I was very happy with them. Good offers, good customer service but recently they became horrible. According to the offer they should have refunded if my bet lost but they didn’t. Customer service is rubbish. They don’t have help line. Chat bot doesn’t understand my question. I can’t do anything

They do random verifications. This becomes a problem when you have bets in play. Once this verification starts, you can’t log into your account to monitor your parlays or even cash out. THey say it takes 48 hours, which is not true. When you email them, they don’t give you a timeline. I had opportunities to cash out this weekend, but could not have and they are not assisting. Sending my complaint to the OLG. Never using this company again.

I can’t understand so many bad reviews. I’ve played with over 8 online casinos and find Bet365 to be one of the best!! with a high cash withdrawal limit of 50k NZD. I’ve never had a problem with them. A couple of down sides are I can’t add slot games to a favorites list for easy access later and sometimes they have website difficulties of loading pages and games.

1. The agent who served me had a very low IQ. 2. They want your passport or your driver’s license to register. I have accounts on many sites and nobody ever asked me that. Intrusive and shady. Bet 365 is a terrible company, workers lie to customers about sign up bonus. I deposited three times to no avail I didn’t receive any bonus. I chatted with representatives for two hours. I had an account with the original Bet365 before it was regulated in Ontario. Trying to place a bet is like trying to open and account and getting verified every single time. So many steps and forget trying to use a desktop/laptop always asking for the Authentication App…why is everything moving to mobile? Some people like using a wired computer. Even using trying to use a phone a while ago getting the app to work was like nothing I have ever experienced. I am tired of trying and just trying to place any bet on this website has literally forced me to quit betting which is the only positive thing. Worst site ever.

I have received about 15 emails from an email that I don’t use often that stated I had logged into my bet365 account. I have never heard of this company and when I tried to log into the website, it stated that I was blocked out of it. There is no way to contact them. SCAM!!

Downloaded the Poker App around 2 years back. Have deposited around £1500 in total. After playing around 50,000 hands at micro stakes and making a loss I won’t be coming back. Players busting out with their last chips always hit their miracle card. There are a lot of Donk players here but it’s impossible to take their money as the system is rigged against you. Very frustrating and soul destroying. I won more money playing on the virtual roulette and blackjack. I don’t mind losing it’s part of the game but it’s the way that you lose here. Shame really as it’s a decent app and works well on Android. Pay Outs are Fast. If you like Poker then go to a proper poker vendor like Pokerstars or 888. Bet365 Poker uses the Ipoker software and it really is terrible. I won’t be coming back.

Like many say, log in issues. You log in and it says have to check location, when ok let’s you in. Then try and play a game right away-oh-got to check your location..again. Inconsistant login problems. Get free spins, all of a sudden the log in you have been using for months-doesn’t recognize. Finally I closed account leaving free spins and went to different app. Had to keep downloading authenticator app, no matter how often you down load-never helps.

So , i have been a customer for probably about 20 years , never abused promos , not a multi accounter , and have spent many thousands of pounds with b365 over gaming , sports betting and poker through that time . Log in today and find that all of the regular free games offers have been withdrawn / not available to me anymore …6 horses challenge , goals giveaway, and prize matcher . I’ve seen many other people over the past 12 months say this has also happened to them , completely out of the blue . As a loyal customer for so many years , i have now withdrawn my funds , and have now placed these funds with another firm ( it’s not like there’s a lack of choice ) …but it is extremely short sighted by whoever makes these bizarre decisions for 365 , and instead of making some money out of me over a period of time , they will get absolutely nothing .

The worst! I made a comment while I was playing that I lost all my deposit coz I had all my hands and wasn’t able to do a side bet when I got pairs. I deposited a bit more and went up and withdrew my winnings. 3 days later went back to play and they had suspended my account! Why? The lady from customer chat said that I wasn’t gambling responsibly!! Why??!! Because I had withdrawn my winnings 3 times? She interrogated me and asked me very personal questions and told me they were going to suspend my account for 6 months or a year. Why is it their business? Placed one bet and then was locked out of my account. When speaking to customer service was told they can choose to close accounts for any reason and that mine was closed and that was all the information they would provide and refused to look into the matter or even give a valid reason.

Been a regular and loyal customer for many years. Do multiple football bets each week during premier league season and have a go on the casino games occasionally. I have always rated the company highly and had positive experiences. However, when I logged in this weekend to place a bet, I got a message that my account has had restrictions placed on it and I’m no longer able to place bets. I assumed it was a mistake as there is no reason I know of for this to be the case so messaged the team asking the reason for the restriction so I could understand if I’d inadvertently done something wrong (which I’m sure I haven’t, just do normal accas and single bets, no matched betting etc). The customer service team refuses to give me any information at all, they just said they investigated and restricted my account. So I have essentially been banned for seemingly no reason, or possibly in error, and am not being given the slightest bit of a reason why.

Attention Do not use bet 365 for sport betsThey take money quick enoughBut thier own cash out system doesn’t pay out and they claim you either didn’t click the confirm or even if it says cash out when you click the system does a check so they can still not pay out.I won’t ever be using them again and I will make a point of advertising to everyone never to use this scamming bet site.
