Why betting companies insist on hiring reta rds is beyond me! Do they come cheaper or something? One such ignoramus told me that the reason I can’t watch races was because I’d not deposited into my account within the last 24 hours: this was at 13.35 and my last deposit was at 13.49! I suggested he was either mathematically challenged, or else must suffer from dyspraxia. They suspended my account! I’ve been waiting over a week for them to call to discuss it! Absolute garbage ‘Customer Service’! Customer wind up, more like. Pathetic!

This company is absolutely crap from A to Z. They were pretending to hire a German speaking customer supporter with no additional knowledge or experience. First instructing a complete exaggerated assessment procedure for this crappy position. Exactly what many other people are saying. Out of the blue I have received a message saying I am no longer eligible for promotions.I have asked why, asked what I have done wrong so I can rectify it, but the only responses are the decision was made by the trading department and stands.The reason appears to be a very closely guarded top secret and they have the cheek to end the message with ‘I hope this has resolved your query and put your mind at rest’.I am also very annoyed that I have recommended this site to many of my colleagues because of these promotions, and I am the only one who has had them removed.I have withdrawn all my funds and am now going elsewhere.I hope their trading department enjoys reviewing a dormant account.

I am speaking to anyone who has a problem or dispute with bet365, your are not alone,send an email to eCOGRA they will help you, help me put this site out of harm’s way.I contacted eCOGRA because BET365 does not want to let me withdraw my money for over a year; no withdrawals.when I make a withdrawal they don’t even send the money to my bank and after 2 weeks of waiting I contact their agents to find out where my withdrawal is, they then ask me to send them other bank details because those that I gave are false, which is obviously not true.So I send them other bank details from another account and this time they tell me that they do not accept the country to which I want to make the withdrawal.so I give them again other banking details from a country accepted by bet365, and the answer this time is that I have to send Spanish bank details, how can I do that I don’t even live in Spain I have no connection with this country.I swear to you that what I say is true, the first sponsor of the first scam people.I have one piece of advice for you no matter what they say or do, stay polite,to obtain justice; take screenshots, record discussions and testimonials from other customers and send them to eCOGRA.

Truly shocking company! Opened a new account and was restricted immediately and could not place a bet. I was then told my account was closed with no option to re-open due to the ‘nature of my business’!!! What, working at Lidl and wasting my money on football bets, that business?! Live chat agent Michelle was useless and her supervisor just as useless. Please bet at other betting companies there is so many other better options.

This company has been perfect to deal with for years until recently! The app is just appalling now…once you have signed out and later sign in you cannot change sports on it so have to literally switch off and reboot. Get it sorted or else you will lose numerous customers!! Sometimes also just will not let you sign in at all.

Biggest scam artists I ever seen, when I play on the app it glitches out so bad I cannot see the dealer so for all I know the cards coming out are being chosen, so when I’m told to play on the website not app it will disconnect me from every game causing me to go in a non live mode and I’ll lose in the casinos favour because it’s computerized cards being dealt instead of the real ones once ur disconnected lmao. then they prevent me from doubling down or doing any move that will win me money. The cards being dealt are 100 percent rigged I’ve seen the dealer have a 10 roughly 20 hands in a row which is simply mathematically impossible in a deck of cards to have that many 10s unless all 6 decks were so badly shuffled that ever single 10 coming out was given to the dealer immediately but it’s every single table every single game. I’d give this company zero rating if I could. I had my account closed some 3 weeks ago because I won a correct score bets I got from (Brunohade) on Instagram consistently for 15 days. I wanted to discuss opening a new account with them. They’ve advised I have permanent ban and not able to open a new account. They added that the decision cannot be reversed. What sort of support is that? That’s outrageous

Restricted my account. When I contacted Bet365 I was told that they suspected that I was allowing another person to use my account, which isn’t true. I’ve provided all ID and documents they’ve requested and 4 months later I’m still being told its with the management team to review. I’m not sure how they get away with treating their customers this way. Appalling customer service.

