Worst betting app! Had a $150 bonus bet and placed a $150.00 bet on a 5 leg parlay For $1800.00.One player got voided because he didn’t play. The pay out then stated the bet went down to $1350.00. The 4 players that did play all hit. After the game they said that since the 1 player got voided they had nothing to go off of to recalculate the winnings. It’s weird to me that the payout clearly changed from $1800.00 to $1350.00 after the voided player. I know for a fact that if one of the 4 players that did play didn’t hit they wouldn’t of gave me the $150 back. Scammers for sure worst betting app by far.

A disgrace of a company, I had placed a bet from there in play feature and 3 of the legs won but the fourth I selected changed as I was doing my bet to one starting 15 minutes afterwards which should be impossible. When questioned I was told under no circumstances would they do anything about it. They are a scam and a just ripping people off. The amount was very small so I’m not sour about losing my stake just the fact they simply won’t do anything about it and it was in fact there fault and not my own

I used this site for many years. Never had a problem until now. Got a progressive slot maxed up ready to pay out big as I’ve put a few grand in to achieve it. Bet365 have deleted my account so I can’t get on it. I can’t even go on a friends account as it is maxed to the player. Naughty, thieving, scum site.

Turned $70 to $1200 over 3 months then they limited my account could not place a bet that could win more than $20 after three days of winning within their limits they further restricted my already limited account. I cant win more that $10. Its as if the UK is a banana republic and no laws exist. How can this be allowed to happen?

I placed a number of bets on bet365 including a 250/1 bet builder. This bet builder won at had a return of £1255. When I went on the app to cash out my winnings, the bet had been cashed out and my £5 stake was in my account.After questioning this to customer service team they said I cashed the bet out and refuse to pay me my winnings. Worst betting platform Iv ever used and will rob you dry the first opportunity they get. Avoid at all costs

I placed an each way bet with bet365 and my horse came 3rd…it was settled as a “lost” bet even though it paid $9.50 for a place ( 3rd) …I called and told them what happened and they said they would send it to the appropriate department “for review”…I explained the horse came third …they said “bets are taken by humans but settled by computers or bots…I said it’s a clear payout bet as I got a third…they said we will have to review it and became hostile…ahloe$

Paid the required deposit on the Liverpool Newcastle game and the promotion was £5 free bet every goal scored up to £25. Six goals scored so I should have been credited within 48 hours. Of course, the free bets never came through and trying to get an answer out of these people is almost impossible. You lose the will and just let it go,which is probably what it’s set out to do. I’d give this company zero rating if I could. I had my account closed some 4 years ago and wanted to discuss opening a new account with them. They’ve advised I have permanent ban and not able to open a new account. They added that the decision cannot be reversed. What sort of support is that?Companies like this prey on the poor and the government allow it.

Bet365 software has a glitch where you get your account frozen and they can’t even manually pick cash out option when available causing you to lose your bet.Worst yet customer service denies this is a issue

I had made a bet on tennis that appeared to have won and gave me the option to cashout so I can bet and not have to wait for the bet to settle. I notice the match has still kept going as there was reversed call but my money was still my account and there was no outstanding bet to look at in case of cashout so I thought I was ok. I then notice my money from my account I wagered is gone. I noticed the bet I made would’ve lost but I cashed out and didn’t even give me an option to cashout again during the match after the call was reversed. This site glitch not only cost me money but their team doesn’t care about good faith. They care about getting money is anyway possible and don’t care about their customers. I would suggest FanDuel as I haven’t experienced any site glitches and better promotions. If you have bet365 I would delete the app

Why is this site even allowed to stay online? So many complaints about customers not getting paid their money. Why aren’t people getting together and suing this company for theft? Because clearly they are stealing. Companies that are using them as a sponsor should be ashamed about luring people to their site just to get scammed of their money. Registered an account, made a wager in a bingo room and suddenly account becomes unusable. Contacted live chat who said account was banned and have no further information, i asked about getting a refund and basically said no refund whatsoever. Pretty scummy/scammy company if you ask me. I don’t know why I gave bet365 so many chances to do better, but this has to be one of the worst platforms out there. Their customer support is atrocious, their loyalty to high paying customers is no where near rewarded like Stake.com does, if bet365 even rewards their users. Do yourself a favour and go with stake.com or another platform that will treat you right and reward you for your loyalty, what a lot of garbage this bet365 team and platform is.

The deposit using Interac is quick i tried to take advantage of the match bet but they force you play in the Casino and you cannot even make sports bet until you have wagered like 40x your deposit in the casino. Anyhow i was unable to download their Bet365 Authenticator so i had to have them cancel my match bonus which they did. I immediately tried to withdraw the funds and what bothers me is that after you click the withdrawal there is nothing on their interface that shows your withdrawal so you contact Customer Service thru the bot chat first. Once you have located live chat they tell you it is being processed. So i wait 24 hours as suggested and they say the same thing next day. If they made the effort to process my withdrawal you usually get an email from Interac stating your transaction is in process. They are just holding my funds until either i give up or I forget about my funds or even worse I reverse the transaction expecting me to play on their site. Anyways it has been 3 days now and everyday i gotta go thru the same b.s. Unfortunately they are missing the bigger picture because if they were prompt on their withdrawals people like myself would write something nice. All of us Sports bettors like nothing better than quick no frills withdrawals. I did get my funds returned after I wrote this review. Took 3 1/2 days.

0 stars… they don’t reward loyalty here at all they punish it. I use them regularly because they tend to offer the best odds on football markets and that what I like to have a little flutter on… I put lots of small acca bets on at £5 maximum. They continuously ban my account from receiving any free bets or bonuses or the free games they offer. When you contact customer service they just say this is a decision from our traders and cut the chat off…. Absolute shambles of a business… it’s like me going to Asda and buying all my shopping there and when they have a buy one get one free offer or something similar they tell me I’m not allowed the offer as I shop there all the time!!!
