This company took £20k on one account, after exclusion I opened a new account and easily bypassed their system putting in another £10k.Their poor safeguards and code of conduct are happy to turn a blind eye and complicit in extracting more money from excluded gamblers. To conclude this, I tried to log in after nearly 5 years of not using their site and was permanently excluded.Their agent “Zhak D”, produced the most generic scripted trash I’ve ever experienced in online customer service chat. I’m not sure if it was AI or an actual human, either way pathetic.

My Experience here is not great. Meager games or player base (Active not registered). Not a big spender 40p to £1 wagers i just enjoy the ride generally. Here it just seems limp. Maybe 1500 over the year since i been playing here. Alot of time winning back what you deposit, rinse repeat a few times in a session and then its like flogging a horse. Quite a few drop cash games where items sit on reels blocking any wins unless you get the collect or unlock or a certain reel, or line up 4 horizontilly in 3 spins. Odd win lines on alot of games. Must have figured out the maths on that to make it as difficult as poss. Been clever in what games they have on this site

Everything was going well with this site till all of a sudden when I went to make a withdrawal after a $2300 win on the Superbowl the bank wires stopped making it to my bank. Nothing had changed with my banking details yet these crooks keep saying my banking details were wrong. This has been going on for weeks now.. I can’t get my money from them.. made a complaint to the BBB and they say they can’t find the company. Next I will go to the UK Gambling Commission and make a complaint. Stay away from this site.. no sence making bets if they won’t give you your money.

This website is the only website out of betway, stake, poker stars, and jackpot city that actually pays… I have lost thousands and thousands on each of those websites and bet365 has paid me back almost every time and I love sports betting on here they boost your parlays and create them for you. I have used bet365 for years. However, I was very disappointed with the company this weekend. I took part in the free bet offer – 6 score challenge.I got 4 games correct out of 6. After the 2nd game it said only 3 people got it correct. At this point I got the first two correctAfter the 3rd game it changed to <1% which I thought was strange. Why is it not telling me how many people now? At this point i had all 3 correct after the first 3 gamesAfter 4 games i still had only 3 games correct. However, it said only 68 people had 4 correct. This game being villa v spurs which was 4-0! Finally i got the 6th game correct meaning i had 4 correct scores. Then it went up to 493 people got it correct. When I have questioned it they are not prepared to discuss it further with no clarification at all. I shared photos with them but still nothing. I have asked for numbers of participants? The numbers are being created to prevent having to pay out the customers. Why can they not share numbers with me?How many took part?How many got 2?3?4? Why are you only sharing the 4 correct? Its happy to tel you how many people got 4 or 5 correct…why cant they share this information with me!!Why using %….this prevents people to work out if this is legit.

I’d prefer to give 0 Stars. I was never able to even place a bet with my initial deposit as the app wasn’t functional, but nothing rivals my inability to get my $500 deposit back. Bet365 wouldn’t simply credit the credit card I used, they made me provide banking information so they could wire the money. I provided this information twice over the last 2 weeks, but received nothing. I am currently trying to escalate the complaint through the company and I have no idea what I might need to do moving forward. I may need to file a lawsuit. This isn’t just the worst sportsbook in existence, it might be the worst company in the history of humankind. If a sportsbook won’t honor withdrawals from your account, they’re no different than a beggar on the street….and I’m starting to think that Bet365 is just that! Don’t expect to ever get your money out of this company.

Do not use this company. On two occasions I have used the cashing out facility and not been paid. I recently placed two bets which were not acknowledged on the “My Bets” part of the app but the money was taken for both. Customer service said the bets were placed but I only have there word for that and could not use the cash out facility if I wanted too. Judging by the amount of negative comments I think this company should be investigated. have closed my account.

B365 have fallen off a cliff y regards to the way they operate and treat their customers. Have been a customer for 10+ years never any problems. Now, all of a sudden there is nothing but problems you can only deposit so much. You can only bet so much even had the cheek to ask me to send in payslips and end of year account. Have no choice, but to go blackmarket, no restrictions, no problems and after six months no problems with withdrawing. Exchanges are also another option.

Scammers. I placed a $10 same game parlay with +5000 odds and a payout of $510. I WON! But my entire bet was voided seconds after it hit because one of the players was voided. (They never entered the game once or were even at the gaming event, ruled out before game time). It was super crushing to see my biggest win yet be taken from me right before my eyes. The House Rules and Same Game Parlay rules state that if a leg on a bet is voided, then the bet will be recalculated and paid out accordingly but customer service states otherwise “based on their rules on their website”. This is just a way for them to not have to payout their bettors. I used this platform for less than a week before this happened. I do not recommend this betting platform to anyone. You’ll regret it.

Just joined a few weeks ago spins very empty, set deposit limit but it won’t let you deposit limit you have to do it in intervals. Games get chucked out with error message. No withdrawals so can’t comment on that. Don’t think will be using anymore as there deposit system is not very good I don’t want to deposit in intervals. Set a limit over 7 days but I deposit once then have to wait an hour to do it again don’t get it and empty spins take the fun out of it.Put last £10 in and self excluded as couldn’t fine how to close account. Loyal customer who never had any issues, until they decided to not pay my withdrawal of the funds I won. Worst experience ever! Being told to wait week after week and being passed around by about 20 members of customer service. They then tried to say they paid the amount and deny my constant pleas to investigate further, numerous emails and nearly month later identified they didn’t pay me. I asked for some kind of compensation or gesture in mind on my account and still nothing! Awful company!

So my account was closed for no good reason. For 3 months I was advised my their customer service team to send my bank cards and bank statements everyday I enquired on the progress. After 3 months they closed my account and told me to send my bank details for them to transfer my remaining balance. Closing account and saying “ due to the nature of your business” don’t actually gamble much, normally grand national and odd horse bet, kept my money in the account the credit I won. Then told under section 17.1 terms and conditions they can just close accounts.
