I had a cuestion for a bet and they told me that i have to place the bet first and then answer my question. THAT MAKES ZERO SENSE! HOW TO BET ON SOMETHING IF I DONT KNOW WHAT I AM BETTING? We are betting real money not candy! Hi recently i try to download thier aplication and played..i deposite about a hundred usd and played,so did i won and when i withdraw my winnings i was really feelbad for its been about 1month ago but my money never recieve it to my bank acount and when i try to contact them they just told me to wait 1to5days and that happens everyday evry agent that i talk with was a very sarcastic…at many point they just end and left the conversation with out even responce to my quires…As for me i really not recoment this site for its a bunch of scammers👎👎👎

Do not play the games. This keeps happening and had enough. I play with £30 on the roulette took three time and got a small win of 6 pound then took again and hit a £3. Do not do it to yourself. When trying to place a multibet, as soon I select my first selection bet slip BLOCKS view of other selections and markets. Should be able to move bet slip out of sight and back again, like at other bookies. Have told them about this but they take NO notice.Also if I list several selections in a multibet they then log me out. Having re logged in then have to reselect my picks as they have wiped out the original bet slip. Infuriating.

Today is 17/07/2024, and I still have not received my winnings from Bet365. Their customer service is a nightmare. I’ve been told to wait 24 hours, 48 hours, and now 7 to 10 working days. When I asked for clarification, I was unnecessarily transferred to Responsible Gaming, where I was given yet another vague response and had a restriction placed on my account.Bet365 is worth billions, but they can’t seem to provide a reliable service or explain why a 24-hour transfer is taking 3 weeks. The company banned my account and then couldn’t give me a real reason why other than “your account has been closed as a trading decision” and “our trading department reviews customer accounts regularly and sometimes they conclude they no longer wish to accept a customer’s business”I only opened the account 24 hours before – deposited £10 played for 2-3 hours and won £15 and withdrew. They basically don’t want you as a customer unless to lose.

Bet365 must be making a fortune by freezing customers accounts. It would appear they have about 90 million customers worldwide. Even if they only freeze 1% of the accounts at a time the returns they get from investing that must be huge. They don’t have enough staff to contact all the people whose accounts they’ve frozen. VVD had a shot on target last night in the England game and the opta stats decided it wasn’t a shot on target. Bet365 seen the same thing as I did and the other 26million people watching and gave it as a shot on target for VVD. I cashed out a portion of the bet and withdrew some funds. Later that evening I noticed my account was in the negative balance, I asked the live chat agent (Nathan) nice chap, he explained the opta didn’t recognize the shot so the funds were deducted in my case an overdrawn balance. We left it at that, bet365 as a good will gesture removed the negative balance this morning almost returning it to the original sum.Good customer service and great company to bet with, fair play to Nathan and team. No problem with making payments or using the app. The problem comes when you try to make a withdrawal. At that point they want to know all about you – how you earned the money you deposited. copies of passports, bank statements, details of any share or property sales etc. I have been trying to make a withdrawal for 3 weeks, but my account has been frozen until I have spoken to an advisor. However due to ongoing technical issues this hasn’t been possible and they have failed to ring me at any of the pre-arranged times. I am at a loss to find out to withdraw my funds, so am unable to recommend Bet365.

STOP read reviews before you play! I have been playing b365 slots for over 6 years now, during that time I’ve as spent & lost over £16k & yes I know it’s a complete waste of time & money!During those 6 years I have only once ever won over £500 (over 2 years ago) & I play every day. However from reviewing the logs every month over those six years, the truth is I have never really won anything and here is why…..Anything I win in a 30 day period is never more than ive deposited in the last 30 days. This of course just be a coincidence…..but I have 6 years of betting logs showing this exact pattern. So basically this means if I bet £600 in that month, then I will win back via small wins of 5p to £10 the £600. But if I win more than my deposits in the last 30 days, for example I deposit £300 in a month & win £600, then B365 own betting logs show & prove to me, that I won’t win anything else, untill I’ve redeposited the £300 & balanced the algorithm. What proves my point, is 3 weeks ago I won £250 on a feature board……But since I’ve played every day but landed nothing….. I can load on £20 in a day & not get a single win, it will literally just spin the whole £20 away without even a single 5p to 30p win…..& this happens every time…..In terms of games, I think B375 has the most games of any online Casino….but I don’t personally think that’s a good thing. Because when I have myself played some of the older games & landed on a main feature boards some have paid £0.00 & I have kept the screen shots. I personally don’t know of any other online Casino with main features boards paying £0.00 other than B365. Surely the whole point of a feature board (As they advertise) is to give you a win! Worst experience ever. They rejected the bank I used to fund to withdraw. I should have seen that as a red flag. I played and won but my money. I tried to request a withdrawal and spoke to the agent who placed the withdrawal (full amount without asking me) on my behalf. The bank rejected the payment as it did not match my name and they do not take funding from 3rd party apps. I contacted support and they kept running me round circles telli ng me to send my details bank statement and rejection document from the bank. Once I did that they would ask me to wait for 5 working days. After 5 days they’d tell me the document was cut off or give me a flimsy excuse and then tell me to wait for another 5 days

The experience online was terrible. The online bet365 on a browser would throw so many errors every 3-4 attempts on the slots casino. Customer service was implying is user device issue and gave me some troubleshooting tips, but I work in tech and it was not true, the error was clearly saying “waiting for server to respond” or “an error occurred please go to lobby” or something that I didn’t manage to screenshot about db (database) issue. Plus, I am on latest MacBook with decent broadband on the hundreds of mbs, and there was nothing wrong with my device or internet.Anyway, pathetic service and customer support, waster £100 within 20 minutes on a terrible laggy online experience, which was not yielding even the minimum of reward to get me going on the slot casino games for a bit longer. Pathetic.wasted enough time on this, thought my experience should be shared with fellow humans

BET365 IS A SCAM COMPANY. After submitting all our documents they require, they have not even opened account and told us we cannot open our account due to negative verification check! When asked for explanation on this, the chat agent just ran in circles without answering anything. Now we are afraid of the security and safety our documents. AVOID BET365 AT ALL COSTS!
