I ran through 750 spins, recorded the play at 10p to 60p per spin, just 2 bonuses, with highest bonus win just £4! After accounting the % to spend, the RPT was just 17.23% off 750 spins! I play the same game on 6 other sites with an RPT running 80 to 90%. I can only conclude William Hill either have some severe technical issues or their site is rigged. William Hill has saved me a fortune. This was my first ever gambling app I’ve downloaded and I done it on a promotion of 200 free spins. Worst site ever. Not only is there customer service process an absolute joke but they seem too cause alot issues when using this site. Firstly they will use “safer gambling” however they procedures are not following the safer gambling guidelines. Multiple times they have restricted my account however will not stop deposits. They expect you too wait upto 8weeks for a response through complaints meaning you can’t access your winnings until they reply within that time. In which then they will ask for proof off income and address. I had done this not even 2 months ago and again they have put the same restrictions on. I have never seen such a worse run site considering I have had my account for many years and used it alot , I have had this issue multiple times with them. I have had too go through live chat multiple times and email the second complaints team. I would recommend using else where if you want too keep your winnings !. The one major issue with the site is the deliberate slow down on calculating the cash out on the Betting section when the odds are very high EG I put a bet on a football team to win at 70-1 when they were 2-0 down, they then scored meaning the cash out amount would be good to take but the cash out was held and came back not long after the other team scored. Save your money. I’ve tried and tried with these lot and they’re just frauds. Rarely bonus a game and if you do after 100s of spins the payouts are pennies. Today in 200 odd spins I had two bonuses..paying £1.60 and £1.70! Sick of the fisherman appearing ZERO times in 10/15 free games again had none in two sets of 10 free games. Yesterday paid nothing in over 300 pound the day before 500 and ate ate ate. Its truly not random it only drops one scatter multiple times often 5/6 times in a row and when you finally see two the thirds isn’t anywhere to be seen. Not bad for the odd sports bet. You can get a few free bets on the football and horse racing. Also some you can stake a specific amount and they will give you the same as a freebet. But if you play the slots do not use these. I have been with these for many years. They are terrible the best slots you can play are out in public. They print a ticket and you put it into a machine and it pays the amount won out. These website ones are tracked traced and marked up against all the bets you have done. Just because you have gave them 10 bags don’t mean you will recieve it as you will not. The best win I got out of these was probably 250 quid. That was very rare to get. Not had one since and it has took and took. One baby wins like 20 quid cost me 40. These sites take 80 percent of the money gambled on the slots to make sure they get the profit. I re-joined about 4 months ago to play poker via their site. The account was reactivated fine apart from I am unable to login to their poker site. Their customer support is the worst I have ever come across. No way to speak to anyone one the phone, no complaint email address and you just get bounce backs or no reply when you try to use their poker@ willhill.co.uk or poker@ willhill.com addresses. I have spent hours in their useless help chat (once you get past the bots that is) and talked to roughly 12 different agents, who, once you have explained from scratch again give you the same answer – ‘it’s being looked into’ – ZERO progress in over 4 months. 1 agent said I wasn’t alone and that others have been affected because while the account was in suspension they migrated their poker site to the ipoker network. I never bother with companies who don’t have good customer service and William Hill, a company that I understood to have a good reputation, is the worst I’ve come across, and no offers of anything by way of compensation. I award them 0 out of 10.

Here are the facts of the case:- On 24 October 2024, I placed a bet which resulted in a win of €16625 euro.
