for at least half a year this bookmaker has been robbing customers with small wins or dead spins on slots they are not fit for purpose and if you win anything from the bonus promos they offer or spend big they will take it off you under the guidance of safe gambling even though you can still deposit scum bags.

William Hill advertised a promotional bet, which lured me in – 16/1 on a Man City vs Juve game (with a few perms). I put a bet on it. The price was then later adjusted from 16/1 to 17/4 (because of a mistake on their end). I tried to cancel the bets (which was a massive pain dealing with chat bots). After spending 2 hours online with their “customer service” – muliple times – they didn’t honour the price (fine, legally they cover themselves in the T&Cs) – However, ethically they do not – after reiterating I wanted all of my bets cancelled – they didn’t cancel them.

Absolutely disgusted! I joined just now as it said £20 free on luck on Irish when joining. When I paid money in and didn’t win anything at all ( which is fine as you’re not guaranteed), I didn’t get my free £20. When I queried this with a chat clerk vanezza she told me I shoulda put a promo code in. At no point even in the small print that I have here does it mention you must enter a code. When I said I was sad and to close my account I didn’t even get an apology just closed my account and the chat ended. Disgusting, so basically took my money with false advertising and the staff can’t even be bothered to apologise or correct their error. So disappointed

I put £10 into my account two years ago. I wanted to access my account but it’s been locked for some reason. I spent over an hour in the chat until I was told that I need to provide:A photograph of myself holding my passportA photograph of myself holding a piece of paper with my username handwritten on itA photograph of myself holding a utility bill showing my addressA photograph of myself holding a document which shows the card details and date of payment for my original deposit -I can’t imagine that they will be able to read the relevant documents at the distance required for a selfie, so that probably means sending the documents separately, meaning eight files are required just to get my £10 back.My utility bills are sent to me digitally making this request very difficult. I will have to find a printer. Also, my £10 deposit was made with a now-expired card, which will probably be flagged.Unbelievable.I’m taking this to the financial ombudsman. It’s only £10 but if William Hill are doing this to many customers then I think this amounts to fraud. My deposit was made fairly and yet I’m having to spend several hours to work to get that money back? Avoid William Hill!

Well where do you start with this one, My slot experience is poor to say the least, tried most slot games (around 20) and there all the same, doesn’t matter what you put in there’s no intensive to stay, it’s basically see what I can get from you and am not giving you anything back, and don’t get the daily games same old same old even though you’ve played for a year not worth it at all, I’ve now closed my account due to the poor experience so I wouldn’t bother with this one

Please avoid this betting company. Slots are set to the worst RTP levels on the market. Each slot has various versions – they pick the lowest %rtp which means the same slots on other sites pay much more.UKGC should enforce RTP to be displayed on game load ups – but until they do – gangsters like WH will continue to bleed its slot playing customers dry.

Placed a bet builder on William hill, a cash out during the first half but all through the second half no cash out even though I was waiting on 1 corner on the football…. How is that even possible not to have a decent cash out on a bet with 15 minutes to go and needing one corner. The reason I use William hill is for the cash out. One of the rules why cash out may be suspended is something may be happening eg a goal/ corner / pen. The ball was in the middle of the pitch and it was saying cash out suspensed. Ridiculous and cheating! The bet was 1000/1 and I was waiting for one corner from any team with 15 minutes to go, cash out was suspended all second half with only 1 card and one corner needed.

3 months ago I initiated a refund request because WH was offering games illegally to Dutch citizens.Still haven’t received any update on the case which is being handled by a “special” department. Every time I chat with someone I get the same scripted response that I have to wait for a update. It’s kinda crazy how such a request can take longer than three months while Unibet, Betsson, N1 Casino solved it in under 2 weeks.This is highly ridiculous, the people in the chat keep saying that they will ask for a update which clearly is a lie.

I have just deleted my account after over 20 years. It used to be a good company years ago, but in the last couple of years especially their odds dropped, the tech issues increased, and the customer service went from OK/poor to pretty dismal. After an online dispute with them quite some time ago, I have just received an email from them saying I have a £30 balance in my account. I tried to log in with my user name but have mislaid my password. I tried a reset with a new password but they have blocked my account. After a long frustrating communication with their “helpline”, I was told I’d have to send all sorts of copies of printouts of my account deposits as well as other personal details to them. I’m a 74yrs old pensioner with no access to printing facilities and am unable to travel miles to get what is “required”!They’ve had money in my account for ages and must still have all my bank details so why won’t they just refund the balance to my bank account? They are being very obstructive and unhelpful and it’s seemingly impossible to speak to anyone by telephone. I’m at a loss of what to do to get my money back. They contacted me, using my registered email address to inform me of my account balance of £30 but refuse to effect a refund without information that they already have! They appear to be a law unto themselves and do not give a damn about the people who have contributed to their substantial wealth. As I am nowadays stuck at home without the ability to get hard copy information that they say is needed how am I meant to get my money back from them? They are a £multi million company, I’m an OAP with barely any funds. Should I just give up and write the £30 off to avoid the stress this is causing me. Stay away from this misleading site. Signed up and entered promotion code which was accepted. I then wagered the required amount for the bonus but didn’t receive it. After an hour on chat with live customer service they said entering my sign up bonus wasn’t alone enough and I wasn’t eligible for the bonus because I didn’t also opt in elsewhere. Just to add once my promo was accepted the sign up bonus wasn’t even visible on the promotions page so how exactly was I supposed to opt in for a second time. The only help I was given was.. “opt in again and deposit more money” No thanks I will stay away from a company that misleads their customers.
