wont be using this site again. I used William Hill last year, great! today i used Bet365.com and did £20 on I Am Maximus so £10 each way for odds of 7/1 and only got £24 payout. Either incorrect or my maths is beyond appalling.

They realised I’d won so they changed the pay out amount by £68 for no apparent reason. Then when I tried to withdraw what they were going to pay out they “withdrew” it but never took bank details of were it had to go, nothing. So now I haven’t even got that either. Bet365 is a SCAM.

My granson was putting bets on using the wrong cv2 number and bet 365 excepted the bets . As far as i can see it was about £850 . Ive cantacted them but they refused to except you can use a wrong cv2 number but my son has proved it on his own account by putting a wrong cv2 number in and it went through . My account name is Hashuusein 365 . My account is now closed by 365 after complaining . Keep away . Or better still try using a different cv2 number and proving my point .

I am a pensioner and only bet on the Grand National every year. I had difficulty logging on and live chat shockingly informed me that my account had been permanently closed – for NO reason. They would not tell me why and I was really shocked. On the other hand, having read other reviews I am now gragteful as I have time to go elsewhere.

Could not log in,after useless chat sessions,whch take ages with password / username resets.When I did manage to login,afer 40mins I withdrew all my money. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS APP

Not the worst but certainly not the best, no longer best prices on Horses, never any free bets or rewards, Prize Matcher is an absolute joke, complete waste of phone battery, just no point?, poor football and cricket markets, Bet builders are nowhere near as good as other sites, find myself using these Guys less, other betting sites have more to offer, phasing them out and will soon soon stop completely…poor

The slot machines, especially the ones that allow you to buy. Bonuses are a complete rip off. You buy a bonus for $100 and literally it pays you like less than $10 it’s basically just robbing your 90% of your money every time you buy a bonus do not do that at this site.

Beware of bet 365 blackjack games they are completely rigged. Do not play any of them. You can lose 20 to 30 hands in a row having great hands and still losing. I’ve never seen anything so crooked ever. Stay away

Betting app is just fraud I won then tried to withdraw money just to get a email saying account was closed due to unknown reason. No money was ever refunded. Everyone need to report them to the gambling authorities they may have disclosures for not giving us reason but to them. They would open up a investigation towards them that way they would have to prove everything there saying reason accounts mysteriously get closed

Very shady business, I recommend you use more reputable businesses and pass up bet365. I originally came back from a year long break to get more involved with sports betting and was met with ‘we do not accept your business’. What does that even mean? Are they too lazy to reopen the account after a period of inactivity. With other sports books like Fanduel and DK I never had this issue. But I guess they are losing players to the competition so it’s whatever. Just decided to give people a heads up in case you have money tied up on bet365.

Bet 365 emailed me to say they were returning my funds as a i hadn’t placed a bet for some time. They asked me for details so they could return my funds but despite hours of trying – even with their stupid chat bot i cant contact them. It really is a very bad service. Help ? doesn’t work. They advertise themselves on TV as the World’s Fav Bookmaker-Surely this Breaches Advertising Standards as so many people are totally dissatisfied with their Service. I have been with them, fool that I am, for 20 yrs +. The early days they were amazingly good but then??? I am 81yrs & old fashioned in that I expect good service from companies I spend my money with. My Wife had an operation about 6 weeks ago & as a courtesy I messaged 365 to advise that I may be online longer as I will be at home looing after her during recovery. Then a few days ago whist logged on to 365 my Wife called out that she needed help. Inadvertently I forgot to log off & when I returned to their site I immediately logged off. When I tried to log back in ,I got a message telling me that I couldn’t. I sent them a message,as a courtesy, explaining what had happened. Kindly they allowed me back in.However next day they SUSPENDED my account & when asked why they said they needed to phone me & when would be the best time. I said 9am -1PM. Despite several messages I am still waiting. I can only assume that they have so many angry customers that they can’t cope.

If I could I would put 0 stars. They restricted my account for winning. If you start making a profit they see you as a threat and it is just a matter of time before they start putting restrictions on your account. This sportsbook recently opened in Illinois for new customers. I attempted to make an account. I received an error message and contacted customer supportI was told my account was de activated due to my “business”I would love to see someone start a class action lawsuit for discriminating against new customers

Don’t believe their RTP.Put in over $300 on spins and bonus buys and not a single one has hit over 50X return all mostly hit 10x. Had 3 supers bonuses and all hit around 10-20x . Something is off. Bet365 blocked my account without providing any reason. Since they didn’t notify me in advance, I kept trying to access a live bet for 20 minutes and lost money as a result. I registered on the site, deposited £1,000, and placed live bets for a day, losing £100. When I asked for the reason behind the block, they refused to provide one, simply saying that the technical department made the decision. This site is absolutely not trustworthy. Even if I had won, they likely wouldn’t have paid out, given their attitude. Stay away.

They don’t want the players to win even a small amount. After a few months without success in my bets i have one success with a 1000 euro gain and they immediately remove all my privileges and offers. Also they did not let me to bet more than 10 euros per bet. They show me the exit from their site. I do not recommend BET365 to anyone serious playing. Outside that their bet page is very good. If you don’t mind lose all the time then ok!

A buggy site that will cost you money. They are focusing on implementing new features rather than fixing their site. I understand its a website and will always have issues but pretty unacceptable for bet365.

I’m with bet365 since a long time .I’m use to play free prize Matcher like everyone use to play ..few weeks ago comes up error .Ive emailed to the customer service. They answered basically they stopped for me.. for Safer gambling reason.so ridiculous..So I’ve thought if they can controll this .They can controll like winnings..as I’ve seen bad reviews people can’t get they withdrawals…Never use to be like this before …Ive always got my winnings ..Dont know what happend with this site ..I thought this is the best site ever..but I’m so disappointed 😞 what I did read..well good luck everyone who trust this site ..I will play my budget somewhere else that’s for sure .

Totally un satisfied with the results here. Once you star winning and putting a decent amount of money in your bank account they then restrict your withdrawal access so you keep you money in their site long and then they hold your withdrawal completely for longer than 25 hrs. When you try to call and speak with a supervisor all you get is the runaround. I will be using a different site from mow on and urging everyone whom I come in contact with wo gambles online to steer clear of Bet365!!!

total waste of my time (and probably yours)Wanted to watch WTA tennis so placed a gbp10 bet to watch after negotiating through there constipated (and complicated) process and despite them showing MasterCard logo on payment paid they advise they no longer accept payments on these cards. Well I didn’t have another card to hand so well done again you lot you have lost another customer and a wee deserved 1 star rating to add to all the others you have quite correctly , I assume, received from other likewise disgruntled ex customers. I will look elsewhere and suggest others do likewise.

The richest and most lucrative site in the world (their CEO makes about 250m a year) but absolutely useless and these sites will drive gamblers into the black market where you are allowed to actually win now and again! I have gambled approx 25-30m in my life and lost about 1.2m but get the odd win and if you do on here, they ban you – they only want losers 365 and 24/7!

I was making some money, and they stopped phone service.Which is very laughable to me, they only allow maximum 20$ for betting. When entering my username i used a different name for my own security as I thought everybody would be able to see my name. When I went to withdraw money my account has been locked and everytime I try to contact a service they say I don’t own the account when I Clearly do. My email, phone number are both connected and I stated my real name multiple times. It is daylight robbery and there is nothing I can do about it. I would steer clear of this app if I were you.

Finally after 3 weeks of rubbish response dealing with the worst chat room service i ever had the displeasure to deal with i look for to speak with manager and I told them I was reporting them to off com and rte I got my money back the same day.But I could not recommend this website to anyone stay away
