Shocking. Ten minutes before the game was finished I had a decent cash out was only waiting on a corner to win the bet but thought I'd cash in anyway as I went to do it the bet dissappeard completely and then I couldn't access it again as if I never had a bet. I complained to them an the girl said it was a technical fault an that the bet would settle when the game was finished. Avoid them.

Appalling! The cashout facility takes ages to update and then won't allow you to cashout and twice now, my bets have just disappeared mid game, 'due to a technical issue'!

AVOID USING THEM, I GAVE THEM THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT AND THE SAME THING HAPPENED AGAIN

This is the best gambling site hands down. People complaining they can't cash out well that's part of the game. Bet365 can remove cash out anytime they want. Other sites are worse trust me when it comes to cash out.

I had under 25.5 free kicks in the belgium v Denmark games and there was only 22 in total, yet they classed it as a loss. I got in touch with them and they said there was actually (home)18-9 (away).. I told them every other sport app said there was 22in total and that another bet I had, had under 26.5, so they should void that aswel. They didn't have an answer and only offered an apology and said they would give me my stake back… Complete scammers and happy to take your money, yet won't correct their mistakes.

Like a lot of other reviews I would give it zero stars. Twice in the last few weeks the "my bets" option has disappeared meaning I am unable to cash out. On both occasions it was part way through an accumulator that it looked like I would win. I have never known this to disappear when one of my bets is looking like losing. Judging by the amount of people ahead of me in the live chat queue I am guessing I am not the only one.

Bet365 was a decent company until late last month and it showed me what a scam company they are. Disabled my account with over $11000 in it for no reason and support couldn't help after days of no reply. I contacted Bestresolute.com and they helped me out and were able to get back my money from them. Disgusting betting company. Gave a free bet in the morning which i used on a ITV race. Later in the day I won a 50 ITV offer on another race and went to place my next 50 bet on the next ITV race (like i had to under the terms) only to find this next ITV race was also the race my free bet I placed earlier was on. Anyway as expected I lose my second bet (which should be refunded on the ITV race) expecting the promised 50 refund only to find they refunded me the 5 from my free bet instead!! Even though that bet was placed this morning before i even won the refund and also no Bookie ever refunds stakes on free bets, they used this as a simple oportunity to avoid redunding my 50 – Utterly shamless money grabbers bending rules to there own desire – steer well clear

Absolute shambles and should be ashamed of how they treat customers, I put two bets on yesterday and on both bets no cash out was available, I spoke to customer services and asked would there be any compensation for this and the answer I got was no, cash out was correctly unavailable, this is awful customer service and considering the amount of money I’ve bet with them and there not willing to do anything is a joke!

Quick enough to take the money when something goes wrong but not willing to compensate in any way shape or form!

Be careful. System had errors meaning you lose your cash out option. They don't understand when you sell a product but you lose options of that product its there fault. Meaning they benefit from the errors. I have been offered a solution which.only benefits their pocket

If i could give them no stars i would.

Their cash out option crashed yet again, instead of giving us our bet money back because a fundamental part of your bet is unavailable to use, they hide behind terms and conditions and refuse to refund you.

A disgraceful way to treat customers, unfortunately it's rather unsurprising. The betting industry really need to address companies such as this, who show no morals whatsoever and treat their customers with utter contempt.

I was skeptical to join Bet365 after reading many reviews… However, I am yet to really encounter any issues with them. The odds are far better than the NZ TAB, and I’ve always received my cash outs, nothing drastic… Usually in the 3 figures.

Yes sometimes there are glitches… ie you can’t see current bets or the cash out option is ‘suspended’ but this is generally because the match is near the end.. (in my case personally).

Customer service team can be hard to contact and waiting times can vary but overall my experience has been fine and i will continue to do my punting through them!

Typical fixed website. Not just me but a friend experienced the same. It pays you out at first then no matter what you do you lose lose lose. Dog racing 6 dogs I bet on 5 and the only one I didn’t bet on came in on more than one occasions. If I did odds then evens came in if I did evens odds would come in it’s just too noticeable and they say it’s fair?????
My friend won 150 first time and then the same he can’t get nothing it’s not the first time I’ve noticed this pattern. My advice is if your new and you win cash out and do not play on this site again or you will definitely lose your winnings over time.

After a weekend of enjoying winning on Djokovic and various european football teams i thought i'd end my weekend gambling spree on Holland and Brazil to win – they did – after a few beers i put all my winnings into Brazil to score a 3rd vs Venezuela.
Coincidently after placing my 'last' I was unable to view current bets or cash out bets.

