Criminals they are rigging sports multi bets on afl. They put the name of one emergency from one team on the list. So if you pick the player who’s the emergency in your multi you have no chance of winning it is a rigged bet. How can a player you pick get 15 disposals when they only get 10 minutes of play time. Deposited money yesterday won a few small bets, and they restricted my account today and then close it. They only want people who lose lots of money and don’t want people who win. Refused to process a withdrawal my UK bank account.When pressed they said it’s just not an account they support. It’s a well know account provider, Mastercard backed with over 25million global personal accounts.They’ve told me my ONLY option is to open a new bank account to withdraw my funds.At no point in the signing up process, or account use did they make this clear. It is not in their terms and conditions – in fact it has been very hard to get this information from them at all. However, simply using a XXXXXX account that they do not accept does not appear to fit their definition of prohibited activities in section 16.2.In summary, while bet365 has broad rights to impose restrictions, their refusal to pay out to your legitimate UK bank account and insistence that you open a new account is highly questionable based on their own terms. The terms do not require customers to open new bank accounts in order to withdraw funds.My legal advice is that you do have grounds to complain that their conduct is unfair and unreasonable. Filing a complaint with the UK Gambling Commission regarding your consumer rights would seem to be the reasonable next step if bet365 maintains their stance. The key here is that their policies were not made sufficiently clear upfront and that their remedy of requiring a new bank account is overly onerous. My legal assessment is based on the transcript you supplied and their terms and conditions – in relation to UK gambling and consumer protection regulations.”

Any sight of a profit gain they’ll limit your account, blame problem gambling (even with the smallest of stakes), take away ALL the free to play games plus offers & basically make bet365 not worth your while…which judging by all the other reviews here isn’t such a bad thing. This site totally bulshit scam. I was playing Baccarat over 1 year and keep losing over 25k in total. Last week I start winning and start getting error “bet no confirmed” in every hand winning my bet disappeared then only losing hand will accept my bet!!! or suddenly get connection lost which never happed before and I have the highest internet speed. I have screen shots and video of the entire session. After they took my winning money back then they let me login next day and after I deposited money I got kicked out from site and my account looked. When I contacted customer service they told me my account under review and my fund freeze. This site is a big scam unless you keep losing they let you play but if you win forget about it. Way too many glitches and when enquired want to take zero responsibility for it! Playing lotto365 is ill advised as it doesn’t not load in real time, constantly told no funds in account so can’t watch the live draws,takes the fun out of it but customer services don’t understand that,the lines were played so you’ve had your bet! So bet365 is an absolute scam, I won £10, then won a further £20, and within seconds, the money disappeared and only left with £7. I was advised by Ali P that I would hear back once they had looked into it within 24 hours. Tonight I asked what was going on and spoke to Sammy M who advised me that the review had been looked at and that they will not refund me any money, unless I accept responsibility, in which i declined as i was not at fault. So I’m down £20. After questioning and asking for a refund, they would not refund me and closed the conversation! I don’t play on it very often and when I did, they took my money and won’t refund me. Customer services are awful and really need to be looked into as they must be scamming so many people. Please be aware before signing up to bet 365, as the customer services are shocking. I have evidence that I have been scammed by bet365

The good news I won $nzd100 and was paid out 5 days later.The bad news is there bonus scheme, first of all, your money is blocked can’t raise bets this is concerning.When entering your bonus money, You won’t be able to withdraw your money till you play your wagerer (good luck with that). I used my debit card to deposit instantly with no problems. When I want to withdraw they say they they don’t withdraw back into my debit card. I used Apple Pay to deposit instantly with no problems but when I want to withdraw they say they they don’t withdraw to my bank. I gave them two other bank details and they refused and told me to get a new bank. I said to them, if I can’t get alternative bank details does that mean you steal my money and they couldn’t answer 3 times and then they ended the chat.
