They've now blocked me from watching live sport on their site. Hahaha ha. Its their responsible gambling team. They'll tell you they want to talk to you about your gambling(as a parent does to a naughty boy) and that it's really for your own good because they want to address problem gambling. Well, I don't gamble at all on their site now but they've blocked me from watching live videos. That for my own good too? Lol. Steer well clear of these childish morons.

I got a won multi ticket 3 legs which is 1 void and 2 won but they were settled it as lost ticket for 1 void , 1 won , 1 lost then took it away . One of the tennis match I played that Popko.D vs Lozenri were Popko.D won over 20.5 game = 3.75 ( won ) Result was : Pop.K 1-6, 7-6, 11-9 Lorenzi.P but they settled it as lose .. finally I found out they were cheating on me as I always trusted them as just quickly checked if ticket have red dot then I’m send them a message and told them that they were cheating on me And requested for a full result of the match and how many game did they played ..? And I told them my multi ticket must be a won ticket , ( before that I already come to their website and checked a result every single odds bet showed up like first set 1-6 Lorenzi won , second set 7-6 Popko.D Won , odd/even = odd won ( means more than 20.5 game ) only popko.D win over 20.5 game not showed up and game over 20.5 and under 20.5 they are not showed up as won or lose, after few hour they sent me back a message with full review from them for a leg happened between Popko.D vs Lorenzi.P they are surely it were only 19 game they played but they didn’t give me full result , and they told me I’m not understanding a rules of the tennis ( i’m member with them more than 10 year money I lost their should can buy a house )as they offer me $50 dollar bonus bet for free as they usually never ever offer anyone before instead of they have to paying me $562.50 dollar it’s not much money about as I’m normally putted on my bet but I’m really angry because my won multi somehow became as lost ticket then I video recorded and took all my screen shoot with copy their replied message , I replied an other message again to them and told them I need a full result of the tennis game as I requested and how many game they probably did played ? And you are cheater( group cheater ) I’m not here to beg you for money or something like $50 dollar from you , I’m here to take your money from your pocket , i need to make sure what were the result like..and I wanted to make everything clear between you and me then give me a result otherwise I will have something to do with your company as I’m going to sue you to the court and first thing I do that I will contact with your management right now and see what were happened there .. I’m so sure my multi is won but you guys settle it as lost multi ...did you do it to everyone and all the member of bet365 ..? And I don’t know how many time you guys cheated on my account before more than 10 year seen I’ve been member of bet 365.. by the time yesterday I was really angry even if they are close my account straight away it’s doesn’t matter anymore as they sometimes did it on my account for a last few year when I was won more than 45K from them by deposit $500 dollar ( excatly not close but suspended my account straight away and ordered me to scarified my account again with passport and ID , drive license to reopen my account made me angry too , my account while suspended can only playing but can not withdraw it’s what I mean then somehow while waiting for them to sacrifice me I gave them back 45K because it were long time waiting ) I got all evidences record as video and pictures sent out and send in from them and log out about to find a good lawyer whom can help me out in this case ( after 5 minutes I log into my account again just quickly check a result for some other multi finally I found out a multi settled as won and my balance have $562.50 more in their ) but I really wanted to make it clear everything here as they said I wasn’t understand a rules of tennis and I got misunderstanding how many game were they play etc..(15 year I do and love my job) and what is going on to my account became cheated like that?I come back to sent them message again and keep asked them for a full result of the tennis match,i wait 10 hour already till now no reply from them ..should I sue them?

All because I spend so much time on their site. They imposed reality checks which means I get a pop up once an hour. They (gambling control) phoned me today for the second time in three weeks and I hung up on them. I gamble small stakes. Fiver is my max. They must be bored silly sitting in the office so they choose a target to harass. They've now imposed restrictions on my account because I hung up on them. I can't deposit or bet, but I can still watch live sport. Suits me fine. I'll bet on other sites and watch it on bet365 without the nagging lol. Cheers bet365. Pmsl.

