The chat bot is useless. You cannot get through to anyone real so problems go unsolved. I emailed a query to the shop team who then redirected me back to the chatbot, so again useless. I was then given £5GBP credit as a sorry for the inconvenience, to then find an hour later I received another email saying my account had been closed down!

This is the worst online casino I have ever played on. I am ok with losing money when I gamble but there is something different about William Hill. Mind you I’m playing 20p stake so nothing crazy. Also the daily bonus drop used to be good and you’d win most days – now they have changed it and I have had “better luck next time” for 3 weeks straight!!!!! They allowed me to sign up and place a bet. Then they suspended my account.The chatbot on the app didn’t work. It gave me a link to use it on the browser instead but that needed me to sign in, which I couldn’t do because they had suspended my account.I then Google searched my way to find another chat bot, which then transferred me to an agent.I need to upload some documents, “quick and easy” the agent said.They wanted a picture of my photo ID (back and front), my username handwritten on a piece of paper (why?), a bank statement as proof of address and proof that I owned the account where the deposit came from.The last one was explained in a confusing way, a screenshot of a particular part of my Google wallet, showing my bank details.I said that it doesn’t seem so “quick and easy” to me and is in fact a massive hassle.The response was faux empathy and a cut and paste of the related part of the T & Cs.So yeah, I won’t be using William Hill, and I will discourage anyone else from using them as well.

Awful experience. Scammers! I opened an account and it was all confirmed. I deposited £10 into my account. Did 3 spins on a game and then my account was closed. They now won’t refund me without sending an absurd amount of documents of proof. I assume they ask for all this proof in hope people can’t be bothered to do it so they can keep people’s money. Over 15 years as a customer, finally had enough of their messing about and deleted the account. Avoid at all costs.
