Bad return to Bet 365I recently came back to Bet 365 after a period of self exclusion. I was using the site with no problems putting on bets some won some lost as you do. I ended up reaching my deposit limit that I had set up previously prior to self exclusion. As my financial situation changed and I’m in a position to do so I asked to increase my deposit limit which after a few generic questions it was increased and by a considerable amount too. I continued to use the site with no further problems but from what I could remember from my previous playing days with Bet 365, they did great customer offers and rewards for loyalty. I reached out to customer care because I didn’t have this option on my account and the response i got was due to their commitment to responsible gambling I’m not eligible to the offers, be that the small reward you might be lucky enough to get from time to time please take into account that I was able to increase my deposit limit without any eligibility test been done. So basically their commitment to safer gambling was non existent when requesting a deposit limit increase but any offers on site I’m not eligible for. I was not happy with this response and regretfully I canceled my account. I’m not going to play with a site who will take my hard earned cash no problem but will exclude me from any promotional offers etc.

Avoid !! Opened an account with 365, put a football acca on expecting to get my free bets as a new customer, after my first game on my acca won, got an email from 365 saying my account was getting closed as they didn’t like the nature of my business, fortunately my acca came up and got my money after a few angry emails, worst site out there

Responsible gambling departments are absolutely pathetic. I sent them my current account bank statement, balance at the time was around 30k. My savings info was in 6 figures. My net spending since I opened the account maybe 5 years ago, ”give or take” was a net loss of around 5k. On average a grand a year in net losses. Then the real fruit machines started, notably the responsible gambling department. They wanted a tax return! WHAT!!! They then said they wanted to see my full bank statements showing everything I had bought or received. Not like I have any fetishes but yeah whatever you plonker who the hell do you think you are, was my thoughts. We do have a privacy policy was his cry on the phone, yeah right you nut case, when an online betting company is requesting tax returns and intimate details on exactly what i buy, from a pint in the pub to the latest porno movie well yeah you are the privacy issue here dummy. Shame because I only gamble 3 months of the year as I pointed out to them in my account history. I live overseas for 9 months of the year and only gamble on my annual trip back home to see family. What a terrible experience courtesy of Bet000. Well onto the other thankful 200000000 online betting sites it is then.

Been with 365 for quite a few years. Recently they have stopped me playing their FREE games as part of their commitment to gamble responsibly.. I only do small bets and never had an issues before. The thing what has got me is that I am still able to deposit if I choose? So FREE is NO NO and deposit is YES YES…..I will be closing my account and I will join someone else.

Just avoid this crap. The last day’s I’m play when if I get bonus not even paying 10% of the bet so remain 0 or just very little under 0.50 pence . Ned 150 or 250 spin to get bonus and very poor rtp like from 100 the normal is 95 back but here from 100 you get max 10% back. Whatever you do, DO NOT INSTALL THE APP.I did this and sent over £20, a few days later my bank contacted me to verify 7 transactions, I knew nothing about these. Apparently a 3rd party (it showed on my statement as MECCA GROVSENOR) tried to take several payments of £5 and several of £9.I immediately cleared all my app data, un-installed the app and will NEVER install or use bet365 again.My bank is sending me a new card.

Iv worked in this industry for years. These slots are the worst iv ever seen and played. Tonight I got cheated by SAM BARROTT referee and bet365. EZEs goal was perfect and should of stood.Will hughes did not foul anyone and if anything he was fouled.Very dishonourable and the fact that my money got flushed away on 1st goalscorer I’m absolutely fuming. terrible slots! played bigger bass christmas catch and must have had 8 or 9 bonus rounds, each of them paying less than £2!!! I won the money and they don’t give me money to withdraw from Brazil to another country. I live in another country! the rules do not prohibit the withdrawal of money to another country. the rules even say that they can be translated internationally. in general, they are scammers! Have been a customer since years. self excluded myself for a year due to other priorities.Following the year, tried to use the site again for sports betting, it would put restrictions on my account and would not let me deposit or bet!Spoke to their customer service through email and live chay, they are not helpful at all. I got only their stage names like Joe Lily Amber and so many others who would tell you that the technical team is looking into but no one would sort this out. They even go bias saying the verification team identified the issue and this will shortly be sorted and f***, it is still the same. Initially i enjoyed playing with 365, had a few small withdrawals. However i havent won anything recently, just takes and takes. I realised i couldn’t play the free daily game anymore, support have advised i am no longer entitled to loyalty bonuses’ as part of their safe gambling policy – but they continue to allow deposits 🤔🤣 Anyway needless to say i am closing my account.I would recommend anyone to avoid this company, much better sites out there who dont continue to rip off their customers.

Opened an account with Bet365, had a few bets and had afew wins. The account built up to approx.. $9300.00 then itwas suspended with an excuse to check my identity. Isubmitted all of the required documents, then had a phonecall from the UK which went on for some 45 minutes.This was some 2 years ago. Since then, I have made numerousphone calls to have the finds released.3 weeks ago, I called again and I was told that Best 365 had anote on my file that it required me to submit my driverslicense for review then I would have my funds released.I have again submitted copies of my driver’s license forverifications and yet again I am being told that it’s still beingverified and to call back in 48 hours for an update. I have nowdone this 5 times with the funds still to be released.There is no legal reason as to why Bet365 should be holding onto my funds or refusing to release said funds

So my review is on one of the casino games. Specifically the texas hold em bonus game. Having played it several times I have found the odds to be incredibly in favour of the house. I say odds with a grain of salt. The system they have is not in favour of the player. Many many times, you receive cards that you should naturally fold. Like a 3 and 6 off suit. Many times after folding the cards show you could have won. But ridiculously no chance when the house has 2 face cards. This has happened over and over not to be a coincidence. Secondly the house always seems to win on the last card , especially against 2 really good cards the player has. It’s almost predictable the more you play. It Also seems to know the more you bet it will decide to win. Very rarely when betting more than just the ante, do you win. It will akways hit the last card. I’ve played it enough to confidently say it’s not built to provide fair play. Also, not random. There are patterns . I would say the odds of winning is 5%. Not what they preach. Anyways there’s your response.

Withdrawals normally only took about 4-5hrs.However, I recently had a bit of a winning streak, and withdrew 6 times within a 7hr windows for a total of about $3k – really not too much. I requested a withdrawal £720 on 20th of July. Still not get paid every time they come with an excuse. It’s nearly 12 days and the I’m still waiting for my money. Terrible customer service.For months trying to get access to my locked account with cash in it, but they wouldn’t help me through their live chat, only through phone, but they would not give me a number to call, they would tell me to wait for a call, that took like a month to receive. Very cumbersome. I will never use them again.
