They put different dated games on today’s games so when you bet they hope you wouldn’t notice it wasn’t for today. I believed I was playing all today’s games since they were all together. This is so sneaky. William Hill is terrible but unfortunately at my location it’s my only option. Time to call the Nevada gaming board. Again! They are thieves!

Unbelievable! If you win a large amount of money and then a technical error message pops up on the screen your money is gone. Absolutely disgusting. How much are they worth, is it billions or something. And they just happy to leave you with nothing. Thieving #@##### go #### ya self’s!

I used WH online for betting and gaming. After a reasonable win one late night on the “slots,” my winnings were up around £250’ish. So tired I fell asleep and when I woke up, I saw that my balance was over £200 less than I had left it. WH reckoned I had made some losing “spins” of £50 a time!!Well there’s no way I’d stake that sort of money on “spins!” After tel. conversations with them, they denied my complaint that I hadn’t and wouldn’t stake that amount, and refused to listen to my complaint! I never deposited ££s with them or used them again! About a year or so later, I received an email from them saying that I had a balance of £30 in my account for use or for withdrawal. I was unable to log into my account with them as they had blocked it because, I assume, of my complaint and accusation that something was wrong with their system or “something else” re the loss of over £200 in £50 spins! I responded by telephone to their cust complaints service regarding the balance and that my account was locked even though they had contacted me using my original account registered email. They demanded that I go through the complete process of registration with them that I had to do years before with them to get back into my account! No help from them at all and a very unpleasant “tough shit” attitude was given by the agent! Well there was no chance of me finding all or most of the historic information they demanded so my £30 is still sitting in their coffers, seemingly never to be retrieved by me, the rightful owner! I’ve never and will never use WH again! They don’t even deserve the paltry 1 🌟 rating I had to give them nor the very low rating they have on this site. All in all, William Hill is in mine, and obviously many others opinion, an exceedingly 💩 company with 💩 customer service agents. “DEFINITELY THE WORST COMPANY IN THE GAMBLING INDUSTRY EVER!PS Their email to me re the £30 balance was November 2024. The original issue was much much earlier than that, but the final email to WH from me was at the end of December 2024PS

Just keep having problems with their games not actually giving the bonus feature no matter how long or how much you put into it. I realize some people would just say Im moaning for no reason but if I play these games, I at least want to have a chance of getting the fair chance of bonus features or other features which to be honest. I have been quite happy enough in receiving smaller wins at regular pace but it’s just the playing the game to not get the full prize option, thus just wasting my money.. So that’s my gripe.

Do not attend interview! Complete waste of time and money to attend, had to travel halfway across city for the interview even though the job location I applied for was 2 minutes down the road from me. Upon arrival I was greeted casually and not very professionally, very small uncomforting room with 3 employees AVOID if you have any form of anxiety, they started taking pictures of all my documents before even attempting to interview me, one lady introduced herself, I was suspicious as to why I was not being interviewed by anyone from the store I had applied for, I checked with the lady that the job application was for ‘xxx’ store. She looked at the others and says no that vacancy isn’t available. The job I would have received would have been a 25 minutes drive from me, absolutely unacceptable to list a job at a certain location yet once you attend the interview it’s for another. Completely lacking any sort of professionalism.Poor management from William Hill. Doubt they would have even told me this was the situation until after the interview unless l asked so early on. Avoid interview if you receive one, hold on for a better job. You don’t want to work with incompetent people!!

I called this morning and the person I spoke with took a good 30 seconds to get get on the phone. The person sounded like he was just getting out of bed. I asked if he was asleep. After asking the question 4 times. He finally said if was his allergies. With really no help because of his generic answers. I decided to call back. This time I get a women. She asked where are you calling from. Which I said Nevada. I said to her. Can I ask where you are ? She said I’m not allowed to say. I guess I got my answers. Hmmm. So as she is speaking 100 miles a minute. Obviously trying to rush me off the phone because of a timing issue. I had to slow my own speech down trying to understand her. I’m not sure what’s worse. Talking to the BOT or talking to a person who I can’t understand. William Hill has to do better. I totally get customer service is not getting any better. But it doesn’t have to get worse.

