing (verification wise). This is the best site i ever play on. They complete every withdrawal in about 4 to 12 hours i am playing on it from 2018 still i didn't had any problems in withdrawal. Verification is also so quick within day.(there is no bonuses or free bet but all odds and services are best in the world.

Seriously a good website to bet on. One thing I have a problem with is every time you need help with something I go to contact a messaging agent and seriously make sure you have a full battery because it is very sad they will leave you waiting for hours. You guys are supposed to be helping the people that need help to their questions and I really think you guys need to fix that. 100% unacceptable due to spending thousands allready and waiting hours for an answer

Had a lot of bugs using the site. Lost money due to an error with the betslip interface. Thought ahh it happens, but I refuse to use the site as it seems there are more errors in the coding.

I've got a bet unsettled and the games finished won 3-0, but the website has decided the game hasnt even been played.

I've had them change odd's after a bet has been settled.

I've had them void a bet after all teams winning.

Personally I don't trust bet365 after these experiences.

Now they're ignoring their own TOS. Avoid this site.

The reality check is cancer… I will move to another bookmakers because yous dont turn off reality check that pops up every 60 min. Yous are the only bookmakers that force their users to see that pop up 15 times a day, dont want that thanks yous lost a customer to Betfair forever because of something so simple that could be just turned off

There was no sound when losing money on this site. But whatever happened happened after I started winning. What can I see while watching the games? A bet has been made from my account. A live bet on the team I have never known, and the league I have never known. Guess what, the team was being renewed. The last minutes of the match. I explained in the live chat, they said we will call you and I said I do not speak English. They said we will call you, we are locking your account until then. Don't you think this is a security issue? I think they strip people of all kinds after they've gotten them in their nets.

To give them some credit, Bet365 has an excellent screen interface, wide market selection and quick response time.

That said, it only welcomes long term losing punters and they will do lots of promotions and incentives to keep them playing. As for, long term winning players, there is none. Bet365 will be onto winning players in a flash. They monitor your every move and if your betting pattern is not of their liking they will restrict your account in an instant.

I have been a losing degen punter with Bet365 for many years and my betting account with them has always been very healthy, with lots of promotions and no restrictions. until recently I found a way of having a slight edge over them. It involves a quick in play bet at certain odds and a couple of other factors which I can not disclose. I am not asking you to believe me that I can beat the book maker at their own game, I am just sharing my experience with you on recent events.

Using this inplay betting method of mine, I was able to win consistently daily for a couple of weeks. So I decided to teach this method to my sister so she could make some easy cash. She opened a new account with bet365 and after one week of applying this method she accumulated around 1,000 in profit betting at relatively small stakes. It was at this point when her new account was restricted by the trading team with no reasoning. I was thinking how come she has been restricted after winning 1,000 in a week and I have not when I’ve been doing this for longer and I have won much more. The only explanation I can think of for this is because my account has been opened for a long time and I must of lost tens of thousands in the past to them.

Not long after restricting my sisters account they were onto me. I was laying off bets on the exchange regularly to try to protect my account from being restricted but it didn’t help much. Bet365 didn’t restrict my account but they discreetly put a time delay onto my account. This time delay makes placing an inplay bet take 5-7seconds longer than usual. Normally it take 5-7seconds to accept an inplay bet, now it was taking me around 10-14seconds. With this delay i am unable to apply my strategy Hence I can not win.

I did ask my dad to open a new account for me and everything was working fine but that account was restricted immediately before it could even generate any profit. Even having a strategy which is proven to yield a positive expected value, it is almost impossible to implement with these strict and sly counter measures in place.

My honest advice is please please keep your distance from this site, I placed a bet on golf, three different tournaments, the bet was three e/w doubles and an e/w treble, after the first day scores came in my three players were doing well, next thing I receive a message from Bet365 saying one of my bets is void… As when I put it on it gave me an unfair advantage/ or that I already knew the result, eh ! I placed the bet before any tournaments started, so where is my advantage, when I messaged Bet365 regarding this I received no reply, still to this day, no reply, one of my players were on my slip as a void bet. I then messaged them regarding my deposit bonus as I had not received it, guess what, no reply, again I messaged, again no reply, I was with Betfair before I changed to Bet365, guess who I am going back too. Keep well clear of Bet365, I won't be going near them again, Oh and I won my e/w golf bet, but I will be withdrawing my winnings to my bank.

Dont trust these guys! I was basically robbed by them. They accepted my registration, accepted my money and when I tried to log in I couldnt and they starting asking me for all sorts of identification because my credit card was international however they already had my money. This happened 2 months ago. I am still trying to get my money back but I think it is a lost cause to this cheaters.

It’s just a terrible app. It freezes constantly. Navigating between bet slip and events is cumbersome and awkward. On the horse racing it frequently will not not allow you to see results unless you close the app and log back in. Hugely frustrating app to try and use. Needs a complete redesign and build. Visually, it’s also very unappealing and unclear. They need to take a leaf out of the Skybet app design which is leagues ahead and so much easier to use……

Been using BET365 for a while i have noticed lately there football odds have become uncompetitive . Looking at odds comparison sites on average they seem to be the worst . They only seem to be interested in trying to make you have silly bets which give huge odds and have no chance of winning . Total greed as set in giving you no value at all .
