Absolute scam of a company. Was playing deal or no deal slingo and encountered an error message, spoke to live chat who said it was working fine. Sent screenshot of the issue and of the more than sufficient balance in my account, to be told to refresh again. Did that, it didn’t work and was told it was working fine for them, unsurprisingly the end game button was the only button that actually worked, when pressed it showed I had the jackpot in the box. Complete scam of a company, id avoid them at all costs.

Put £10 on delta work to win the grand national the horse died in February (I bet in advance as it’s the only betting I do, to get the best odds) the horse died and they kept my £10 when i complained to them I had the most awful man on webchat trying to gaslight me saying I had a gambelling addiction and mental health problems if I was stressed about £10 bet. Tried to withdraw money but it was wanting me to put some in a card that was cancelled a year ago so unable to withdraw anything. They are quick enough to take the money out of the current card without a second thought. Wanting me to provide proof of ownership of the cancelled card but that was over a year ago I no longer have the card useless messaging service unable to speak to a human being.

Guys beware of W Hill Dead spins and they take every penny. By this i mean if your on 10p spins and for example you have 8p left after ur last spin they will give you a quick 2p win to make the last 10p so you will most likely spin again and of course its a dead spin but they get that 8p rather than it be left in ur account if that makes sense. I joined using their welcome offer, out of the 4 free bets that were provided, 1 won which was only for £45. However within minutes my account was closed without any proper explanation. After weeks of being passed around from pillar to post my account is still closed and i have to wait until the second line escalation team contact me, who no doubt will say ‘as per our terms and conditions we have the right to close an account without explanation’ it isn’t even about the money won it’s about the principle of it. Do not use. Signed up for a nice ‘Welcoming bonus’ of £60 in free bets, they make you deposit a £10 to opt in, they give you £20 in slots bonus however make you deposit another £10 for the other £40 bet credits.. I placed another bet over the odds of 1/2, 4 hours later after the bet has settled, still not been given no credits… I have been sat on the chat for 2 hours getting moved from agent to agent… Pointless in talking to them…

Located from the 775, I have used William hill for about 3 years now even before they changed and added their app to the App Store. I have dealt with many problems on and on and on. They charge fees for a deposit which is insane because the same provider “Cesar’s sportsbook” does not charge absolutely anything. Withdrawals from accounts take days which should be subtle especially if your bank account is connected and I’ve also had to call many times for online withdrawal issues. I have had to contact many times because of “voided” tickets which were not because they were winners, and ultimately took days to resolve. I would say in my opinion, William hill is absolutely garbage and that is my honest and non biased opinion. I would never recommend not even to the thinnest minded of individuals. Would never use again and will start using Cesar’s sports book because instead of you getting just summer reward points, your points go to a program in which you can acquire free hotel rooms etc. Sign me up!

I place an occasional bet, usually on the Grand National. I could log in last year so skipped a year. William Hill has now closed my account – won’t give a reason and won’t return the little bit of money that was in there! two ‘agents’ say they can’t do anything the decision has been takenAnd now they want way beyond any standard KYC info. Far more than I needed to open the account a few years ago. They want unredacted bank statements, photos of hand written names, it seems to me just to be putting as many obstacles as possible in the way of refunding money. Money that was paid in from the same account that I would like the refund to go into, so they know the details. An Ad came up for a great value bet on IG, so I decided to register with William Hill. I deposited a decent sum of money and when I went to bet, it said verification required. As I had all required documents saved on my desktop at home, I went to verify on there but it wouldnt let me. I then tried on my phone and it also would not allow me. It didnt even give me the option to submit any documents. My money is now William Hills account and will never again see the light of day. I would advise anyone to go to either Paddy power or Boylesports as their customer service wont reply either.

I use William Hill online via my mobile phone. When I put a race up for the odds I have not got a choice as to weather I want to take the price or the SP. I only have the price to take, I tried to ask customer service why I am not allowed to take the SP? No reply. I explained it was not fair to apply a rule 4 when customers do not have a choice of SP, still no reply. I placed a patent bet this morning and again no option was given for taking the SP. Just before the first race was due off I check my bet and my first was a non runner and rule 4 applied 65p in the pound. Didn’t affect me as it was my horse that was not running. Second and third selections have also had a rule 4 applied to the races, 10p in the pound on both. I don’t see how they can apply a rule 4 when they don’t offer the customer the choice of price or SP. My advice find a bookmaker that offers the choice. I am now going to report the matter to IBAS, may not do any good but the complaint will be recorded and put a black mark against William Hill.

Terrible customer service and account blocked for no reason!William Hill blocked my account and asked for ID verification. I’ve provided everything they requested, yet weeks have passed and every time I contact support, I’m met with the same robotic reply: “We’ll get back to you in 24 hours.” Days turn into weeks, and there’s zero progress or actual help.