So, I’ve not even played and they requested ID to log into my account, fair enough…. I sent them what they requested,.. a selfie with my username, a copy of my passport – again selfie and a document with my address on recent within 3 months, so I sent them this years council tax bill dated Feb 2025 so within 3 months… again with a selfie! All sufficient to prove my ID …. But no, they want bank statements ! Which I’m not willing to provide! They requested address within 3 months and my council tax bill is more then sufficient! Cocky tel agent replies… you can send us your bank statements when you’re ready!!! Pathetic! No way will I be hold to ransom for my bank statements! RIP William hill! I’ll go elsewhere! I made a transaction of 70 pounds 1 week ago and the money has not arrived in my bank account. I checked my william hill account and the money is not there too, it disappeared. I have no message, no notification where is the money. Can you imagine if I have not checked my bank account statement….3 years I have been playing may be one or two bets per week and now they tried to steal the money….This is a very disgusting company and they are absolute criminals. The regulators are corrupt to keep them in the market, you cant complain for 70 pounds, you are just wasting time

Communication from them as regards a simple request to reopen my account was just about the worst I have ever experienced from any organisation. Phone calls from them were scheduled on 3 seperate occasions, but not once did they call. Livechat was dreadful as well, their Bot was more helpful than real people.Abysmal customer service.

Terrible company, I had over £80 in my account. logged in one day and only £1.25p showing which £1.20 i had jsut won from some free spins shown on the homepage. checked account, no bets outstanding nothing for days on settled but on the my transactions there was loads of -£2 and -£2.50 from earlier that morning – I had not even logged in earlier that day or for the 2 days before!They cannot tell me what these minus amounts are and claim no issues on account yet they have taken the complete balance in these transactions!Do not use william hill there are plenty of other options. The worst betting site i have ever used. I signed up 6 months ago. I deposit here and there but so far around 1k. What have I got back from that… £100! 100 out of 1k is disgusting. No bonuses ever come. I play around 4 different games on there and not one gives a bonus. Better online places to put your money. Don’t ever put it in here because you will just lose it all and fast. They take take take and never give anything back. I promise you i have spun and not got a profit from any spin just the once. That tells you all you need to know. Placed a £10 bet builder in store, 4/5 legs came in and the last part of the bet was for Endrick to get a shot on target. This player didn’t start or feature at all in the game. Instead of paying out at a slightly reduced amount… I was just told it was all void and I got the £10 back, I know if any of the other legs didn’t come in it would of been a loss. If I could give no stars I would. Tried to withdraw winnings but debit card has changed due to damaged card. Won’t let me withdraw from new card until I have withdrawn a similar amount to my old card as I have paid into it!! What, don’t they know this is impossible?Spent hours on their live chat but absolutely useless, can’t even reply in coherent sentences. Promises to return by email never met. Banned my Account without reason. I only used the account on two occasions. It let me put my money into it in the morning than my account was banned in the next few hours. And then when I tried to get my money back, they make it difficult like it wasn’t their fault it became that much hassle.

Absolute scam of a company. Was playing deal or no deal slingo and encountered an error message, spoke to live chat who said it was working fine. Sent screenshot of the issue and of the more than sufficient balance in my account, to be told to refresh again. Did that, it didn’t work and was told it was working fine for them, unsurprisingly the end game button was the only button that actually worked, when pressed it showed I had the jackpot in the box. Complete scam of a company, id avoid them at all costs.

Put £10 on delta work to win the grand national the horse died in February (I bet in advance as it’s the only betting I do, to get the best odds) the horse died and they kept my £10 when i complained to them I had the most awful man on webchat trying to gaslight me saying I had a gambelling addiction and mental health problems if I was stressed about £10 bet. Tried to withdraw money but it was wanting me to put some in a card that was cancelled a year ago so unable to withdraw anything. They are quick enough to take the money out of the current card without a second thought. Wanting me to provide proof of ownership of the cancelled card but that was over a year ago I no longer have the card useless messaging service unable to speak to a human being.

Guys beware of W Hill Dead spins and they take every penny. By this i mean if your on 10p spins and for example you have 8p left after ur last spin they will give you a quick 2p win to make the last 10p so you will most likely spin again and of course its a dead spin but they get that 8p rather than it be left in ur account if that makes sense. I joined using their welcome offer, out of the 4 free bets that were provided, 1 won which was only for £45. However within minutes my account was closed without any proper explanation. After weeks of being passed around from pillar to post my account is still closed and i have to wait until the second line escalation team contact me, who no doubt will say ‘as per our terms and conditions we have the right to close an account without explanation’ it isn’t even about the money won it’s about the principle of it. Well, I enjoy the app. It’s well thought out and I’ve had no problems till NOW. Just turned it on to watch The Grand National to find myself in a queue, with a 15 minute wait EVEN THOUGH FHE RACE HAS ENDED. How useless is that.
