Please avoid this fixed poker...I was 88i member before they bought William Hill and they banned me from 888 for being truthful then sent me a message saying that they'd bought William Hill and for me to delete my account to which I refused as policy was keeping all existent william Hill customers. Ever since I find it impossible to win on the poker and I know it's them fixing it. I have high IQ and offered to work for them but they thought I was just complaining about the poker etc, basically they jumped the gun and told me information they shouldn't have and now they try desperately to eliminate me no matter what I do with the cards given. I have recorded 2 years of playing without editing video or voiced opinions so it's soon going online for you Al to see.This company is a pack mule pretending to be a beach donkey and the tide is coming in fast.Stay safe you genuine players and watch out for corruption in online poker, I'm starting to take it as if they are bullying me off the site now and will do obviously rigged games so a 5 year old could see it but they get away with it as the gambling commission is basically a chat complaint centre, they can't /won't investigate cheating / collusion /corrupt gaming. Etc I have rang several times and they said we just log the complaints etc..

Awful overall all sites seem to run on dead spins most of the month. Maybe if you are lucky you will get a day in the month when they pay out then they will take it back I think it’s your IP address. Everything you win is recorded so when they say every spin is a new spin it isn’t and I think we can all prove that maybe if we all got together with our gaming history we would prove that!!!

Hi I am really upset as a loyal customer of williamhill. My review is based on my online williamhill Vegas slots app. I have been waiting for winnings to be released since FEBRUARY to go into my bank account. Missed a call from William Hill and upon ringing back, was advised by an auto message to use live chat: They refused to help me with my enquiry. Were incredibly rude. And were frankly, useless. They also kept closing the chat leaving me with no options. I still have no idea what the call was for!

Absolutely horrendous customer service. I spoke to 3 different people including "Support Manager Sky" who lack basic reading comprehension. Had to ask 6 times to close my account and they still haven't completed it correctly. They must surely make a decent profit from their operation - how about spending some money on hiring staff that have the ability to read at at least a Primary 1 level.

I had an old account years ago and the customer service was great. Now it is the worst I have ever encountered. ONLY LIVE CHAT AVAILABLE. No other option and they are overseas obviously and completely useless. I deposited £40 and after 1 game of poker my account was suspended. I contacted live support 3 months ago initially and 8 times since. Every time I have been told I will receive a call from the safer gambling team and after 3 months, still no call and my money is still being held by this poor excuse of a betting company. I've actually given up. Customer service is a beyond a joke. I absolutely hate this company. I'm not the only one having this issue. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. There is much better out there.

Absolute shysters, told me my account was verified & allowed me to make a deposit. Made a bet & won, then without informing me my account was closed because my ID & address confirmation wasn't valid! Wouldn't return the funds until I provided ID, address confirmation & evidence of deposit. Everything I did it wasn't satisfactory, wasn't PDF, JPEG or a clear photo. Took 4 months to get money back & threats of ombudsman etc. Avoid at all costs, they make their own rules but don't abide by them!

Don't go on on their slots , their win rate is way lower than advertised, you do not win anywhere near as often as you should and if you do it will be below £5 to whatever you have put in .Even going off statistics the win rate is significantly lower than they advertise ! Factor in the thousands of people playing and betting at one time and their payouts are as low as they can be without attracting lawful attention ! What I think I’m playing safely to my own funds . They kept asking me to phone them about my account I just didn’t play on there , then miraculously they opened my account again said they were sorry there had been a delay . Customer Service told me to I needed to upload id and bank statement to withdraw, which i duly did, only to be told they were not clear enough. William hill are all about money. Ive had nothing but a patronising time at William hill. Because my account is up they started by suspending my promotional offers. Then they suspended my account and asked me personal questions trying to switch it on me because I questioned a winning bet they never paid me. I've had many wins over the years and had to contact chat to correct my winning bet as the settled them as a loss. Always check your bets! William hill are crocked yes 100%. They the limit my deposits. Then to top it all off after years of being a loyal customer they have finally restricted my account to a maximum of £1 bet. There agents are all ignorant and lack customer service and knowledge. This company is pathetic and any account that stays up for a year or two will be closed so let's all give them a slap in there miserable faces and close our accounts. They will keep losing accounts open but not winning accounts. This is unfair and a law should be put into place to keep the dirty fingers off our accounts. They can't take a loss but can patronise losing account holders when they question consistent loses on slots for example. Ive closed my account and can't take William hill serious at all your clowns.

WTF is going on with their site? 'Advised' by AI to download App. as I couldn't get any sense out of obvious AI. Did that ! Same crap ! I’ve had an online account with WH for about six years. Always found them fair They paid out any withdrawals really quickly and offered great bonuses and free bets. Yesterday out of the blue I received an email advising me that my account would have restrictions placed on it. I would receive no offers and my maximum sports bets were being capped ( tried to place a bet for £1 advised it was too high. Tried to query this as I am worried my account has been compromised Can’t get past a chat bot which offers the advice of Your account has restrictions and try clearing your cache Can only assume I’m not losing enough money to warrant an account?