At first it seems like the best company to use with the varied markets but please avoid bet365. Today I placed a bet that was a winner and they made it void. Regurgitated something from their T&C's about it being listed incorrectly but they had the EXACT same match displayed in their inplay section AFTER my bet was made void. They lied then used the rule in their T&C's to support them being able to do this without actually telling me what was listed incorrectly. Absolute scan of a company like most bookmakers. They will take your money no problem even if it's a mistake you made but when THEY make a mistake then you are made to suffer and lose out on winnings that were yours. Currently taking this to the gambling commission

Slight “ edge” the house, it must win 8 out of 10 hands, nearly every first hand turns blackjack, and even if needing 6/7 cards to get blackjack it will get it! Shameful and let’s firm down as sports side fine but daylight robbery the online card games! If had anything about them they’d take the ratings and do something about it but guess while printing money they won’t!absolute disgrace and I’d love to see their so called win margin!

For their casino games it is a joke . They will give you statistics RTP of 90-95% which is more than joke and their progressive jackpot they want you to think you can get it but if you pay attention it pops up on your top left corner some players name pops up 3-5 times in 30 min and you can play for months not getting a chance to play for it and even when you do you will get smallest possible jackpot. Horrible to feel you are being mugged but unfortunately I’ve now got to that stage and of course with nearly zero racing money coming in it looks like any mug playing online is just burning money with near zero involvement! Ridiculous organisation. Ran by robots. Couldn't login one day for no apparent reason eventhough I entered the correct details. Got in touch with customer service. Asked me over ten security questions and when I couldnt remember one of the them for a very good reason they said won't discuss matters further unless I can prove I'm the real account holder. Looking to report them to authorities/gambling commision to sort the matter out.

I play blackjack and I get the “ slight edge” but I’m afraid your never convince me 12 hands on bounce the house winning and time after time your stake being taken without a winning hand is just a coincidence! No matter what you play it’s nice to feel you may show a small profit here and there, with this game you may as just transfer the money into their account and cut out the middle man! I just find the odds of a win disgraceful and tbh lets the company down big time but with no income to talk about through racing I guess there’s no chance of winning !

It’s a shame as I have nothing but good things to say about sports betting site but the online games, my particular gripe is blackjack, feels like it’s verging in robbery! Con artists. Cashed out football bet in good faith, money deposited to 'bank' later found out goal chalked off. 6 odd hours later they scooped my money out the bank. You may say well the goal is disallowed so you didnt win but if you cash out what happens after is irrelevant. There's already a time delay, then a cash out delay. If i cash out and the goal stands do they say forget the cash out, we'll pay you in full? Do they hell. If i had placed further bets on the match, such as betting on a draw etc and they lost, would they give me my money back? Yeah right. I made no further bets with my ' winnings' but turns out if i did they would be void too- if they were winners, losers im sure are acceptable. Something about a 'clear and obvious mistake' which it wasnt. Of course they dont know this but im sitting at home on me mobile with no access to see the match and have no knowledge whether the goal will be chalked off or not but they do. Con artists. Cashed out football bet in good faith, money deposited to 'bank' later found out goal chalked off. 6 odd hours later they scooped my money out the bank. You may say well the goal is disallowed so you didnt win but if you cash out what happens after is irrelevant. There's already a time delay, then a cash out delay. If i cash out and the goal stands do they say forget the cash out, we'll pay you in full? Do they hell. If i had placed further bets on the match, such as betting on a draw etc and they lost, would they give me my money back? Yeah right. I made no further bets with my ' winnings' but turns out if i did they would be void too- if they were winners, losers im sure are acceptable. Something about a 'clear and obvious mistake' which it wasnt. Of course they dont know this but im sitting at home on me mobile with no access to see the match and have no knowledge whether the goal will be chalked off or not but they do. Just tried to cash in my bet for about 1 minute for 11 and it would not let me!! 5 minutes later down to ten men and other side equalized so money went to 1.50!! These people should be investigated!!! Will never use them again!!

I cannot help but try to see if the online sites become at least a shade fairer but sadly they don’t.You win and you lose it’s gambling, but my particular gripe is the blackjack as the house win percentage must be incredibly high! Thought I’d try to see if any change but of course not and today’s eye opener was first 6 hands, please don’t tell me the house having 21,20,blackjack,21 then 21 is a coincidence! Why bother with them sort of odds stacked against you, you get 20 and still know your going to lose the hand ! As a sports betting site it’s great but the online site leaves bad taste in your mouth

Well I haven’t written a review in a while. Good to see people are coming forward exposing scammers. No question the slots and customer service is a joke. Can’t blame all customer service cause I have spoken to the odd nice person But management is a joke. 2 times which I’ll never forget.
