0 stars… they don’t reward loyalty here at all they punish it. I use them regularly because they tend to offer the best odds on football markets and that what I like to have a little flutter on… I put lots of small acca bets on at £5 maximum. They continuously ban my account from receiving any free bets or bonuses or the free games they offer. When you contact customer service they just say this is a decision from our traders and cut the chat off…. Absolute shambles of a business… it’s like me going to Asda and buying all my shopping there and when they have a buy one get one free offer or something similar they tell me I’m not allowed the offer as I shop there all the time!!!

The company will rob you of your money. Sometimes when you withdraw they don’t even cash you out!! Don’t get me started on the customer service it’s a joke – absolutely ridiculous! Never am I using them again. I’m still chasing up funds that I am owed and getting absolutely no where with them do not use bet365.

This company banned me after a few modest wins. I have noticed they are now sponsoring videos on oddschecker.com. No surprise because they are pricing up races well in advance of other companies and if there is an obvious gamble taking place, they cut the odds – and the other bookies follow suit. That would be fine if people like me were allowed to access their early prices but we aren’t. They are killing horse racing.

Their service felt more like a gamble than a see bet. I’m extremely disappointed. I’ve experienced unjust account restrictions and closures after a few modes wins, echoing a pattern of poor customer service. It’s clear at winning is penalized here. I’ve now turned to FXMP for better use of my money, where consistent returns and fair treatment are the norm, something bet365 has failed to do.

I have been using bet365 for a while. I like playing the Blue Wizard game. But recently something has changed on this game and it’s impossible to win. BONUS DO NOT PAY. If you are lucky enough to actually win the game takes it all back. I don’t mind losing but this company is brutal.SF

Table tennis is a couple minutes delayed. The bookmaker already know the outcome before you place your bet. You will find if you bet on a player that they know has won.. they will do anything they can to not let you place that bet

The best way to describe the way Bet365 operate is to copy an email I sent to their customer service department (see below)Hi Luke,Thank you for your email .I would like to point out that on bet365’s mission statement they make a big issue over their commitment to promoting safe gambling but yet this same company decides to raise the minimum deposit I could make to bet365 via PayPal from £10 to £25.This is not the action of a company that is serious about looking after the interests of their clients…its more to do with maximising profits by encouraging people to bet more.It should be noted by Bet365 that the only reason I changed my payment method was to overcome this wholly inappropriate decision to increase the minimum deposit requirement (Debit card deposit minimum is £10).I also object to the initial reply I received from your department that strongly implied that the free bets and loyalty benefits were being withdrawn due to the strong implication that I had a gambling problem. It ‘s easy to make 1.5k-2k a month doing arbitrage betting. In fact, it is more fun, especially when underlaying the bets.However, something changed at 365 Towers yesterday. All of a sudden, hundreds if not thousands of stake restricted/gubbed users, myself included, had their accounts closed permanently. Similar to some others, I’d had an account for years with no issue, generally losing out, as you do.After a couple of nice wins in a week for a only a few hundred, in Jan 23, I get an email saying my account has been restricted (down to pence), without obviously explaining the real reason.I asked them to close the account back then, which they said they would, but today, 11 months later, I get an email saying my account has been closed with immediate effect after a review. Erm, that should have been done in Jan!Moral of the story, make sure you lose, coz if you win, you won’t be winning with them very long.

They closed my account after I had put in a deposit and now they are refusing to refund my deposit. Giving me the runaround on email, saying the only way they can refund me is with a wire transfer, it’s $10, to receive a wire transfer through my bank , it costs $50 to receive one and that’s BS that that’s the only way they can refund me. Reporting fraud to my bank for this transaction tomorrow as it’s a weekend right now. Stay away

I won a 17 leg parlay with $1 to win a net return of $2,376, they robbed me of that money and told me the state of ohio took it with no explanation and details, they gave me an attorney general’s office to call and till this day i can’t reach anyone or get an explanation for where my money went . I have left numerous voicemails to the Rossman & Co Company which is the collection agency i was referred to that is supposedly holding my money, It’s been 5 days and counting and i still haven’t heard anything back. I called back bet365 to tell them of my situation and they said there is nothing they can do on their end and not obligated to tell me what that money was witheld for, i deposited more money in my bet365 account to place more bets for new upcoming bets, they withdrew that money from my account and told me its because the i still owe the state , i called them back again and they said it was for owing child support, mind u i don’t have any kids! I have been trying to reach them and still no response as my account has been blocked , till this day i am wondering where all my money went and have got no feedback. DON’T TRUST BET365 , they must be running a scam with the Rossman & Co company.

Been a loyal costumer with bet365 for 10+ years. Use the site for weekend football accumulators. Get the odd win here n there but usually funding other peoples wins with my losses. Had a lucky run over a 3 week period winning 3 or 4 bets put me 900£ up. Few days later my account restricted and message to contact bet365 after doing so they decide to close my account never to be used again. W@nk£r$!

I signed up for an account on BET365.com on 28th November 2023. The sign-up process was pretty straightforward but I took a few days to do my research before making a deposit. From the reviews on Trustpilot, I became very skeptical but after speaking with a friend who has been using the service for a while now and is happy with the service I decided to make my first deposit of USD 100 yesterday 6th December 2023. When signing up I was asked to submit my ID which I did and it was verified. Today I was asked to complete the address verification which I did, it took a little back and forth but in the end, I am now completely verified. I must point out that the customer service was very helpful and patient “Thumbs up to them”. I’m not ready to make a withdrawal as yet “only now started using the site” but I will update this article when I am ready to make my first withdrawal.

The company went totally disrespectful towards customers. When you loose , it is ok, but even if you win couple of thousands there are restriction. I am listening people from my country even can not open an account. They close down. The company went from number 1 in the world, at the moment there are on the bottom. They forced me into a deposit upon sign up, took my money before verifying my location only to come to find out I have to download multiple apps to try and use their website which did not work. Site does not work on my mobile or PC even after you download the authenticator app, doesn’t work. Tried to get refund through Chat only to be told they want more personal information from me such as my bank, address, bank acc num, etc.. to return the money. What a shambolic company ! My account was restricted for no explained reason after 5 months. They kept referring me to Live Chat when trying to contact them. Placed 28 in waiting line after one hour got to number 13 and then cut off. My complaint via email was supposedly refered to management but ignored.Please take my advise do not consider opening an account with bunch of comedians. It is impossible to talk with them by phone and they hide behind live (more like) dead chat.

Worse betting site. Can not be trusted. If you’re due a big win they put a time out on your account to stop you from cashing out. Extremely dodgy. They were fine when you win little amounts but when it comes to big ones it puts a block in. Avoid!

Well… it’s not often that I leave 5 stars for a online casino but so far bet365 seems to be very reliable, well organized and trustworthy. They have a 24/7 customer care support available; Their app has been working flawlessly so far, very smooth, no glitches.There is a great variety of games available from the biggest and most popular brands. Their bonuses comes with very little strings attached and very clear explanations on how it works and what to expect; that is a plus for newbies that sometimes get caught into unreasonable terms and conditions offered by many other online casinos out there.I still didn’t get a change to do large withdraws but I will update this review at a later stage and let you know if they are just as good when it comes to giving money back. This company is a SCAM. It is very surprising that their advertisements are shown at football matches and national television. And they are quite high in all ratings. Because they can buy it, they have good profits.In general, this is an excellent bookie, but only for those who lose money there. I won a bet and didn’t receive my net return. I received a notification saying congratulations on winning your bet! I never received my funds. I talked to a representative through chat and she did not help. Francesca C told me that I will not receive funds after a winning ticket. This betting site is a SCAM.
