While this site is easy enough to use I advise everyone to use a different gambling site. Just because I went £5500 up in 5 months they put pressure on me to have a voluntary break! I told them I didn’t want to so they closed my account!! They really don’t like you winning guys!

Greedy and unethical company. Started winning on some inplay sports betting then they decided to remove the market for good, at least I can’t see the market. It’s good if you lose money to them and not winning.

Just been forced to self exclude after 20 years. They were customer service focussed in the aerly years now they just harrass you and fail to honour bets and fail to offer promotions. Removed BOG on final decs.

If I could give 0 stars I would, there scammers, if you win big they make you change all your payments to get paid out. If there’s a void in a game they make you sit on hold for a hour with a chat person just to get your money back. They will screw YOU!!!! Horrible betting app, I think it should be banned

False promises. I joined Bet365 for this years Grand National. I was promised £30 of free bets and spent £25 on bets for the big race. The £30 was not added to my account, if it was then I couldn’t find it! When I sent an email complaining about this I was told it had been added to my account but had to be used within a week! This is not a fair offer, I would not have started an account with them if I new this was how they treated their customers.

I recently won £5k on bet365games and they banned me when I tried to withdraw and took it…Never had a problem with withdrawals was always pretty fast but when I tried to do it this time I first got a message saying I was restricted then they banned my account saying my account was suspicious so I won’t receive the money only what I had in my balance before it… Awful company complete scam n all these bad reviews just prove it

How silly are the traders at Bet365?Very very silly.On the AFL when a round starts and games are in play they have for 9 weeks left Top 8 betting open.So you could back a team playing Friday night for top 8. If they were losing the Friday night game you could cash out the bet for no loss. Why? Because the traders had not amended the odds.So if a team was winning a game during the round you could jump on at same odds even if that same team was definite to win the game in play.The traders finally wised up and closed the loophole. But seriously how silly are they?A three year old would say the names Billy not silly! I’m not sure the traders could make this claim. No wander Bet365 loses money.

Been using bet365 a number of years for both sport betting and slots. The last few months have been absolutely terrible, the slot machines hardly pay out anything, I am hundreds of pounds down and no way of getting that back now, they say gambling should be fun, it is not fun to lose a lot of hard earned money to get nothing back in return.

I am a roughie backer so I love odds drift protecter. However their maintenance happens during Australia’s peak betting times. If it is routine maintenance why not give punters a message warning 1 hour before so they can place bets?

The blocked me right upon registration. I contacted their customer support aka crooks team; the agent told me that my account was closed, that he didn’t know why and that nobody could tell me why…what a bunch of scammers. Worst customer service ever!

Placed a bet builder that only had 1 player left to have a shot on target. Decided I would cash out but before I could they marked the player as having a shot on target so I cashed out for the full amount. The money was in my balance and 30 minutes later they decided he hadn’t had a shot on target took all the money out of my account didn’t give me the original cash out value before he was marked as a shot on target and also keep my stake. Strongly advise you do not use this site.

Why is it that my potential winnings was £1200 but because 1 player is on the bench its dropped to £422 that is absolutely ridiculous come on bet365 you need to sort that as that is a joke

If I could leave zero stars I would, one is too many. This is the worst sports betting app available. On multiple occasions now I have attempted to cash out bets for it to continue to give me a Not Available message on the screen. And continue to give me the message until the cash option disappears. And tonight i had OKC -3.5 and over 214.5, welI with 5:16 remaining OKC was up 22 and the total was at 200 points and had a $842 cash out option it pulls the cash out option completely because all the starters were pulled. Needless to say the total ended at 212. But not giving your customers the option to make a choice isn’t exactly fair. I will leave bad review after bad review. I’ve deleted the app and suggest to anyone out there thinking about using it, stop and stick with FanDuel or DraftKings because Bet365 will screw you too.

Be careful! I went on a little run and they restricted my betting limits but worse, they restricted my cash out option all my existing bets! When I reached out to support to find out why, I spoke with Grant who said it was a company decision no explanation as to why other than “we do not disclose” was provided and when I tried to at least get the cash out unrestricted so I can take my business elsewhere, it was also denied. Having too many pending bets is risky. I woke up one day to no cash out access. Randomly. Grant provided no reason. Be careful. All I did was take bets they offered.

