Worst experience I had with a bookmaker. Very bad customer support not worth even trying to open an account. Bo way to talk with them and solve the issues. Had an account more than a decade ago. Voluntarily but it on hold. Tried to unlock it 12 years later but didn’t have the phone number saved from 12 years ago, support wouldn’t help. Tried to open a new account (new email, new address, new phone number) and they instantly closed it, wasn’t even able to login. Support was rude and seems to have zero interest in customer experience. I’m sure there are plenty of other companies who actually value your business.

biggest joke I’ve ever witnessed in my life. They cancelled my account when I signed up, for no reason. When talking to an agent at customer service he just said that my account was cancelled and will remain like that forever but that he can not tell me why. Not bad, lots of games to choose from, some really are convoluted to the point they are just not interesting as you cannot really follow so called win lines. Lot of games heavily reliant of other features being active, but you need to get this too and then fill that, but you have to do this and collect that, oh no was reliant on that too. Take this new game, kong 3. this has features you have to unlock, so it costs you cash to unlock the features of the game! so its not enough for you to deposit, now you have to pay to unlock what should be available from the get go.! And with this game i noticed as you unlock these extra collects on reel 1 and 5 it actually reduces down your collects. The fith collect option is a gold cup that appears next to the table. when this happens it becomes the main focus of the game. free spins, collects all seem to be very inactive and the game seems to heavily focus on getting banana symbols with cash amounts, which 99% of the time simply give nothing, block wins due to lack of collects on reels 1 and 5 and fill this cup up. every 30 spins it may activate and then gives you 3 options to pick, under which is one called the wheel. had about 50 attempts on the selection. never landed that funnily enough.MMm. One curious thing. all casinos use random number generators. so how can some games have an option of, click this button to wager x amount more and double your chances of bonus? So are we claiming to double randomness? and if that claim is being made, would that not suggest some sort of cohercian on the casinos part with regards to your account! bit odd. BEWARE!: Bet365 entice people to place a bet to get a deposit of up to 3 times your bet up to £10. I placed a £10 bet at the 2025 Grand National. Shortly after this the £30 duly appeared in my account (so far, so good). However within hours the £30 had disappeared. Curious to find out why I noticed a lot of restrictions in the conveniently long small print, including that the bet placed could not have an odd greater than 1:5. Clearly this clever rule and various other limitations are there to effectively make the offer unusable. This policy, whilst I don’t find surprising (generally a too-good-to-be-true carrot should raise suspicion) left me with the impression of blatant lack of transparency in the heading advertising this attractive offer. Like me, I expect hundreds of thousands of people to fall for this and donate their £10 to Bet365 unwittingly.My gentle message to Bet365 is: THANKS! YOU WILL NOT CATCH ME AGAIN

Dreadful customer service. I had a bet that won but is showing as void. It’s not a lot of money but still annoying. Used the web chat to try and understand what was going on. Once I finally got through to a person rather than a bot, they were hopeless. Really long delays between replies and then a vague and dismissive final message. Held an account for 10+ years without issues so very disappointed that when I’ve needed to access support the experience has been so poor.

I bet rarely – usually only the Grand National and Boat RaceThis year I opened an account with this dreadful bunch, deposited £100 from my wife’s account (with her permission) and Bet365 accepted the fundsI used the accepted funds to place 4 wagers for the National which were also accepted by Bet365They subsequently emailed me to identify that they shouldn’t have accepted the funds because the name of my wife’s account is different to my ownI tried to cash out the bets so that I could retrieve my wife’s funds and place additional funds using a debit card in my own name Bet365 won’t return the funds to the account from which they accepted them, and propose to charge me £12 for cashing them out As an aside I wonder whether there is a website or online forum dedicated to the experiences of customers unfortunate to have dealt with this company. Domain names are inexpensive to procure, and sites are very easy to build. Is “.con” a valid suffix. ?I wouldn’t ever wish this level of poor customer service on anyone and recommend to avoid them

Well firstly this must be the only positive review I’ve ever wrote about a gambling site!! So firstly I’m not a huge depositer I play for fun. I came to write a review after I received an email from Bet365 A DAY after I created my account with them. The email stated, “Due to the nature of my business, my account has been closed.” I logged in, took advantage of a promo deal, deposited $30, made a bet for $5 then received bonus bets. I withdrew the remaining balance of $25 because (why did I need it on there?). I called customer service and was told, “I’m not privy to why they closed the account. My supervisors make those decisions, but I can forward the concern.” Great. He spoke with them and their “decision was final,” so I wasn’t even able to use the bonus bets that I earned, as per the agreement when I deposited the money. Total scam, avoid Bet365. There are plenty of other good gambling apps/platforms who won’t screw you over.

Well indeed were to start what a disgraceful company so I placed a yearly bet in the grand national I won just a small amount. After attempting to withdraw numerous times I was advised that my bank had declined to accept the funds back into my account as the bank card was invalid – Emmmm the exact same bank card that was used to make a deposit 3 days previously which was as debited immediately. I contacted my bank a major bank that is well known they told me no attempt had been made to deposit any funds into my bank using my card but that there was absolutely no problem with my card or bank account. So I again contacted this company who then advised I needed to withdraw using bank wire and they advised how I do this again no option or drop-down to enable me to add my details in which to make a withdrawal so once again contacted their chat and advised no option to add bank details. The agent then asked me to provide my bank details for which they would then do the bank transfer for me after providing these 3 times on 3 separate occasions I was then told that although they would attempt this my bank account does not exist 🤣🤣😜 so I requested a step by step guide while I was in my account to be talked through how and where I update my bank details as my bank account has been held for over 30 years it’s where my salary is paid and I pay mortgage council tax from etc I asked them to confirm my bank details back. I was then advised my bank does not exist and they had no other option other than bank wire they would not give me any different instruction to the previous which just does not have any option to add bank account details absolutely outrageous I have made a formal complaint took copies of each transcript have evidence from my bank that’s going to the ombudsman AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Shameful

I placed bets on the grand national yeaterday totalling £15. One of my horses was the winner. £2 at 33/1. £68 should have got back but all I got was £10 of my deposit back. Apparently I had an account with them years ago and put a limit of £5 on it. They were happy enough to let me deposit the £15 in the first place. Absolutely appalling. Terrible casino. They offer a feature where if spend more on the spin you have a better chance of hitting the bonus. So for a 20p spin, if you do a £2 spin you average a bonus hit every 10 spins! On average! So I’ve been doing this and haven’t hit the bonus in about 30 spins. That’s £2 spins, 30 of them for a 20p bonus! I questioned this to be told that you might not get the bonus in 100 spins but might then get 5 bonuses in 10 spins! So the feature tells you it’s an AVERAGE of 10 spins to hit the bonus! The game is called the golden pots and pints! Just stay away from this casino, been playing for years and never win anything decent. This is like buying a bonus and not actually getting the bonus!

Only bet on the Grand National once a year and they won’t pay out my small amount of winnings because my account name is different to my bank account (they were happy to take my deposit from them being different). Now being told they want to see my expenditure on my bank statement to prove I’m who I say I am. Usually you would have to use legal ID like a driving licence or birth marriage certificate. Surely the information at the top of my bank statement should be enough. And web chat was awful, for the 45 minutes I was on there and wouldn’t let me reply each time
