Not being able to withdrawal the money that is left in my account. Poor customer service, no help at all. They advised me to use a different pay-out method, but to be able to do that, I have to deposit money from that card first. Delusional to think that I am going to deposit more money if I am not able to get withdrawals sorted. Don’t open up an account here!

Over 15 years as a customer, finally had enough of their messing about and deleted the account. Share a similar experience to many others posting here, their products are shamelessly rigged, they must be using the same RNG as that guy who won the state lottery multiple times, because there is no way on this earth the same ppl can win on their bingo for years at a time, but anyone who has played their bingo will all say the same, the same ppl win week in week out, we could probably all name those top 20 or so winners they are so regular. Avoid at all costs. Trying to get things done on live chat is an absolute joke and when you finally get hold of a live agent they continually don’t look at what you have written so ask to communicate with another agent and that takes an absolute age so just cut the chat off. Complete and utter waste of time to try and complete something so basic . Go elsewhere and it will be a better choice.

Please avoid this fixed poker…I was 88i member before they bought William Hill and they banned me from 888 for being truthful then sent me a message saying that they’d bought William Hill and for me to delete my account to which I refused as policy was keeping all existent william Hill customers. Awful overall all sites seem to run on dead spins most of the month. Maybe if you are lucky you will get a day in the month when they pay out then they will take it back I think it’s your IP address. Hi I am really upset as a loyal customer of williamhill. My review is based on my online williamhill Vegas slots app. I have been waiting for winnings to be released since FEBRUARY to go into my bank account. I had an old account years ago and the customer service was great. Now it is the worst I have ever encountered. ONLY LIVE CHAT AVAILABLE. No other option and they are overseas obviously and completely useless. I deposited £40 and after 1 game of poker my account was suspended. I contacted live support 3 months ago initially and 8 times since. Every time I have been told I will receive a call from the safer gambling team and after 3 months, still no call and my money is still being held by this poor excuse of a betting company. Absolute shysters, told me my account was verified & allowed me to make a deposit. Made a bet & won, then without informing me my account was closed because my ID & address confirmation wasn’t valid! Wouldn’t return the funds until I provided ID, address confirmation & evidence of deposit. Everything I did it wasn’t satisfactory, wasn’t PDF, JPEG or a clear photo. Took 4 months to get money back & threats of ombudsman etc. Avoid at all costs, they make their own rules but don’t abide by them!

Don’t go on on their slots , their win rate is way lower than advertised, you do not win anywhere near as often as you should and if you do it will be below £5 to whatever you have put in .Even going off statistics the win rate is significantly lower than they advertise !
