Not bad for the odd sports bet. You can get a few free bets on the football and horse racing. Also some you can stake a specific amount and they will give you the same as a freebet. But if you play the slots do not use these. I have been with these for many years. They are terrible the best slots you can play are out in public. They print a ticket and you put it into a machine and it pays the amount won out. These website ones are tracked traced and marked up against all the bets you have done. Just because you have gave them 10 bags don't mean you will recieve it as you will not. The best win I got out of these was probably 250 quid. That was very rare to get. Not had one since and it has took and took. One baby wins like 20 quid cost me 40. These sites take 80 percent of the money gambled on the slots to make sure they get the profit. To pay the stores maintenance and the staff wages. I am done with any website linked slots. Went away with the woman a month ago played the printed ones as I do. Staked 5 x 10 pound spins at 50p ago. Walked with 290. Three different bonuses on the 10 pound deposits and that's the total. Two times they ate me 10 pound. This can eat 100 give you a bonus win you 20 quid. Went for 3pound spins a while ago hit a bonus won 33quid. So yes it is fair to say I am done with them. I have had multiple online sites. Bet365, Sky, Mr Q, William hill, Bet mgm all are closed bar these for the sports bets. Casumo was another. I have won a grand but we are talking years ago. I have not seen someone win over 400 in a long time on these things. Hope this review helps and you don't get sucked in. The new era slots are the worst they make images grow to a max hoping it will pop open but it don't and will keep you spinning. When it finally does 9 times out of 10 it will not be what you staked to get it. Good luck all.

I re-joined about 4 months ago to play poker via their site. The account was reactivated fine apart from I am unable to login to their poker site. Their customer support is the worst I have ever come across. No way to speak to anyone one the phone, no complaint email address and you just get bounce backs or no reply when you try to use their poker@ willhill.co.uk or poker@ willhill.com addresses. I have spent hours in their useless help chat (once you get past the bots that is) and talked to roughly 12 different agents, who, once you have explained from scratch again give you the same answer - 'it's being looked into' - ZERO progress in over 4 months. 1 agent said I wasn't alone and that others have been affected because while the account was in suspension they migrated their poker site to the ipoker network. I never bother with companies who don't have good customer service and William Hill, a company that I understood to have a good reputation, is the worst I've come across, and no offers of anything by way of compensation. I award them 0 out of 10.

I won £1000 on the live roulette tables this month and was paid to my bank account within 10 minutes so all was fine I had been with William hill online for about 2 years however following day I started to receive nasty emails from them stating I was now suspended from all betting on their site didn’t bother with the live chat and just closed my account down fully sore losers that don’t play fair they are the ones that need an investigation into their dodgy practices not paying tax and hiding away in Gibraltar says it all

Said I didn't opt in, which was my main enquiry as I was trying to opt in.I have other sites who I use who are much more efficient, offer better bonuses and better customer service. Don't waste your time with these!

I lost after that 3125 euro and remain with 12.500 euros in william hill account.- I requested the withdrawal of the full amount immediately after the win.- previously in the same day, I also requested a separate withdrawal of €1,800, which was successfully processed and paid to my account.- My account was fully verified (KYC documents were submitted and approved before the withdrawal).- On the following day (25 October), I received an email from William Hill stating that my account was closed, without a clear or justified explanation.- The €12,500 withdrawal has not been paid to date, and the reason was was that my pictures with : selfie holding my id, selfie holding my bank statement,selfie

I just aint coming back and one reason being the low rtp on all the games around the 90% mark when industry standard in uk is 94%. And 94% is still terrible. The other reason is when i played here i never won anything to withdraw. How does this website get away with it. I have spent 100s and not even getting to a bonus round. I also have a video saying showing I have bet a certain amount but they actually take double the amount only for them to say there is nothing wrong with the site. Tried to make a formal complaint using the chat service and they pretended like I didn’t have an account! How this company still has a license is laughable really. Well I have rarely won. Deposit fiver and yet again back to zero how do these sites expect us to want to keep deposits if literally never win I get nothing from anything off this site. Placed a 4 fold free £5 bet on machine for Ascot 2 weeks ago when the bet was placed machine froze so I could not keep selections on screen. That bet won just under 4k. Doing a free bet today machine accepted the free bet then all of a sudden came up with a message saying cannot use free bet please see a member of staff. Walked to counter machine wiped my horse selections straight away. These bookies think customers are dumb. Peeky blinders in horse racing is Real. British horse racing industry is helping the bookies not loose cash by cheating betting odds. FACTS.

If I could give 0 star I would. Worst betting site in the UK. I have put £50 in the last 2 days hoping I could win at least more than I have put on my account In return on spins. I have tried various games... unfortunately for me with no luck. Had this account for more than 4years I believe and hardly won in those years. Absolutely running. Please people do not give than any money you never win ,if you win it be smaller amounts that they will take from you anyways. I have also played the slingo deal or no deal £20 spent, 0 return I lost. Literally not even one combination for me to win. All the biggest numbers went first....and still not a win game. Well as soon as you start betting big on slots and winning the trouble starts.Suspension of any bonus games..limited timeouts...the famous internal error comes up when the game starts paying to reset the RNG... suspension of your account due to.." Safer Gaming" and what was the final straw.. account suspended until l could prove l could afford to bet the way l do.Asking for my business accounts.. personal information etc..Only 2 people get my private and confidential information about my business and that's my accountant and the HMRC.Who do they think they are? It like your local pub asking you to prove you can afford a drink etc after a few months.If you add up all the information they require someone could very very easily clone your identity ( let alone they sell your information to 3rd party affiliates for marketing..yeah right? )I've left and good riddance

Simply Shocking. I had been a customer of WH for a few years. They blocked my account without any warning and demanded document after document to verify to unblock the account (the account was previously verified !). What WH do is to use the anti money laudering regulations against genuine ordinary customers to make wirhdrawing your own funds difficult. This happens once there so called "trading team" review your account and if they calculate that you are actually in a winning postion over time they will block your account without warning and limit your stakes to almost zero if you do manage to get it unblocked. Its shocking business behavious but they seem to get away with it over and over judging by other reviews here. I finally managed to get a withdrawal arranged becuase I percevered and complained but in the end had to open a brand new bank account with multiple support documentation to get a relatively small amout of money back. Do not trust these guys especially if you actually win anything They are really really untrustworthy