TerribleDue to their safer gambling process i was interviewed over the phone for assesment and was told i was high risk. Absolutely rubbish, id been with them for over 10years without issues but the woman ill name as Molly gave me a lifetime ban. Why ? probably bacause id lost a whole £10 sports betting since january 2024 lol, My advice, go else where to avoid all the scrutiny, they dont respect your wishes as self exclusion should be a matter of choice thats why its called SELF EXCLUSION🤔. i had no say as i did not want this but missy molly imposed it. This maybe early on in the process and I’ve only just made a withdrawal from my account yesterday, but so far the process with Bet365 has been super easy. Signed up less than a week ago and verified my account no problem. The information available to you, the ease of use with the app and the game selection is excellent as well. I am 80 yrs old & have been with this bookmaker for over 20 years.From being a wonderful company to deal with they have tranformed into a HORROR organisation.I spent 2 full days trying to do a SELF ASSESSMENT form as they requested.I tried doing it via Live Chat then by phone. The agents on the phone spoke with such strong foreign accents,coupled with a crackly line so nothing worked.Today(3rd day) I tried live chat again & at last succeeded. However the site won’t work & they now tell me they have another Tech Issue which they are working so hard to resolve,haha Within minutes of putting this post on Trustpilot & informing BET365 that I had done this & was also sending a transcript of the last 3 days agrovation they had caused me to the Broadcasting Ombudsman asking why they are allowed to make a false claim(in view of all the atrocious reviews) of being the WORLD’S FAV BOOKMAKER, they suddenly re-opened my account.

Opened a brand new account. Could not deposit so I contacted them for help and was told (quote) “Following a review of your account, I can confirm that you will be unable to deposit into the account and therefore unable to use the account. This is a business decision.” (unquote). Besides the “this is a business decision” crap there was no reason given. I own my home, have a good credit rating and supplied all of my correct and legal details so what’s their f**king problem???

Do not register and enter any personal details.I created an account, entered all of my personal details, sent them a copy of my ID and my account was immediately blocked. Without any explanation. Just that their internal department did some ‘check’ and decided to close my account. What did they ‘check’ just from my personal details, without any deposit or activity on their site? Complete nonsense. And now they refuse to delete my personal data and who knows what they’re doing with it and with who they are sharing that sensitive information.. Worst experience with online ‘casino’ ever.

I placed a football acca 3 days ago and then set myself a 5 day time out as didn’t want to be tempted to bet again during the week.I had a change of heart about the acca so went to take the full cash out on offer. It wouldn’t let me so I asked to remove the time out early, which requires 24 hours notice.24 hours later the time out has not been removed as highlighted and I can still not take the full cash out (that’s still on offer).Their customer services passed me around 3 different people and they are all citing their rules. Stating that ending the time out option could not be honoured and I can’t cash out whilst on a time out.One of them passes me to another team to see if I can get the bet voided, and they refuse.I complained and my complaint got refused. They were citing it would be a breach of responsible gaming. You heard correctly, apparently me cancelling my bet so I can take my stake back to my bank account isn’t in line with gaming responsibly.Shocking way to treat customers and not the first time I’ve had this from them.I’m a very reasonable person, they aren’t at all.

Very weird company. After many years of using another site ( I play very rarely anyway) I decided to change to bet365 as I thought it is more serious company without knowing the appaling reviews. I opened a new account and tried to deposit and I couldn’t. I asked their support what is the reason, they couldn’t give me a reason. They said something like “we understand that it is frustrating etc but we have restricted your account”. Probably they have enough people playing and maybe they can’t keep up with any more. I have never had any other bet365 account and it’s strange that I got restricted immediately after opening a new account. I can see many other people had the same experience.

Really liked BET365, recommended it to friends who also opened accounts. Easy to follow, good odds some very good boosts / specials, but then suddenly stopped me having boosts / specials altogether, without explanation. Tried to contact them and ask them “why” but nothing, it was just a decision they made ???So I closed my account, and telling others to do so.A law unto themselves, won’t be going back to them.

I created an account on 04/24/2024. I uploaded the certification documents they asked for, I applied, I won and on 25/04/2024 my account was closed, with 2 bets open. When I contacted them as to why this was done, their response was: “The decision was made globally and is final. Do you want anything else?” Stay away from this company
