Virtual racing is a lottery yes but on 365 your horse never runs a race EVER! Its as though they know what you backed and cant win and only time i picked a winner it came up except price change so couldnt get bet on but virtual is fixed price VERY DODGY

Been with them for 10 years trying to withdraw $500 currently which is nothing all or a suden they cant transfer money to my card!!!!! Same card Ive been using for months blaming my bank ive now changed the card to another bank abd still waiting for the transfer will never deal with them again after this they are slow to respond wont call you after numerous requests not one of there online numbers work I wont gamble anymore.

I been a member with Bet365 for past 5 years I only gambled small here n there. One day I came across to their Live Casino and roulette caught my eye.I started off badly losing £500 within 30 mins which made me stop immediately. I then focused on how the Roulette works I watched the spins for hours n hours and for weeks until I got hold of it.Anyway cut the long story short I deposited £300 and within an hr I was up by £6000 lol I quickly cashed out. They immediately blocked my account and asked for various of different documentation apparently they found an old iva on my credit file which is totally BS! Im glad I cashed out im glad I rinsed them 😉 😉 hope everyone does the same just rinse these b@@@@@ds.

Tried this site as an alternative to another similar, their slot games are diabolical in around 100 spins I did not register a win. All it did was pay 50% of the stake periodically. Never come across a worse site than BET365 in many years and have deleted my account. Personally I would avoid this business and look elsewhere.

just not much fun. i don’t mind losing as I am aware of the nature of gambling but they do promote fun so how is it fun when they just bleeding you? £3.80 bonus after putting on £100 for 40p spins. ok not expecting to double my money but even getting a 3rd back be nice. Have been using this site for some time on a limited basis just for fun and been ok.Offered a free 10 spins on a gaming machine in return for making a £5 bet on the euro’s.Made bet assumed game ‘book of death’ showing ten free spins was my reward. Tried it , did not show how many spins I had which must have exceeded 10 although at least one in three was a winner! Suddenly message no creditt left? and my account had been deducted £20. Like many betting apps the casino games are a joke! They use algorithms that are rigged so you can’t win and you usually know just by the cards showing if you have already lost on the first deal. Complete joke. Odds are infinitely better at a casino.

Strongly recommend using other companies. Had created an account and reached out to gain access to it as the login credentials did not work. They did not resolve the issue and repeatedly stated they did not want my business but did not say why nor was much information requested to set up the account. They decided to discriminate against me but would not acknowledge any tangible reason. This was escalated up the chain to a number of managers who continued to copy and paste their script without actually providing any explanation. I had no issues taking my business elsewhere and account was set up no problem. Recommend you don’t waste your time with bet365

I had been with bet365 since 2020 and my bets were only for sports. Here is my experience. Positives:1. When it comes to paying out, you do get paid out within 60-90 minutes of your withdrawal request. Negatives:1. Really bad customer service. When you go live chat with a customer service representative you issue your betting number/code. They will pull up the game that there is an issue with and basically tell you to either wait or things are not resolved. They will never tell you the progress of the issue, basically brush you aside and ‘wait’.2. I have a lot of issues with picking games that disappear and after waiting many hours, the bet hasn’t been paid out or voided. You have to wait 3-5 days before things get settled.3. Communication is really bad. Adding to my previous point number 2, not one time would I receive any kind of notification that the game was either cancelled or postponed. You are stuck with an incompetent customer service that brushes you off having no questions answered. A while back, bet365 would actually send you a notification telling you the problem and then the ‘good faith’ message where they said they will give you the benefit of the doubt after a game has been completed. 4. Bet365 app is outdated and useless. If you place a wager and you let your app sit idle, it will not catch up with the up to date scores. 5. I do not play casino or slots, but I was offered a deal if I deposited $250 I would get $100 in complimentary coins. This did not happen, even though I do not play those games, it is true that bet365 does not give you the proper bonuses.bet365 lost my business because of all of this nonsense. You need to be customer focused and give the customer the proper support. When I was talking with customer support through the live chat, one agent told me that the ‘live in play’ betting was controlled by a contracting company. So basically bet365 is just a bank with an app.