On this occassion I won – but given i was monitoring the match with the intention to recoup some of my investment via cash out option if needed – I'm somewhat distressed to have fallen foul of the gimmick they call cash out which can apparrently be turned on or off on a whim or by failure of their website.

My opinion is if they fail to provide the service of cash out (if supported at time of taking the bet) then the bet should be returned.

You're effectively betting on the stability of a dubious platform.

Constant contact issues, crashing, wiping placed bets for no reason, causing loses on wins I should of had. Loading times are horrendous. It's a joke really. Only a few days ago I lost out on 400/1 bet that I should of won because of Bet365's platform. I placed a bet on green in the spread bet roulette, the bet was placed and the wheel was spinning, then it crashed and sent me back to the lobby, when I logged back into the spread bet room green had landed but my bet had been wiped. Absolutely fuming as it's not the first time something like this has happened. I just feel like they're cheating people seems very convenient to me that something goes wrong when I'm set to win a substantial amount. No, offer of compensation. The thing is how on earth do you prove that you placed a winning bet if the platform is constantly having issues. Disgusting!

Poor poor experience.
Bet365 app was showing wrong information so I enquired to find out what happened and I got a response "the bet365 app information is only a guide and I need to make sure the information is true before I make my bets"
Also, the cash out option occasionally disabled (sometimes the whole game is suspended for cash out) and I queried why. Here again, the bet365 stated that cashout is not granted for the customers but only available when they can provide.

While I was enquiring about those tehnical issues, they put restriction on my account and the responsible gambling team contacted me instead of the technical team.
Bet365 told me that they will contact me at certain time but it has already been that I havent got their phone call.
I tried to contact them twice for the delayed response but they failed to contact me at agreed times twice already. I feel bet365 is avoiding to call me.
Poor poor customer service especially when the money is involved.

These companies are not good and trusted companies! Their only thought is to get the money in your pocket, especially after Covid! They've made some wins to you maybe before, just to get used to it, but whoever I've talked to in the last 6-9 months they loses and continues to lose.

Trash bin website, favorite option removed, almost all markets that are not in main bookies removed… betting menu, etc. is garbage…

And to finish this wonderful painting, they can limit your account (close it) without any explonation and even if you lost money !!!!! (yes yes!)

I will suggest you to stay away from bet365. They are unsafe and more likely leaking your personal data.
After closing my account I have urgent them to delete all my personal data from their database.
Richard Grice Customer Service Deputy Manager have replied to me as follow:
We note your request to delete your data in accordance with your right under the GDPR. To confirm, the right to erasure is not an absolute right as it is modified and constrained by Article 17.3 of the GDPR, in this case specifically Article 17.3.b (“compliance with a legal obligation”). bet365 is primarily regulated by the British Gambling Commission in respect of its gambling operations with its customers in Great Britain. The Gambling Commission has issued guidance to all operators stating that based on its experience, all operators "should ensure that data which relates in any way to regulatory compliance should be available for a minimum period of five years after the end of a relationship with a customer.”

The above is completely wrong. They do not have right to keep personal data if you close your account. They can retain the data only if your account is on investigation of crime but not when you closed your account. I will take legal actions against Richard Grice and bet365 as it is my right to be forgotten under GDPR article 17.
Do not be scared if they refuse to delete your data as it is your right and you can take legal actions. You can report them to Gambling Commission and the Information Commissioner’s Office of their breach of your privacy.

One of the worst betting sites/apps I’ve used. Customer service are a joke. They make claiming your joining offers, very tricky. Never mind paying your Director hundreds of millions, invest in your staff and a decent app.

The last few days at major Football and Tennis bets my "cash out" and all open bets dissappeared. Taking this into account and the fact I had a random message a few weeks ago saying I will be restricted from getting any bonuses in the future after doing nothing wrong, i'm out. I'd advise anyone to stay away from here, live chat is no help, was in queue for almost 2 hours this morning and was basically told to get lost. Worst experience ever.

Ive been betting with 365 fo years but its time to stop. My bets were not viewable and have no option of cashing out once I placed them. They did this as soon as chelsea scored most likely to prevent mass cashouts. Next i was playin the bet365 poker and i was in a game with a player named Lurkin26. I lost the table and watched the table. Lurkin was still playing the other guy wo i joined a new game. And lurkin26 pops in again. Eatch out they use bots that automatically win in the poker. The casino games r all rigged and now anybody who profits on sports bets is getting screwed over
