What a shambolic company ! My account was restricted for no explained reason after 5 months. They kept referring me to Live Chat when trying to contact them. Placed 28 in waiting line after one hour got to number 13 and then cut off. My complaint via email was supposedly refered to management but ignored.Please take my advise do not consider opening an account with bunch of comedians. It is impossible to talk with them by phone and they hide behind live (more like) dead chat.

Worse betting site. Can not be trusted. If you’re due a big win they put a time out on your account to stop you from cashing out. Extremely dodgy. They were fine when you win little amounts but when it comes to big ones it puts a block in. Avoid!

Awful experience.Had login / error issues for ages, before finally being told today that I was no longer able to use their services due to a “business decision which they are unable to discuss further”. Guess I wasn’t losing enough for them. This kind of flies in the face of their chubby pseudo gangster mouthpiece Ray Winstone, insisting we should gamble responsibly!

Well… it’s not often that I leave 5 stars for a online casino but so far bet365 seems to be very reliable, well organized and trustworthy. They have a 24/7 customer care support available; Their app has been working flawlessly so far, very smooth, no glitches.There is a great variety of games available from the biggest and most popular brands. Their bonuses comes with very little strings attached and very clear explanations on how it works and what to expect; that is a plus for newbies that sometimes get caught into unreasonable terms and conditions offered by many other online casinos out there.I still didn’t get a change to do large withdraws but I will update this review at a later stage and let you know if they are just as good when it comes to giving money back. This company is a SCAM. It is very surprising that their advertisements are shown at football matches and national television. And they are quite high in all ratings. Because they can buy it, they have good profits.In general, this is an excellent bookie, but only for those who lose money there. I won a bet and didn’t receive my net return. I received a notification saying congratulations on winning your bet! I never received my funds. I talked to a representative through chat and she did not help. Francesca C told me that I will not receive funds after a winning ticket. This betting site is a SCAM.

Went through verification process, sent all kinds of personal documents which I was told were accepted. Still having errors logging-in, saying account not verified when I have emails from them saying it was. Spent two days going back and forth in correspondence only to be told that my account had already been closed! Now in the process to try and get my deposit back which I was forced to do when opening the account only to be told that I cannot make an withdrawal as this is restricted and I have to wait for a postal verification or a call. Easily took my money but making it very difficult to get it back. No explanation why they refused my application. Complete waste of time!

Had an account for years and occasionally the odd problem.Under regulation 17.1 they can close your account at any time.Well that’s what happened today using the reason above for account closure.You could say that I wasn’t making them any money that they would consider me a good punter for them.RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING does not apply to this lot.Gambling is a beautiful game and it can be fun at the same time but these mugs have taken all these elements away.Profit before customer satisfaction says it all.

What a shocking company. My sister works there and they have meetings with the aim of messing with customers heads. They are told to target confusing customers which causes errors in judgement while betting and more profit for bet365. Different tactics to confuse and overload of thoughts etc. She says they are taught to say certain things to customers which triggers certain things in order to maximise customer losses and profit for them. Terrible place and immoral tactics.

This company should be reported and removed. My account has been restricted because of health and illness. How is this fair? Got restricted for 3 weeks now has been opened back up but they have removed all the boost offers because they don’t like disabled people. So angry will them and service.

Had bet365 account fir 12 years doing odd bit of sports betting.. They offered me free spins. Won £2 and started playing adventures in Wonderland. Lost £1000 in 1x hour. Advertises a 94% return. No way. Results of this roulette based game utterly fixed. The camera switches mid-spin when the wheel looks like will land on a bonus. The result when this happens every time is that it lands next door on the lowest possible win. Utterly blatant disgusting cheating that Bet365 are complicit with I shut my account with them. Customer no more and will let all my mates know about this scamming grooming tactic.

