This company can improve by standing by it’s promises of been fair and making their product a j OK yful experience.Can honestly say they have the worst customer service I have ever had the misfortune to use.Can’t find a email address to voice my complaints which would be endless.Their robot system is poor and so frustrating to use.When you try to find a way different they just send you round in circles till your back at the beginning.They promise this and that about everything bye deliver nothing.Most reviews I’ve read criticise just about everyhing their. Company does.They block you and only offer limited information.They seem to be able to change the rules as an when it suits them.Most games I believe are fixed and the percentage of a customer winning is very low.Their employees must be trained to act out like their robotic system and give the same garbage and answers to your questions.When you try to contact the owners it’s a waste of time.My main problem with them is u travel a lot during the year.They block me from most promotions saying I’m unreliable but it’s OK for them to still take my money from my bank account.DOUBLE STANDARDS.IF the country that I’m gambling from is not on their list they should block the customer completely not allowing access to the website fullstop.But know them want the r cake and to eat it.Bending the rules is something that they are quite good at.They talk about fair gaming it’s a joke. 6-7 months ago I initiated a case which they are “working” on. Still I haven’t heard anything from them, everytime I get in the chat I get to read the same responses. That they are working on it, which is hard to believe if there is no status update in 7 months. Also each time they tell me they will ask for a status update which never happens. So they are lying too.

I managed to turn a £3 win into a £100 win. What a score. Went to withdraw and couldn’t because William Hill had put a block on my deposits and my old card was still linked to the account. Anyway, I argued with Live chat and finally got my deposit limits lifted to register my new card and account. Managed to win a little more too. Withdrew on the 12th of March. Its the 18th now and still says processing. I’ve contacted live chats every day, raised 3 complaints and keep getting told that I have to wait for the Safer gambling team to investigate my account? Why? Because I won? Quick enough to take the money but keep your money held hostage when you try and withdraw. 3 withdrawals have all said “processing” since the the 12th of March. Was told no longer than 48 hours. Its now day 6 and they still say processing. Live chats are useless and keep saying I need to wait and be patient… my patience has run out!

I came here to warn others but it would seem that I didn’t need to!I do not gamble a lot, just every now and then and I have, since it was a thing, used William Hill as an online Gambling app. Never had a issue, always been able to access my account, and never a lot in there to be fair. I don’t even know how long I have had the account. But just recently I went to check on the funds and maybe place a bet, and I was locked out! To be honest I wondered if I had got the login wrong. but after a while I decided I would open it up on my PC and sort it! Now they won’t let me in, they want Photo ID (Selfie) of me and my Passport or Driving Licence, they want copies of my Utility bills, Bank Statements and Hand Writing examples! I opened an account with this shower.. literally 5!mins after opening the account and depositing money they closed the account for absolutely no reason. Still trying to get my money back from them now.. had to revert to resolver to get my funds back and the hurdles they are throwing in front of me is unbelievable. Wanted to rais MY OWN deposit limit by £200 per month. They requested all sorts of personal information and a lot of it. When I asked customer support why I have had to submit this information but none of my friends/family have had to, they was rude and closed the chat. Went in for the first time as I used to use online apps. Tried to place a double, the woman told me I couldn’t, but failed to mention you can use a machine located in the shop to do this.