There were frequent support issues and in general the games had difficulties and glitches that annoyed me. Yes support was able to solve many problems and apologize but for me this is not enough for a good game

I’ll try to cut to the chase… Spend the money you’re debating on adding to bet365 and do ANYTHING ELSE with it!!!They held my withdrawal over a week redirecting the destination I chose(APPROVED BY BET365) MULTIPLE TIMES WITHOUT MY CONSENT & WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME!!! They claimed they were unable to do anything to help get my funds to the correct destination and did nothing that made me feel comfortable I would receive my money! Only reason I truly believe it was returned was because no major sports were available and knew I would stupidly play it via casino again.Sure enough the terms and conditions were updated after the funds were returned and I declined accepting the new terms and conditions understanding I couldn’t resume bet365 access. Well they suckered me in with 20 dollars to accept the updated terms and sure enough bonus never stood a chance at seeing a profit.So moving forward surely I wouldn’t need to worry they would immediately scam me for more money that had no restrictions right? WRONG!!! I attempted to deposit and was told my deposit was denied and I should attempt again & had same outcome. Sure enough this was FALSE & they ACCEPTED BOTH DEPOSITS & denied when confronting support and hidden from the transaction list! They went on to ban my account and refuse to return the funds or provide a statement of my transactions I requested! They still won’t say anything about returning the funds and refuse to provide my transaction statement requests unless I speak with them via phone call.. I assume that’s because they want me to agree to something I wouldn’t if it was presented via email but what do I know?.. Scammers! No issues when im losing money, i was down 20k! Happily took my money immediately when bets were lost, but last week i won 25k and withdrew it, placed a new bet for 3k and then they suspended my account but said the bet still stands. The bet won for 35k and now they’re not letting me withdraw it. Dont use bet365

It is dire really bad. Do not play the games on here. You don’t even get a game it is just take take take if you win your up maybe a couple of pound and that is your lot. Also how they spin it looks tampered and slow and that it is thinking. I just read they have been fined. I came on here to see if it is just me. I think they flag certain player just to lose. Terrible customer service. Just created an account with them and I required help trying to verify my account as they keep on rejecting my my proof of address document, and keep on telling me they do not accept telephone bills meanwhile I’m uploading an internet bill using premade templates and making me wait 5 minutes for each reply. Would definitely 0 star this company should there be the option. They will restrict your betting activity if you’re not losing money with them week in and week out. They prefer the customers that aimlessly lose money with them and restrict people who place larger winning bets. They will use the umbrella of carrying out affordability checks to show you can maintain gambling over a certain amount, when you provide said information they’ll still keep you restricted even though the evidence you provide clearly shows otherwise. Never in my life have I experienced such nonsense from a betting site. Steer well clear.

As many people said, they just blocked my account with no reason after 2 days. I had very good bets, with nice profit, they close them and gave me cash out back. I’ve been using BET365 since February 2024 and out of the blue I get an email saying my account has been reviewed and restrictions will now apply. They did not say what the restrictions were so I went online to place a bet and basically the restrictions were so tight it was not worth placing any bets. I contacted customer services by email stating that I was suppressed by this as over the months I have been given free bets for as a reward for customer loyalty. I had placed over £3k of bets and was £300 up with about 5 open bets. After sending this email I got a very abrupt email saying my account was to be closed immediately but my open bets would be honoured. Thanks for that BET365 you’ve lost yourself a loyal customer.

This online gambling company is the best of them all. They have the best odds of any online company most of the time and pay out immediately. Not like most who take days to pay out or worse, some don’t pay out at all! Why should you wait days to get paid out when they take your money instantly. Hi, the website is scam the bets are based on statistic website and they change the statistic for bet365 benefits. I watch the match and the player scored and have 2nd shot on target and goalkepeer save it. I won as I bet 2 shots on target but they took money from my account and they said that the 2nd shot was taken off from statistics and take took over the money and the bet was lost. Both shots are on video and still they do not want give me back money. Contacted customer service and they ignored and said goodbye. Scammers