Loved there app for years easy to use , latest update wasn’t keen but I had over £1k in my account so thought I’ll keep playing my weekly accasI had my phone stolen in a Saturday night and the thief managed to get through my fingerprint and then accessed all my data. He tried to withdraw my Money to his account which only come to light 3 days after getting and setting up a new phone. It has been I er two weeks and bet 365 still won’t give me my account back they say I’m in a queue to get a call from the security staff or someone but they don’t give a time and you can’t call them. I am skint from the thief also using my credit card and transfering money via my Paypal . bet 365 aren’t helpful. I work in a call centre and there’s no excuse for the way their staff work, and speak to you like it’s your own fault

1 star is too much. After settling the payment my Account was blocked. After a month they keep sending me repetitive emails advising the team is working on my refund, asking me bank data etc over and over again. And all to just get my money back. The worst betting agency ever. The send my money to my old account i closed months earlier. Then i had to wait over 5 days to get back even though they had it bounce back from the bank within 24hrs. Then when finally they got it back in my betting account they put restrictions on my account and i could not bet. Then you ring them and they say u need tro speak with supervisor but there is no one there and they will ring me. 4 days later i get a missed call from them. Over their terrible service. I created an account yesterday to bet on F1 this weekend, deposit and bet £10 then received an email this morning stating the account has been closed “due to the nature of my business”. I can only assume by this they mean betting on a betting site. Contacted customer support as assumed it was a mistake and was informed that the account has been closed as a decision by their “commercial department” and they are refusing to give me my deposit back saying I will have to contact them again through support to claim if I win and will lose the money otherwise. I’m sorry but if I place a bet and you close my account with no reason, having broken no rules or violated any ToS, then you cancel the bet and refund the money. Absolute joke of a company, I assume they will only keep your account open if you’re guaranteed to lose your money – avoid doing business with this company at all costs to save yourself money and hassle

This site reduces how much you can bet each month, it seems if you win too much! You don’t even have to bet too much either, as they decide by %.Also, if you have phone issues and deposits don’t go straight in, they contact you and ask if you have money issues.I withdrew 30 pounds but this didn’t appear in my account within 30 minutes, but they then started asking if I had gambling issues. It was my money!

I’ve never been worse treated by customer support.For THREE MONTHS I’ve been trying to get a withdrawal, after Bet365 shut down operations in my country. With no possible to play, there’s no reason to keep funds in my wallet. Since bank is only withdrawal option, they asked me per email to enter my bank details. I know several from my country who has received withdrawals from Bet365 with same bank details, so I thought I’d be quick and okay, and support seemed nice and helpful.Fine, so far, so good. However, for THREE MONTHS I keep being assigned new support persons, where everyone asks the SAME QUESTIONS and want the same information all over again – on repeat. They don’t seem to care enough even to read the previous 1-2 emails with information I sent to the previous support person. And with every person, there are lengthy periods of wait, before a new person arrives with the same questions and the same lengthy delays.Three months has gone, and I still am no closer to receive my withdrawal of over €10000.Quite shocking. I don’t know why they feel justified in treating me this poorly.

First of all this site is full of SH** I tried it out lost I’d say 3k … then I started betting on their site with basketball and would use the cash out early that they promote I won up to 10k I cashed out … after that I tried to play again all of a sudden I’m restricted not blocked restricted is basically not kicking you out of their site since they have no recourse since I did nothing wrong but restricted is limiting your bets to 5 cents, 10cents yes you heard me 10cents for what reason because I won to much money. I have a deposit limit of £50 daily. And i use most of this limit nearly everyday if i have the funds. But they remove the free to play promotions when they choose to at anytime. Even if you have been playing them through out the week they remove them for example the goals giveaway promotion. That is very unfair to be honest. You are looking forward to maybe winning bet credits and then out of no where the promotion is gone. Seriously it is wrong. I really do not understand how they can treat loyal customers this way. This is the worst Sports bet app you’ll ever find it is a sports BET app but yet customer service knows nothing about sports and none of which can speak English! A constantly have players and take bets on these players who are not even in the lineup. The supervisors are even extremely rude and dishonest when you try to chat with them I really would not recommend this app to anyone they’re very shady they will take your money they even locked me out of my account and would not let me cash my money out!
