I placed some bet for euro 2020. It closed my account straight after without any notice. I only found out when tried to login on it and the stupid system keep telling me the details aren't. i went to their customer service, then they told my account has been closed because the trade team is no longer willing to accept my business. This is so interesting. They said they don't want my business, they took my money and closed my account, and that's what they said they don't want my money. THIS RUBBISH COMPANY IS A "FABULOUS" FRAUD.

Just closed my account with BET 365 on severl occasions they have taken back money from my account due to their errors. Today was the last straw they paid me on a race which had 4places then decided to change to 3 places no explanation and take back the money from my account .If i were you stay away from this site and fine somebody else who wont change the rules on the day

Yes it has been infuriating lately with the so called system errors leaving everyone without a cashout option or even the ability to see their bets, but things seem to be back up and running again so hopefully was just a temporary blip. Overall I can't fault bet365, can't recall a negative experience I've had with them. The free bets they have given for England games (and the Italy v Spain game) during the euros is a fantastic gesture, all without having to spend a penny. No other sites have had similar offers that I'm aware of. I love the vast array of markets on offer on football games- free kicks, throw ins, team offsides etc, that many other bookmakers do not feature. However, it would be nice to see them expand the player shot on target market to feature players other than just the strikers, and also perhaps to be able to choose a player to score a header, have headed shots on target etc. The only other sport I bet on regularly is horse racing, and 365 always have best odds guaranteed on virtually every single race, and the each way extra feature is fantastic, paying up to 10 places on bigger races. Bet365 are the biggest and best around in my opinion, despite the odd technical problem, and will always be my go site for sports betting.

I tried to withdraw my winnings after a ticket and they blocked my ticket so I couldn't withdraw the money, they always blocked my ticket as I was trying to withdraw. Then they took the ticket out of my bets and put it in the history so I couldn't withdraw I talked to them and they said it was a software error and notI can do nothing and they can't give me the money. That's what they did with the Euro 2020 Championship and took out the winning tickets saying that they have problems with the software ... that's what they always did ... they became frivolous and started lying ..

I selected the "Score Correct", therefore I was not predicting when these goals were being scored but the final results of the entire match. The results came true but Bet365 marked the bet as lost stating all goals had to be in the 90mins of the game and refused to payout. Don't use them whatever you do, they make up the rules as they go.

Cash Out is non existent, the company take absolutely no responsibility for any form of this being unavailable even when it’s technical problems that prevent for days in end!!! Always a lag in E-Sports, place a bet and BAM 1 second later a goal is scored and the bet is lost, again the company take no responsibility for this.. Live Chat are useless and never help, just defend the company on reasons you can’t have any money back. Platform is shocking & GUI is dated. Never offer monetary rewards or incentives. No wonder Denise Coates took a 421m pay last year. How that lady sleeps at night knowing her abysmal company is stealing customers money against Gambling Comm standards is beyond me. She should be ashamed of herself.

Im the same as many, I had maguire score anytime 2-0 so naturally my bet was up n so I went to cash out, boom gone, lost bet, hiding behind technical issues, if a massive company like them, really has technical issues, it would have been looked at and sorted within a couple of hours, if it was genuine, but it's been happening all this tournament, let's see if they publish the technical issues they had, I doubt it,. N I could be wrong but my gut feeling is, when this tournament is finished if by magic, the cash out issues will have gone. Its all about the money they knew they could loose on cash out bets 100%

Been with 365 for several years, always preferred the site to most others, but has cost me loads due to no cash out last 2weeks, last nights semi was last straw for me, had several Accas and a good win bet on Italy wanted to cash out in 77th minute, not available. Joke of a site that advertises itself on cash out. I have withdrawn my balance and as soon as euro bets I still have running, which are strangely are available today for cash out are settled, I’m off !!! Use a different site.

