Appalling company.As a carer i helped a disabled person whilst they were in hospital.My account was then shutdown and the funds confiscated. The person with a disability also had their account shutdown.After complaining about this illegal discrimination against people with disabilities who require assistance, i received an apology, my money given back to me and was told i could create a new account. Disappointingly, the website wouldnt let me create a new account and when contacting customer services i was simply referred to their terms and conditions and kicked off the chat without even being given the chance to respond 'Have a nice day'.A truly terrible company that discriminates against those with disabilities. This is illegal but William Hill believe their terms and conditons supercede English law. It is not worth my time to pursue this further, I'll just bet elsewhere, but William Hill are a disgrace in how they treat people with disabilities.
