Is theres anyone with issues with in-store winning payments? I have bet on the horses 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received my winnings and it seams almost impossible to get in touch with their customer service that apparently doesn’t exist anymore phone number doesn’t work theres no live chat and the emails they provide don’t work!!! surely this is ilegal??? how can a betting business be allowed to work without a customer service? How does this website get away with it. I have spent 100s and not even getting to a bonus round. I also have a video saying showing I have bet a certain amount but they actually take double the amount only for them to say there is nothing wrong with the site. DONE OVER AGAIN BY WILLIAM HILL! Kings charter at newmarket was 3/1 but when i looked it was 15/8 so used the boost thinking theres been a lot of money for it, after placing the bet i realised it was 5/2 industry wide apart from hills who went 15/8 its now 11/4 so basically hills have scammed me! And then i backed a distance bet 11/1 without realising its boosted to 14/1 SO WHY NOT AUTOMATICALLY GIVE ME THE BOOSTED PRICE?? Only good thing about this site is the chat on the bingo I never ever ever win. I use pennies from free spins for bargain basement room which I like to chat as nice chat hosts and people but luck?? Been having a good run of luck with horses and notice how the bookies are using owned accounts to fluctuate prices on horses cheating customers until 3mins before off time. Placed a 4 fold free £5 bet on machine for Ascot 2 weeks ago when the bet was placed machine froze so I could not keep selections on screen. That bet won just under 4k. Doing a free bet today machine accepted the free bet then all of a sudden came up with a message saying cannot use free bet please see a member of staff. Walked to counter machine wiped my horse selections straight away. These bookies think customers are dumb. Peeky blinders in horse racing is Real. I use to enjoy this site not anymore they have ruined it for me and I won’t be using them again. They barely ever give wins and they keep blocking me from the free bonuses the minuet your close to winning big they will say you can’t deposite money untill the month resets!! Trust pilot please add a 0 star review just so I can add it on here. To be honest I don’t have much complaint when it comes to sports betting which is what I was using for with decent odds and usability however the staff and customer service is ran by people that may be missing a couple chromies and I have been robbed literally and I can’t do anything😂😂😂😂😂. I made a withdrawal and to this day I haven’t received the money, I have contacted customer service and they tell me the exact same thing every single day without fail even after explain that I got told the exact same things yesterday by your colleague. If I could give 0 star I would. Worst betting site in the UK. I have put £50 in the last 2 days hoping I could win at least more than I have put on my account In return on spins. Well as soon as you start betting big on slots and winning the trouble starts.Suspension of any bonus games..limited timeouts…the famous internal error comes up when the game starts paying to reset the RNG… suspension of your account due to..” Safer Gaming” and what was the final straw.. account suspended until l could prove l could afford to bet the way l do.Asking for my business accounts.. personal information etc..Only 2 people get my private and confidential information about my business and that’s my accountant and the HMRC.Who do they think they are? My bank said they have no idea about the transfer and can’t find anything and it’s been 2 weeks and my money isn’t in my balance yet

Simply Shocking. I had been a customer of WH for a few years. They blocked my account without any warning and demanded document after document to verify to unblock the account (the account was previously verified !). What WH do is to use the anti money laudering regulations against genuine ordinary customers to make wirhdrawing your own funds difficult. This happens once there so called “trading team” review your account and if they calculate that you are actually in a winning postion over time they will block your account without warning and limit your stakes to almost zero if you do manage to get it unblocked. Its shocking business behavious but they seem to get away with it over and over judging by other reviews here. I finally managed to get a withdrawal arranged becuase I percevered and complained but in the end had to open a brand new bank account with multiple support documentation to get a relatively small amout of money back. Do not trust these guys especially if you actually win anything They are really really untrustworthy

When my login failed I contacted them via their ‘Contact Us’ transaction. Whilst connected I was passed to 3 different WH employees, the last one being a ‘support manager’. After having been in contact with them for over 2 hour I gave up. Not one of the 3 people supposedly ‘dealing’ with my login issue actually volunteered ANY comment on why I was experiencing the problem. Nor did they actually suggest any remedy for the situation.I have now switched to another online betting company and will never use William Hill again.What a shoddy organisation !

There’s not a worse casino supplier on the market than these guys. I cannot explain how fraudulent they are. They push you to as far as they can possibly go before they have to acknowledge RTP. New players beware they will put you so far into the red before they pay you out. I opened an account enticed by a free bet on the Grand National, which incidentally never materialised. I only bet once or twice a year on Cup Finals and Grand National. However, after depositing £10 and winning £9.95 . A couple of days later when trying to withdraw my winnings, I was astonished to find William Hill had locked my account demanding verification documents, pictures of myself holding account nbrs, driving licence, passport, picture of bank account with the said £10 deposit showing. Obviously, nobody in their right mind would volunteer such sensitive information to this dodgy company. Beware of William Hill , they are scamming pensioners like myself who occasionally bet. To date they still refuse to pay out unless I send all this information. Absolute con artists!

A few days ago I bet 520£ on the match FC Thun vs Kriens sc, I bet on the match in the 51st minute when the sixth goal came and the score became 3-3, I bet on more than 7.5 goals, then after I placed my bet the sixth goal was canceled and the score became 3:2, then two goals came in the 74th and 75th minutes, and they said that my bet was lost, this means that I should have won because I only needed two goals, or at least the bet should be canceled due to a system error, I contacted them, they said that they are not responsible for the error of their system, I swore that I will not leave them, the lawyer started the procedures and IBAS

William hill do not even make you aware as to why your account is locked until you reach out to their customer service. I have tried most book makers and this is seriously the worst one. They promote an offer of £30 free bets with your joining fee and first bet. William hill are not transparent with this offer. If you make valid payment of £10 using pay pal, william hill claim pay pal is not a valid method of payment, yet they took the £10. They then proceeded to try to get me to pay £10 more using another method of payment to increase the amount I gamble. I complained but nothing was done. The day after I received an email about william hill responsibility to safer gambling, Pay Pal denied my complaint. Both partied are equally responsible in increasing the amount a person gambles. The £10 deposit joining should not have been taken choosing the promotion If it is not a valid method of payment. GDPR requires transparency neither william hill or pay pal are transparent on their joing promotion or the £10 transaction not being a valid method of payment.