Appalling customer service. I have healthily used bet365 for over 2.5years, approx bets 2/3 times a week. Received a random email saying I am not eligible for any promotions, boosts or deals anymore. Contacted customer service 5 times and I am fobbed off with the same condescending copy and pasted response “sorry you’re not happy but we won’t be changing our decision”. I have raised a complaint, asking which terms I have violated which warrant restrictions being imposed, all I get is sorry you’re not happy but this is our final response.Shambolic.Live chat – shocking Email- shocking Escalated to supervisor – embarrassing If I could give 0 stars I would. Just read quite a few negative responses on here . My negative one was with a well know blue brand beginning with C ! Joined bet 365 and have had nothing but positive experience I am only small stake punter 10 p lucky and have been luck enough to win something nice a few times . Also have won on free spins . 18th of January appears to be the date that their trading department team decided to implode.Long term customer here now banned from participating in offers without any information given explaining the decision or any option to rectify.I have re-read terms and conditions and I am clear that I am not in breach of any of these.Time for me to spend my money with another company

Having been a customer with Bet365, for a few years , I received an email saying I’m no longer eligible for promotions or selected offers. Offers and promotions are the main reason I use Bet365, thankfully plenty of other betting companies give offers and promotions, so I’ve opened an account with another company. Shame on Denise Coates, she must be struggling only getting paid £213m last year, and yes that works out to £1 million per working day.

Having been a customer for about 15 years today I get a message saying’Following a review of your account you are no longer eligible for selected offers and promotions’.No reason, no explanation. Nothing. Its not as though bet365 are great at free bet or free spin offers (like Coral you are really good for that), there are hardly any on bet 365. So i don’t get a chance to win a free 50p bet but they can still pay their CEO £millions. To take away offers when they are clearly extremely profitable to pay their owner that an obscene amount is one thing, But to give no reason at all is cowardly and pathetic. I’ll stick with Coral now.

After joining with proviso of £30 free bets after initial £10 bet placed , was informed I was not eligible for ANY promotions or free bets as they had reviewed my account ( which was 1 Hour old) and without explanation told me this was the case .I asked for an explanation and got told we can’t give you one …. If I could have given no stars I would have done. I’ve been a customer of theirs for years and only put on small amounts but do ok. Today they said they are taking all my extra privileges away like bet boosts bet credits etc. I have asked them why but they will not gave me a decent answer they just fob you off. Do not trust this company and do not create an account under any circumstances. I created one and was immediate banned from betting without reason or explanation. I was able to ascertain why I was banned and it is literally a technical issue that caused it, however they were not interested in my explanation. I then requested they removed all my personal information from their system as required by federal law under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act. They are required to both tell me what information they still have on file, and to remove it if they are not doing business with me. They have done neither and refuse to, despite the fact that it is law. How can anyone trust a company that does not follow laws that are put in place to protect users? They do not care about you, and they have proven they are dishonest and not trust worthy.

I won 359 $. They sent me after 5 days of my withdrawal request they cannot send me my winnings because of there are different currencies in my account which I selected what was I lie. I only could play in $ and I deposited in $. But before my withdrawal request they confirmed my account and also I’m allowed to make withdrawals. Poker is also not possible to play there. I made deposit with my credit card but I only could apply for bank transfer withdrawals. This is a scam site and you will never be able to cash out your winnings. They will always find an excuse not to give you your money. I will report to the gambling supervisory authority.

I just had the most horrible experience with bet365 and I feel it is my duty to warn everyone about them. I decided to sign up and place a small bet today on the Green Bay game and was immediately denied from betting and locked out. This was due to a software issue and I myself even found the source of the issue after they were no help, but I received a lifetime ban with no explanation as to why. I was simply told “This is a business decision”. This is no big deal because their competitors software works fine and I placed my bet and won elsewhere. But what is a big deal is that they refuse to remove my personal information from their system, which they are obligated to remove by federal law since they do not require it for the reason it was obtained, as defined in the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (Principal 4.5.2). So now this company has my personal information including where I work, and where I bank, and my banking information, and are able to do as they please with it. When contacted they refused to remove it. If this business is that shady that they cannot follow federal law, how could anyone trust them with their personal information? I highly recommend everyone avoid this application and company.

