Avoid at all costs. All of their esports battle games are involved in match fixing. The people who play the game such as Esports CS2 (teams like Seight, Gameinside) and soccer (players like Lion, Arcos) intentionally win or lose. These never happen in normal esports games. They restricted my account when I brought up this point. It’s like they are trying their best to cover up their ugly side. NEVER USE THIS UK WEBSITE. No wonder people in the US barely use this website.

I was a client for a few years and all of a sudden they said my account was closed for no reason.I guess it’s because I was making a profit and they don’t want that. They just want people that they can rob their money from obviously.Very disappointing and disrespectful of them and unprofessional.

Used to be a good betting option, now terrible365 has become insanely greedy in the recent years, to the point to now your account won’t even last more than 5 bets without getting limited. It’s honestly just a waste of time coming back to the website, pretty much 0 options left in the UK though outside the exchange.1 star for being possibly the greediest gambling company to ever exist, and instead of improving they enable addicts to keep going.

I have had no trouble with them . Other casinos seem to have no problem accepting your deposits but when you try and withdraw that’s when it becomes tricky with set min withdrawals and having to basically set up a whole new bank account. !!

I just downloaded the app, and it said there was an issue verifying my account. I had to send an email to the verification team. Where they asked for a photo of my social, my ID, and a letter showing my name and address. I covered all the numbers but left out the last 4 of my social, my name was visible. The rep said to take a photo where the first few numbers are visible as well. IMMEDIATELY I DELETED THE APP.

Signed up to account for Grand national and was due a credit of £30 given after you had your 1st transaction .. so glad I transferred winnings straight away. Tried to get into account to use credit and was told my account had been closed after having another account opened . Never opened an account before with them and if I had why would it not say I already have an account with them using the only email address I have had used for years ..Leave well alone

They ask for details for a wire to Canada but do not provide all of the details they request when sending the wire so they get rejected. I have asked multiple times about other ways to move money and they do not provide an answer. They are simply not interested in solving problems they are creating. Very poor, use a Canadian site if you are Canadian they are terrible.

Experience with B365 ~10 years. Last 12 months felt like they tried to be my bank manager. Wanted salary, financials, and their KYC process also wanted my passport number. I’ve deposited at least 15k on bet365 in the past 2 years and I’ve withdrawn the maximum of 1k. The site never gives free spins & when it does it doesnt give you any wins. It takes hundreds and hundreds on roulette and never gives a number. I’ve played slots & it doesn’t give you any wins or free spins. Terrible company, some Tatiyanah rep told me my account was closed and could not be reopened by a trading department? I didn’t even have an account. I mistyped my phone number on registration, and asked for help but got attitude, a ridiculous wait, and because I complained of said wait got a closed account because “they reserve the right”. I have recently closed my account …after many years as a customer they decided to restrict my account pending investigation…After many emails backwards and forwards I decided to copy in CEO and then finally something was done …I was given compensation for mistakes made …Account back up and running and then once again they decided to stop the little freebies where you select correct scores on a Saturday and the goals …normally get a few bet credits from it nothing major ….Out of the blue half way through week decide to take this option from me … pathetic and no reason given so enough is enough…. Joined to put a bet on day of grand national deposited £10, £30 free credit, bet on the winner said I would get 52 pound back, on the day had 82 pound in my account , tried to withdraw my winnings, unable to. They locked my account, then allowed me back in after validation lo and behold my account minus £52 , total rip off company they should be investigated .

To rate my experience with 1 star is generous. Placed a bet with Bet 365 on the winner of the grand national. This was placed and the funds taken from my account.Received no notification that this bet couldn’t be accepted when placing it. I tried to login after the race, I couldn’t access my account and was told the bet had been made void.Terrible company and they should not get away with scamming customers as I can see from the reviews I’m not the only one who has experienced this unjust treatment of customers.

Very scammy and dodgy. Deposited £10 for the National, won £30 but wouldn’t let me withdraw to my card, wanted bank details and ID etc. Never had this with any other sites. Wonder if they’re selling details on? (the few positive reviews seem to be fake too, which is a red flag imo).

I don’t usually bet but signed up for the Grand National on their deposit £10 get £30 of free bets. Small print reads the bets must be settled before the free credit is applied – which is well hidden. Deposited and bet £10. Account shows only £2.50 settled even though £10 has – so no free credit has been applied. This is FRAUD in my opinion. They take your money based on a promise that they don’t intend to deliver.

This is a scam betting site…they’ll take your money via credit card but will not send you back your cash that way. They force you to have a separate bank account only in your name, no joint accounts. So to get my winnings, I must go open a new account just to receive it. Stay far away from these guys, they suck.

Amazingly bad experience. I opened an account and uploaded my passport and drivers licence. Checked back two hours later to see if my details had been verified only to find that my account had been closed. Contacted support and they said I’d failed the verification!! I said that this was annoying but asked them to delete my personal details. I was told that they’d be keeping my details! This is illegal under GDPR and I’ll be reporting this behaviour. Why would they even need my personal details if they won’t let me have an account with them? What a way to run a business!
