Absolute joke of a company and system. Deposited my first £10 and my account was locked before even placing a bet. Have been trying for over a month to get my money back (I know it’s only £10, but not the point). Have had to deal with countless AI chatbots before being transferred 4-5 times, asked to take photos of documents in specific positions and order just to get £10 back. Was in Las Vegas and deposited into my Wyoming account by accident.I use to go hunting there with my dad before he passed away and didn’t see which state was selected.Contacted support who said I need to go to Wyoming to sport bet it to unlock the funds. Created an account today, deposited £20, played it out and didn’t really win! Deposited another £20 and the game stopped playing. So I came off it, went back on and it still wasn’t paying. Logged out, then tried to log back in, it said “unable to log in, click here for customer support” so continued on to customer support, was told that after “security checks” were carried out they had closed my account and it will remain closed! Never gave me a reason as to why. Then, basically told me to jump through hoops to get my £20 back that I’d just deposited. I have to take and send photos of myself holding certain documents, one being a valid photo ID. I explained I don’t current have any photo ID, I don’t have a passport and I don’t drive so no licence. But the “customer services operator Dessa” kept telling me I need to send the valid documents in order for them to release the funds and to make sure it’s going back to the right person. I deposited with a debit card, so surely it would be returned to that said card? Honestly the worst gambling site I’ve ever had to deal with! Customer services is shocking, so they can keep my £20 and let it grow in their account and maybe use it to hire staff that actually answer their customers questions.

Avoid!!! They put you on time out automatically. Deposited once and used the winnings to bet. Whenever I place a bet let’s say 1k I get timed out. No access to my bet, cash out nothing!!! Scam! I ran through 750 spins, recorded the play at 10p to 60p per spin, just 2 bonuses, with highest bonus win just £4! After accounting the % to spend, the RPT was just 17.23% off 750 spins! I play the same game on 6 other sites with an RPT running 80 to 90%. I can only conclude William Hill either have some severe technical issues or their site is rigged. William Hill has saved me a fortune. This was my first ever gambling app I’ve downloaded and I done it on a promotion of 200 free spins. Worst site ever. Not only is there customer service process an absolute joke but they seem too cause alot issues when using this site. Firstly they will use “safer gambling” however they procedures are not following the safer gambling guidelines. Multiple times they have restricted my account however will not stop deposits. They expect you too wait upto 8weeks for a response through complaints meaning you can’t access your winnings until they reply within that time. In which then they will ask for proof off income and address. I had done this not even 2 months ago and again they have put the same restrictions on. I have never seen such a worse run site considering I have had my account for many years and used it alot , I have had this issue multiple times with them. The one major issue with the site is the deliberate slow down on calculating the cash out on the Betting section when the odds are very high EG I put a bet on a football team to win at 70-1 when they were 2-0 down, they then scored meaning the cash out amount would be good to take but the cash out was held and came back not long after the other team scored. Save your money. I’ve tried and tried with these lot and they’re just frauds. Rarely bonus a game and if you do after 100s of spins the payouts are pennies. Today in 200 odd spins I had two bonuses..paying £1.60 and £1.70! Sick of the fisherman appearing ZERO times in 10/15 free games again had none in two sets of 10 free games. Yesterday paid nothing in over 300 pound the day before 500 and ate ate ate.