I had a football bet running, 2 up and waiting for Italy tonight. Cash was available all day long and throughout the game. That was right up until Italy went 1 nil up. All of a sudden cash out is not there anymore, instead there's a message stating I have no bets of that kind. I'm absolutely disgusted with how these betting companies can just get away with doing this to punters. My bet wasn't for big money but that is not the point. The cash out option is supposed to give punters the option of making an informed decision about the sporting event they've bet on, these jokers just decide for you. The motto "when the fun stops, stop" is a sick joke, Bet365 doesn't let the fun start. My account will be closed and I'll go back to using the high street betting shops. Punters who have experienced this kind of underhanded treatment, the numbers of which run into the many thousands, should start doing the same. They're all at it, what's more galling than anything, is that it's perfectly legal for them to do what they want. They rake in billions and billions and treat punters like crap. Nothing but cheating scumbags.

I agree that the Bet out facility not being available recently has been frustrating but most times the bet out payment is set at a level that suits Bet365 rather than the punter so its just as much an issue for Bet365 than for punters.I have gave Bet365 five stars because I usually just put on fun bets of 2.50 on a game and usually on 50/50 bets like over 2.5 goals or shots on target. I logged on to put my 2.50 bet on the Italy Spain match and have been offered a 10 free bet which i have gratefully taken advantage of (Italy to win with both teams to score @ 5/1). As much as I like a good grumble I can't really complain about Bet365 on this occasion.

Seems to get disabled when you have a bet thats winning. No cashout and can't see bets. Happened to me on the last Italy game. Had a wedge on but couldn't cash out when ahead then Switzerland equalised and I lost my money. Scamming people. Social media alive with complaints. Seems to be happening in all sports now when you try and cashout a winning bet. Cost me a few K. Been with 356 for years with no problems. No customer service. You get an auto email which basically says tuff...This is a new way for them to make even more money I reckon..stay away

I’ve never seen anything like it! I’ve seen rogue casinos play better !! It’s so bad. Selective bonus promotion makes no sense. I bet 100 on an accumulator but still wasn’t “selected” to receive a free 10 bet on the Euros Spain vs Italy game. How much do you need to bet to be eligible? I will never find out because I’m away back to my usual trusted sites I do receive promotions on.

SCAMMERS , STAY CLEAR .....This company will scam you, then the option to view or cash out on bets as soon as a big event starts, throughout the euros they have had what they call ' technical issues' resulting in this feature dissapearing and not being able to see placed bets, happened more than 5 times this euros, 100% a way for them to make money, do not sign up to this company, SCAMMERS

There is nothing worse (Apart from a bent Copper), than a bent Bookie. If you are winning, they cancel your "Cash Out" ability. The money She earns! It is disgusting, cheating their Customers, a complete disgrace. I've emailed them, they couldn't give a ****!

Where all the negative reviews come from is beyond me !! Been with 365 few yrs always got laid to decent stake won some lost more as u expect when u gamble but always got paid fast when I did win and get better odds than any other 80% of time so full respect from myself

Bloody unbelievable about the cashout option I now lost soo much in potential cashouts that it's not funny. This website should be shut down they made excuse that there is a technical issue but I know this has happened alot. You telling me with all the money they have they cant hire a proper tech team to fix this error. It is a way for them to disable the cashout so that one game screws you...my one tickets is show today's game when that same game I already got a green ticket.....how do we complain against these robbers.

Scammers. Been alright until they used "technical issue" recently to scam their way into not allowing cash outs. No believes it. About time for users to get together and lodge formal complaints to FOS and lawyer up.

Using bet 365 Australia and like you all the cash out was unavailable this weekend. Rang customer support trying to cash out even though cash out was available on Saturday but it wouldn’t let me cash out kept saying sorry this bet can not be cashed out. They said they are having technical issues and it’s our bad luck . They are a scam and closed my account down and moved on to another agency . All the best fellow punters

If you win, they restrict and ban you. They only want losing accounts. They have an algorithm that denotes all accounts as a keep or bin. It's not a fair playing field by doing this as gambling in itself is a risk and nothing is a given. But jez, what an absolute joke of a company.
