Complete rip off, cash out AGAIN, suspended for more than 30mins in the second half. This keeps happening. I don’t mind losing money on a bet but not to be ripped off when trying to get some return back. Any recommendations on a new site as this one will be deleted

Received email this morning stating all sports and gaming concessions removed from my account and that stake restrictions may apply in future. Where do I start. They offer free spins, scratch of the day, free or 4 etc (which I use and occasionally win on) to entice you and when you do win the removed them. I am not the biggest punter but at the same time as the removal I was unable to place any bet at any stake. After being fobbed off on live chat and waiting for a supervisor to reply within 30 mins (4hours wait) I was not given a reasonable explanation (p**s poor customer service). A second chat eventually got my bet placement reinstated without any apologies. The response also stated that my account would be reviewed on going ( as my account was suspended how they were going to review is a mystery). Maybe Billy Hills problem is that I don’t lose enough, deposit enough (only 1 deposit since opening and in profit by £94) play their rigged slots. If they don’t want people to use freebies then don’t offer them in the first place. They are also falling behind other companies with time Best odds are available. I have withdrawn my balance ( as no card shown had to enter card again and deposit before I could withdraw!!!!!!) and when my open bets are settled I will be closing my account. A excellent example of way the betting industry is in such a state.

Awful, shameful betting site. Routinely withdraw cash out function under the guise of ‘system issues’. The only function that ever works properly is deposits. Considering this is supposed to be one of the biggest sites out there today they’ve been nothing but a joke. No cashout offers all day on lots of bets. Can’t talk to them on chat about it. Go to chat and you see a message about problems they’re having with cashouts. Yet no problems allowing bets to be placed.Sites absolutely going to the dogs lately even cashout offers are usually really poor. Example a few days ago I did a acca Portsmouth last needed to win. 5-1 up on 94 minutes offered £123 instead of the max payout of £159 lol. £36 short was I really going to let in 4 goals in 2 minutes

Just had my account closed down for no reason . I was using it yesterday lost hundreds of pounds obv course today go to sighn in account closed ! Contact live chat she tells me I have multiple accounts ! Any account I have ever had has been shut years ! They have asked me for is when signed up and since then so why now ? I have asked for a refund for my deposits but I don’t think I will even get a response ! The account has been open weeks if not momths why allOf a sudden shut down now ? Placed a bet on Alisson to get a yellow card in the Liverpool v Tottenham game . Removed my review after months of it being live telling me it’s not based on a genuine experience. I self excluded myself from William hill because I did not want to be associated with any of their site being robbed so many times. One time they actually went into my account Nd stole money from me then completely denied it even tho I had bank statement to prove this.After days of arguing with them over this money they took off me, I contacted my bank again to put in a dispute against them. I’ve been betting online with William hill for years and so far I can only say positive things. I think their odds are competitive, they offer loads of free promotions, they have never restricted my account or anything. I do worry though, I had my account restricted with Virginbet after hitting a run of wins, I hear this is common amongst bookmakers online, I would be so disappointed if William Hill were to do the same thing.

Visited the shop at 335-337 Calder Road, Edinburgh. On Sunday around 1pm and handed my betting slip to your teller (Asian guy with strong accent). He then tried to take my card and I refused indicating that I required the machine to swipe myself, as is the whole purpose of contactless. He then, to hide his own embarrassment, demanded to see the reverse of my card. When I enquired why, he stated the He was required to always do security checks. I told him this was nonsense and it had never been required before. Quite embarrassing as there where other customers behind me. I will never use this branch again.

I joined William Hill about 18 months ago I bet responsibily.I play the free promo games..Fairly within their own offers. All of a sudden and without any communication or discussion the blocked my playing of the free promotions.I was literally making odd pennies most of the time and the very rare quid or 2.And all of A sudden I am black.listed?This is very concerning that someone who played within. Recently moved area, and started to visit local bookmakers, which was a William Hill. Placed a few bets, some win some lose. Then placed a £500 bet on fobt machine on a football match. Bet won at 7/10. Went to collect winnings, and was refused payment. Staff said they didn’t know why, but said it has happened a few times recently. They phoned customer service, who said it was because of ‘suspected money-laundering’, and was with their fraud department. They asked for id, which I provided, as I wanted my money, even though I do not need to give it. 4 days later they contacted me, asking for id again, and a copy of my betting slip. All they are doing is illegally using the pretence of fraud, to obtain more information about you. I am still waiting to be paid out a week later. I will never be using one of their shops again, and would recommend others do the same.

William Hill is one of the most unfair bookies in the UK. Gambling customers should avoid them! Have been with William Hill for years. They have restricted me from their bonus which I find shocking and concerning. Have asked them why is, but they don’t want to tell me the reason why. Which baffled me. I haven’t breached any rules for sure. If so, they would have suspended me. The money I use to gamble I can afford it. For some reason, I just cannot win on their website, no matter what. I had two winnings in the past which I withdrew. A couple of days after I logged into William Hill I saw about £80 in my account, another time have won and made a withdrawal to my account and got about £90 or £80 extra on top. Have spoken to William Hill customer service and asked why that extra money was added to my account. They never answered the questions. They avoided the questions and never explained. The two times I got that extra cash have noticed that the slots I were playing got interrupted and closed automatically. Whenever I restart them they should continue the play but didn’t. The slots and games are controlled which makes it impossible to win from them. They never used to be like this. Their algorithm is adjusted so it’s impossible. These slots on gambling sites need to be reviewed thoroughly. No fair play, it’s online the bookies keep winning and not customers. If spend hours online they use it as punishment and never win. While they keep taking away customers’ money. Every time I logged into William Hill hell began.I will have to make a complaint regarding that extra money which I saw in my account since they refused to explain. If I cannot get a valid reason. I just saw these jokers on a YouTube upload where they refused to pay a guy his winnings and called the police on him, the only way they said they would pay was by bank card he used cash for the bet but said they only wanted his bank details so they could run checks on him and his financial life to try and sway the win. Treat you like a fool. Block promotions and say they are protecting you from safer gambling when you just have the casual punt. I am an adult but they treat you like a child. I am a new customer to william hill. I won 61 pounds with a mix of bets and some free spins games. I decided to withdraw 55 pounds and that is when the fun and games have begun. They stopped the winnings from going into my bank account and froze my william hill account completely. They asked me to confirm my I.d with them to complete the transaction which I have done including a copy of my English passport being held in front of my face and a bank statement and other bits but this is still not enough for them. This app was good at the beginning. Sports you want was in the category and easy access to make your bet. Now it looks like a overrated website when so much in front of .