I’ve been a bet365 customer for years, but not after today. They have refused to pay out on a £50 Beterbiev KO bet because his opponents corner threw in the towel. They claim a TKO or corner retiring a fighter is no longer classified as a KO under the rules of their betting conditions, which is absolute nonsense and a total disgrace. You can keep my £50, but you’ve lost my custom forever!

Joined this company as they advertise that they can be used for betting in Spain which I cannot do with my present account with Skybet. Took up the offer of bet £10 and get £30 of free bets. First £10 bet was voided as withdrawn. Next day racing cancelled due to weather. Next day got the bet on and luckily won at 3/1. However the free bets were not credited as they then said that the £10 bet was placed too long after depositing it. Bunch of bloody scammers. Managed eventually to get my winnings out and then deleted the App.

Wrote a good review on this app, was starting to recoup losses from other casinos thinking this is where I’ll get lucky. Well I just played for hours straight in blackjack trying to reach a goal I set and every single time I was one get away from the goal.. I would go on insane loss runs with the dealer being dealt 10s every single hand. Or small cards adding up to 20 or 21 whenever we got a good hand. This is on black jack ONE and it was simply rigged beyond belief today.

I started using this app and betting responsibly. It has helped me recoup a little bit of the money I lost due to fraudulent plays by the dealer or other people logging into my account and the casinos doing nothing to help me. This app is great. At first I wasn’t sure as I would sit on blackjack tables and watch games and it seemed like the dealer was so predictable and I assumed it was because of it was mostly a sports betting app but once I started using it I lost at first, then since my second deposit I’ve been up most days. They also have a great support team that answer quickly. Their withdrawals are usually quick also. That being said all casinos and games I play on blackjack are both predictable and unpredictable but on this app I’ve had more luck than not. Other apps I would loose nearly 30 hands in a row. Only downside is the live casino games are very glitchy. You can’t even see the dealer most of the time or Their froze which does make it harder to play.

Don’t play on this site. I will lose for sure $ 200 after I read all the bad reviews here. My account was very fast verified but it seems only for deposit. Once I tried to withdraw they started asking for more verification documents. It is a big cheat they don’t request all the necessary documents before you start gambling. They will start asking after you made a withdrawal request. Then I couldn’t request for withdraw to my credit card back only to my bank account which would take long time. Further more they even don’t have a live chat. Also it is not possible to upload residence proof documents like rental contract. Their system blocks the customers to verify correctly so they will never cash out. I would like play poker on this site and put tons of cash on it but after this first experience I will just stop and leave. They will steal my 200 bucks but they will not get more anymore.

Worst betting app! Had a $150 bonus bet and placed a $150.00 bet on a 5 leg parlay For $1800.00.One player got voided because he didn’t play. The pay out then stated the bet went down to $1350.00. The 4 players that did play all hit. After the game they said that since the 1 player got voided they had nothing to go off of to recalculate the winnings. It’s weird to me that the payout clearly changed from $1800.00 to $1350.00 after the voided player. I know for a fact that if one of the 4 players that did play didn’t hit they wouldn’t of gave me the $150 back. Scammers for sure worst betting app by far.

A disgrace of a company, I had placed a bet from there in play feature and 3 of the legs won but the fourth I selected changed as I was doing my bet to one starting 15 minutes afterwards which should be impossible. When questioned I was told under no circumstances would they do anything about it. They are a scam and a just ripping people off. The amount was very small so I’m not sour about losing my stake just the fact they simply won’t do anything about it and it was in fact there fault and not my own
